The salon is well-organized and clean, but one of the attendants injured me while removing my acrylic nails. Despite constantly informing her that she was hurting me, she ignored my concerns and continued using the machine to remove the acrylic. At one point, I had to ask her to stop and requested to be attended by someone else because she was not taking my dissatisfaction with her service into consideration. Honestly, I don't understand what goes through their minds when they see a customer complaining, and their response is, "I know. " This person will never see my money again! Terrible experience! I do not recommend it.

Co and his team were fabulous! I enjoyed a manicure and pedicure here on a busy STAT holiday. They fit in myself and my daughter last minute, and she wanted each nail painted the color of a different Taylor Swift album, in sequence! Lol. High maintenance! We had great service. We will definitely come back.

Do not recommend getting your nails done here! I payed 50 + dollars for a manicure and ended up with a finger infection. Ridiculous I payed all that money just to get an infection. Will not be coming back here.

I have tried numerous nail salon in White Rock/South Surrey for pedicure and Jennifer in Lovely Nails is the best one yet. I am so happy with her clean and amazing service.

We had to wait for our appointment and then when it came to the service the women who treated us were not friendly, and even rude. They seemed angry I had a pedicure but my mom only wanted polish change. Didn’t even put a divider between my moms toes. Don’t offer a service you can’t/won’t fulfill. Won’t return. Edit: I shouldn’t have to interrupt my spa service to complain about being treated poorly.

I come here to get my nails done! As a lash technician myself I decided to try the lash tech at Lovely Nails and she absolutely ruined my lashes they are all glued to my skin in huge clumps and I’m in so much pain. Please do your research! This is absolutely unacceptable and work of someone that doesn’t really seem certified.

This nail salon is excellent. I just moved to the area and was looking for a good place to get my nails done for a special occasion. They took me in right away and had exceptional service. I had the full set acrylic ombré nails and shellac pedicure done. The end result exceeded my expectations. The massage chairs were a nice bonus. My nail technicians were Hana and Holly. Thank you very much for the positive experience today and your amazing work!

Great nail salon with excellent service. Very clean with a plentiful selection of shellac or regular nail polishes. Co did my pedicure, he was super friendly and professional. Prices were also very reasonable!

Tee and Co were amazing
Made sure we were well taken care of, very professional. ’ Both ‘did our nails the exact way we wanted them, listened to our concerns and our likes and dislikes. We have already made our follow up appointment! I will definitely spread the word for my family and friends to go here ️

Got a manicure here, super natural looking and beautiful. I don’t recall the name of who did my nails but they were gentle and detailed. All the staff were super friendly.

Consistently this place gives over the expected service. They are so sweet and do amazing nails. I won't go anywhere else. The manager Co is phenomenal! Thank u

Attention to detail and service.
Also had two very bad ingrown nails, Jennifer was very gentle and did an incredible job. My feet feel so much better and they never looked so good!

My boyfriend and I got in for a pedicure right away. Staff was extremely friendly and made sure we were having a good experience. The level of attention and detailed they did was incredible. I was so happy with my pedicure! I will be definitely coming back regularly!

Nice and clean, friendly staff.
I have been going here for almost a year now. Never had my nails done regularly before but now i do. Love it here. If you're ever unhappy with your service just speak up and they'll fix it. It's only happened to me once in a year but they went out of their way to make me happy as soon as I made them aware of it. I will be a loyal customer as long as i live in the area.
I've brought my husband for pedicures too and they have made him feel very welcome. I find the prices more than reasonable and as a nurse the cleanliness is of utmost importance to me and they do not disappoint here.

I am new to the area, and I chose this Nail Salon for a pedicure.
I am very happy with the service they provided me!
It is a nice, clean and welcoming nail salon, and I will definitely make this my go to place for manicures and pedicures.

Everyone here is amazing! I drive from south delta to get my nails done here because they do such a great job. They are friendly and the pedicure is a great value!

Really enjoyed the treatment at the salon. Staff were friendly and very hardworking. I really was happy with my mani pedi. The salon is very quiet and serene it was very relaxing.

I went here with my mother, we had made an appointment ahead of time- she had to wait for over 40 minutes to get serviced. The staff was extremely apologetic, however, it was still annoying. We had never been here before. I had asked to get a new set of acrylics, that involving removing my current set and getting a new one. All they did was file off the design I had on previously. I asked the nail technician to remove my previous set of acrylics fully as my natural nails had grown out, and all she did was say that it was fine and UNEVENLY filed my nail off from underneath. I was beyond angry. The very next day, my natural nails began separating from the set. It has been just over a week, and two of my acrylics have already snapped off. The design on my nails were done really well, however. I'm just upset at the lack of care for doing a proper set of acrylics.

I would highly recommend Lovely Nails for an acrylic set! I had Co Tang both times I've been and he was nothing but professional and kind. He made sure to ask me many times through out the process if I was happy. 10/10 recommend!

Came to this place for the first time last minute after looking at 20 other nail salons and had such a fun and great experience! Thi has a very funny personality and is always checking in if you’re happy with the service.

This isn’t a typical nail salon that doesn’t care about how rough they are with your feet/hand, etc. They care.

Staff is super friendly and do a very good job
T, Alex and Cole do very good quality nails as well as the other girls. They also do a great job with eye brows waxing and tinting made me look fabulous. Highly recommend this salon.

I had a pedicure last week for the first time at Lovely Nails & Spa, the environment was calm and enjoyable, the technician was kind and created conversation, even the rest of the staff were very friendly. I find most local salons are so hectic, loud and not relaxing, so I was pleasantly surprised. I requested a French manicure which is not easy and Alex did a great job, even with a bit of miscommunication he was very accommodating. I will definitely be back.

Had a great experience. The staff Co and Angel did very good job for my deluxe pedicure and manicure. The working environment is very friendly and fun. Extremely satisfied here

Tee and Ko are an amazing family team providing great work and customer service! Honestly they are super friendly and will make your visit worth it. I had the deluxe pedi and medi and it was amazing with a very good conversation! I highly recommend this place. If you want a very pampered and interactive visit i suggest you see Tee who only works on Sat, sun, and mon. But don't let that stop you. Ko and Angel are an amazing aswell. You will not regret your visit as they go above and beyond to make you feel special. I have nothing but good wishes for them! I will be back soon:)

My mom and I where looking for somewhere to get our nails done and came accross Lovely. Wow I'm so happy we did. They are amazing! Made sure we absolutely loved our nails before we left and where very kind. Went back the next day for a pedi. O.g might need to be my new mo day routine. The foot massage was amazing! And their daughter drew me an amazing picture. Made me feel very welcomed. Absolutely would recommend!

Co and Tee are the new managment and I have nothing but amazing things to say. I felt very cared for, Co made sure of it. They are lovely people, hence the name of the salon! And they have everything you dream of when it comes to nails, pedicures or manicures. They have the best color selection and honestly can't say enough good things. Please please give them your business, you wont be disappointed and I wont be going anywhere else!

This is my best experience at a nail salon in the South Surrey area. They are really accommodating and so sweet. I've tried all the nail techs there and they are all great. You really can't go wrong. I will be a client for life.

I visited this place last week for the first time and it was truly a great experience. The salon is very clean, the staff is quite friendly and professional. I got my pedicure and was pleased with the job done. The Manager Ko is very warm and approachable. Thank you for your great service.

I attended this Nail spa today as I hadn't been here since before the Pandemic about a year ago. I made a last minute appointment and didn't have much expectations when I walked in. I went in for a mani/pedi and found that the spa was very clean, which was nice. Two of the business owners, Tee and Co (pronounced Ko), took care of my hands and feet. Tee provided a pedicure with an amazing foot/leg massage and then hand/arm massage. The process took 1.5 hours but it was the most relaxing time ever. I was so surprised with the cleanliness of the place and their work, and would've happily paid double the price for the peaceful massage / scrub / and shellac nail polish. Thanks Tee and Co, you have a customer for life! And luckily, I won't need to travel far!

I can't rave enough about Lovely Nails and their kindness, professionalism and high quality of work.

Most notably, Tee. She is the absolute sweetest person! She is so thorough and is sure that you leave happy. This is my second time with her and not only did she remember me, but also my style and consistently checks in to be sure everything she has done is to my exact liking! Other salons don't pay that kind of attention and just want to pump out sets.

I'll also mention my full acrylic set that I needed tips for (nail biter) DIDN'T LIFT. Not even a corner. Best quality nails I've ever had done, and I've been getting my nails done for almost a decade.

I don’t even know where to begin, it was my first time at this salon and I was amazed by the neatness and service. The nail artist I had was Candy and she was just a perfectionist who had put so much effort and detail to my nails. I felt truly welcomed at Lovely Nails&Spa as everyone was so kind and gracious. I would 100% recommend.

I have been coming here for about 6 months now and have been so pleased! Fong is so talented, and always takes her time and ensures I am happy with the result. The rest of the staff are very friendly, and the salon is clean. I would recommend!

I have been going to Tracy at Advanced for a couple of years and was just there 3 weeks ago. I called today and she has sold the salon and Tracy and her entire staff are gone. Does anyone know if she's moved to another location?

My nail polish on my hands (regular) started chipping the very next day. On each finger. And on the pedicure I started noticing a chip after about 4 days. I’m not sure what kind of nail polish they use but I have never had chipping of nails so quickly from a salon mani pedi. (I don’t like shellac because my nails grow really fast and I end up peeling it off).

I won’t come here again. Horrible quality polish.

Great place and great service. Got shellac done, recommended a great colour and lasted 2.5 weeks.
