Good little coffee shop, was over at the BC place for the boat show last weekend, stopped here before headed in.

Beautiful, welcoming and spacious cafe. The London fog I had was perfect and comforting. I sat upstairs and there was plenty of room to relax and read.

Great espresso! The latte art even in the to-go cup was a great touch. The peach danish was amazing. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I definitely recommend a visit here.

Nice coffee shop, people is kind and coffee is good, the place is calm and prices are in the average. Nice spot near the skytrain, theater, radio, the library and more!

So, I only had the medium Spanish Latte (no food), but (1) the food looked yummy enough to return to try albeit pricey, (2) the latte was smooth/creamy/tasty!

The interior deco is awe-some, and i like that it's somewhat tucked away. There's even an outdoor area!

I can't believe how good this place is. I thought I reviewed it before. Maybe they changed owners, or I just thought wrong. You wouldn't think for a second that a coffee shop in the same complex as a municipal government building would be any good. You'd think it'd be a moribund half-hearted affair. Last time I went here I was impressed with the seating and the arrangement, but it was pretty dead. Maybe that was during The Varus. Well, nowadays it's poppin' off.

I love the huge selection of good indoor and outdoor seating. The bathrooms are clean and spacious and private and well done.

For my oat latte they offered me two different choices of beans, one of which was the local Pallet company. I went with that. Pretty good. I'd like to come back and get a regular black coffee to judge it with a little more discrimination.

This place is a good alternative to chillin' in the library.

Came Lovelarte first time in the morning at 9 am. Busy inside the coffee shop. Lined up when I entered here. I ordered 12 oz Latte and Coconut Macaroon.
Macaroon was tough (hard), I wished warm one.

Decent good food and coffee!

There working space is better then there coffee and pasties combined! If they focus more on other areas, I think they would do even better!

Coffee is delicious
Both the seats and restrooms inside are clean.
The staff are friendly
