Went in to buy 3- 18L pails of Project Source 10x Resurfacer. They required tinting. Even after a store page, no one came to help. Left after 20 minutes.

We drive out here all the way from White Rock as we enjoy shopping at Lowes. It is a beautiful newer store, clean, well stocked, and never busy (nice for the customer, not so good for the company). Always had a good shopping experience.

Amazing customer service experience purchasing goods from Lowes in Queensbrough location in New Westminster. Shane Khan the store manager went above and beyond my expectations for providing one of the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you for your time and I will refer all my family/friends to shop at this location.

Beautiful store
Spacious and well laid out
Found a couple unique Christmas items to help me finish my display.
Only wish there had been more staff on floor
Had to go back to front to service counter to talk to someone and wait for simple directions to look for an item in store.
What staff available were very friendly.

Wow this is pathetic curbside service. I booked the curbside for 3: 30pm/4. I arrived at 3: 25, so a few minutes early. It’s now 3: 58 they finally got the right order after giving me the wrong items the first time. Lowe’s you need to get your act in order. There is no reason as to why people have to wait 30 minutes for curbside. If this is your policy to take this long. Then don’t offer it if you can’t do it properly.

Worst customer Service ever. Nobody is working and when you ask for help it bothers them. They have no idea of products in store or applications. I’ll be driving over bridge for Home Depot which is disappointing

Their flyer had "Rubberwood" countertops on sale, Rushed to store to be the first in line, couldn't find it, asked their customer service,.. Not in stock, never had it since last May "they said", when will it be available?.. Don't know "they replied", why is it in your flyer then?.. Because flyers are printed a month in advance "they said "... Is this a joke?.. Answers above were given by customer service, not newly employed staff... This is serious mismanagement. Don't you agree?

I was trying to put an order in for a picnic table, however the outdoor service representative I was speaking with at 330pm, Monday August 9th was continually hanging up on me whenever I got on the line with him.

It got very frustrating, as each time I got on the line, we would speak about the product, and my account for a period of time, only to either be cut off, or to hear the phone be hung up. I eventually had to give up, as i couldn't spare anymore time.

Was there yesterday, absolutely amazing customer service, Kiran in appliances went out of her way to help us select everything we needed. She was very quick, effecient and friendly.

One of the worst communicators i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From being transferred a total of 31 time over 7 phone calls just to get my brand new washing machine fixed (which i bought from them), to being hung up on 4 times.and then being told they have no record of my washer dryer purchase.probably best to take your business to another home improvement store.

VERY BAD!
I just learned that they do not have inventory when they put "in stock" on their display unit.
One have to pay 100% up front and no guarantee on the arrival day of what you order.
I was also told "no refund on what you order even when your order do not arrived"
Very bad customer service even on the supervisor level.

No product knowledge by any staff. No initiative or assistance. Common hardware and building products not stocked in store. Told to go home and order online. NOT specialized items, just day to day products.

I came in one day to come pick up some flooring material and I needed help finding the right product for the job. When I approached the Flooring desk I spoke to one of the flooring associates and asked if they can point me in the right direction to where I can find underlay for carpet and hardwood floor. He sent me all the way to one end of the store to the other end of the store. I was furious that he wasted my time making me walk all around the store just to find underlay. When I came back to the flooring desk instead of 4 workers, there was only 1 worker. I asked the young man where all his coworkers went and he told me that he didn’t know. This made me even more furious because I wanted to tell the man that directed me in the wrong direction this entire time and wanted to complain. Lucky the young man took notice on how furious I was and asked me if there was anything he could help me with. I told him that I have been walking around this whole store trying to find underlay. Who could of imagine that it was in the back of the flooring.

Long story short. This young man deserves a raise and knows what he is talking about. I am disappointed in the Flooring management in terms of knowledge and knowing the product that they are selling. If this young man wasn’t there that day I would of stormed out of that store and never of came back.

Their prices were ridiculously high. Some items I priced were nearly twice to that of home Depot. I usually like to buy from Canadian owned stores, but not at those prices. I won't be going back.

Excellent customer service here from Jeremy, who helped us with tiles. Also great help from cashiers when we thought the process of the types was wrong! We'll definitely come here again!

Manufacturing defect - NOT corrected. DO NOT BUY appliances at Lowes!

I bought this Electrolux (model 627) dryer, with its sister washer, at Lowes in New Westminster in mid-March. Within ten days (and fewer than ten loads), the dryer started to make a clicking/knocking noise. I checked Electrolux online, and they stated that it may be a clogged blower - that is, lint has gone through to the blower and is causing it to malfunction. I had installed a new vent system for it (direct solid steel, not a coil vent which you are advised to not use), and the outgoing air only travels two feet to the exhaust; thus it was not an improper exhaust problem. I called Lowes, because I had also purchased a four year warranty extension, but they said I had to call Electrolux and that Lowes only covers it after the manufacturer warranty expires; fair enough. I called Electrolux, eleven days after purchase; they said they would call back with a referral to a warranty service provider (WSP). Nearly two weeks later, they called, and said the WSP would call to set an appointment; one week later, the WSP called, and set an appointment for two more weeks later. Thus, the service technician came yesterday, April 28 - now 45 days after purchase. He immediately confirmed that the problem is lint in the blower, and advised that he gets repair calls for this issue for Electrolux dryers six times per week. He said the dryer is faulty, with no permanent solution, and that I will need to have the blower cleaned every few months for its lifetime. He said that I should take it back and get a different make. Too late now, of course, because it took Electrolux a full 34 days to get a technician to me, and I cannot return the dryer to Lowes.

I think the girls name was Emery. Saved me 100 bucks knew where everything was and even knew they had a discounted door that I could use. Usually I'm disappointed at these types of stores but the staff here are smart!

I only recently found out there’s Lowe’s in Canada as I usually go to Home Dpt. Located in an industrial area kind of tuck in so you must go by car with gps. I came here around 6: 30pm on a Thursday night. It’s kind of dead but it’s definitely well staff which I don’t mind as I can easily get access for question right away. Staff are friendly and gives straight answer as I’m a type who don’t like to go around in circle. I came here for air fryer but they only have one model in store. I was told there’s more option online and could have it deliver to my residence for free and I thought thats pretty sweet. I was also shown where to find an oven light bulb in the aisle which was retailed $5. I will definitely come back here next time. If you like this review please give me a thumbs up

In store service and prices are decent and I'll continue with going into the store, but I will NEVER order online again! 4 times I've ordered and 4 times they have messed something up. 5 days is not the same as 4-6 weeks, oh the vendor will deliver it within 3-5 days, and they'll contact you, 4 days later no contact from their vendor. NEVER again will I order online from Lowes!

As long as you don't need any customer service after purchase, this is a good place to shop.

Online order pickup takes forever, you are left dialing in or on hold and finally when you get through you have to wait another 15 minutes to get your item.

All is fine for the store itself, however some of the staff, especially the younger ones, need to learn about customer service. Wish I grabbed the name of the younger gentleman that walked on his heels to offset his gut, but when asked a question on Christmas light replacement bulbs, he completely stopped listening to what I was saying and lazily walked me back to the exact spot I just told him I was at.which did not contain ANY Noma bulbs. I told him, "as I said, these are not Noma bulbs but the Essential (or whatever they were called) brand, and not what I was asking or looking for. " He then told me, "yeah, this is all we have. " and walked away from me. I then asked after him if any other store had any stock and he didn't even turn around, and just said, "yeah, they probably don't have anything either. They probably only have the same as us. "
He was the epidemy of sloth.
Was hoping to support "Rona", however doubt I will return as at least the Home Depot folks in Surrey or Coquitlam are attentive.

You guy make Lows look bad, and need more training I guess.

As usuall immediate service. No less than 2 associates asked if I needed help. Bought a washer and dryer. Bob (an associate) was freindly and got me out there within 20 minutes. If you want good service, Lowe's the place. When I get my new place, I'll be going here if I need any appliances.

Went in looking for a quick fix. Got talking to Dave Neal and when he was finished I knew everything I needed to know to fix the underlying problem. He then helped me source some products they were out of stock on. Very impressed.

Lowes has some unique items and products you dont find at other home improvement chains.prices are overall expensive, not a lot of basic items (lumber, flooring etc) go on sale.customer service is poor with most of the time vauge points in a direction.the odd employee knows a lot.

EDIT Dec 2020: Have gone from 3 stars down to one, I was at their store in August 2020 and some employees were wearing no masks, and others were not wearing them properly or down by their chins, I called one employee out who seemed to be in charge of front end.he was dismissive. I did an online survey and indicated I wanted to be contacted but nobody ever did. I should have reported the store to provincial health.

Also recently in mid Dec saw a guy steal stuff, he shoved past me and exited thru the front entrance,
Alarms were setoff.no staff even blinked. I told an employee what happened and he just said they cant do anything if somebody steals.no loss prevention? That causes prices to rise, I was suprused how non chalant they were about it
