Worst customer service. Always short staff. Dont honor website price and unable to help find a product even though website says they have 23 of that item in stock. Poor service waste of time
Went to this store three times to look for a discounted item. They always say they are short staff and there’s nobody in plumbing department and they are unable to help me with that. What a waste of time. Their website says they have 23 of those faucets in stock. When I finally third day found that item which came in as wrong price then they say they are unable to give me website price. Total Waste of time never going there again.
Went in to grab something quick manager came with attitude wouldn’t help me and my brother out, very unprofessional we will be taking our business somewhere else. Thank you
Horrible made me wait for curbisde pickup for half an hour i called i left the im here notification did everything i possibly could and still they would not bring me my order. It would have been faster to not order ahead. Wont ever come back here
Often visit looking for a specific fastener of some sort. Have only been successful once.their small parts bins are hardly ever stocked.they also dont warranty Craftsman tools. Lifetime warranty but wont do an exchange for broken craftsman items.
Went in this morning, no cashiers and had to go threw self check out, which by itself is ok, but of 5 items I was purchasing 3 of them came up at higher prices than what was listed on the shelf. When asking for help on it I had to wait over 5 minutes for someone. Put everything back that I could get elsewhere and only purchased what I couldn’t get from a different store, so 1 item out of 5.
Last year I accidentally missed a payment on the Lowe’s credit card and 2 weeks later I started getting 2 calls a day from Synchrony about the missed payment while I never got any statements (online or paper) about the amount due. I had to pretty much yell at them on the phone to stop harassing me with the calls and shortly after they started reporting on my credit. (Really?)
Last night I paid off the Lowe’s credit card and I’m trying to contact the phone number on the back of the card to terminate the contract / close the account. Once the call completed one hour of wait for a Lowe’s representative with no answer, the call drops automatically. There’s a picture attached for proof of my call.
I forgot my password to access online so I changed it successfully 4 times, however still doesn’t let me access to it, meaning I have absolutely no way to contact Lowe’s for support as I was told at the store I need to call that number for that type of inquiries.
Lowe’s costumer service is absolutely ridiculous, interest rates on the credit card are insane and it’s not worth neither your time or your money.
It took more than 5 employees and about an hour to figure out I wanted grout to repair some grout that's been falling out of my front door trim. They continued to try and sell my wife and I silicone which will not match. I had 2 kids with me and in the end I walked away annoyed and they sold my wife silicone. After that, the product they gave her would not ring up because the barcode was not in the system. That was another 20 minutes and 3 employees. The staff are not knowledgeable of the products.
This location has horrible customer service. Our hot water tank broke earlier this week, with years under warranty for a like-for-like replacement remaining. Instead, despite what both the manufacturer and the plumber we hired have relayed to us, which is that we should receive a replacement tank, this Lowe's refuses to fulfill the warranty claim. My family has been forced to shower in ice cold water and use our 1.5L electric kettle to try to heat up any water for days now. The only thing this location will offer us is store credit toward the purchase of another hot water tank, and when called directly, the employee on the phone refused to get the store manager in contact with us. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase any important utilities from this location, or any other Lowe's if this is what the others are like, to stay as far away as possible, because they will ignore your warranty, disregard the collected paperwork of the hired professional THEY require in order to advance the claim, and you'll be SOL with a broken utility. They have no empathy for a family during winter lacking hot or even lukewarm or room-temperature water, and we live in the most temperate part of Canada. Good luck to any other Canadians living in colder areas because Lowe's won't care if you freeze as long as they don't have to fulfill your valid warranty claim. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Lowes has terrible customer service. I've been waiting between a month and six weeks (and counting) on a call to the store manager. I've been waiting 13 days (and counting) for a response to an email that I sent complaining about an order taking 3.5 months on a 3-4 week promise. I only gave one star because I couldn't give no stars.
I bought ener-g+ HEA-21288-LED hanging infrared padio heater with remote control and ambient lighting and it was easy to hang and set up. It was easy to use and was a straightforward manual. It is light but cast a good amount of heat with different settings.
We had a delivery from brought to us from Lowes Abbotsford by Little Star Transport. Our driver was absolutely incredible.
I was injured and wouldn’t have been able to carry in the shipment. Even though our garage wasn’t big enough to fit the delivery, he went above & beyond to find a way to get the drywall inside.
So thankful, and would want any future deliveries done by them. A+

Terrible service. It's almost impossible to get help from the staff here and when you finally do get help from them they have no idea where anything is. Staff willpoint you in a vague direction just to get rid of you When I went to customer service to ask for help I stood there unacknowledged by the ladies that were working there for a solid minute before they tried to push me through a cashier before answering my question. When I asked them if they could send someone to a section of the store to help me with something they said yes then never sent anyone. I put my items down and went to Walmart instead.
The only home improvement store that had exterior shade blinds in stock during the heat waves. Sales associate Paul not only assisted me with good information, he did me a favour by driving them to my home after he was off work as I don’t drive. Now that is real people service. Thanks Paul and Lowes!
No one knew anything about a box fan. They didn't even know if they had one. After being pointed to the 4 corners of a football size warehouse and competed a marathon I left.

Absolutely disgusting installation quote of $1,400 for 4 sq yds of carpet. Even Lowe's employees told us to walk away from this. We did. We have no problem with the Lowe's employees. It's their carpet installation contractors that are the problem. We will never use Lowe's carpet installation and absolutely do not recommend it. Somehow Lowe's managers simply don't care about fair pricing for carpet installation. Wish we could give this "installation service" a 0.
Worst customer service ever. Store Canceled my order when I purchased online saying they won't be getting anymore in stock. As per website it clearly mentioned 197 special order available.
Your website is awful. I sign in and change the location of the area I live in but everytime i go to a different page it changes the location back to Ontario. So frustrating never use it again. Fix your website to be more user friendly.
This is a nice store, huge, easy to get lost in. Lol. One should know what they are shopping for when visiting this store because if the plan is to browse the aisles you could be there a very long time. Their prices are on par with the competition. Their garden center in particular had a very good variety of plants and they seemed well taken care of. Nothing drive me mad more than a store that carries live plants then doesn't bother to water or care for them so they sit wilting on the shelves. Fortunately Lowe's plants were watered and looked healthy. I would have given 5 stars but I asked the associate in the garden center if they had seed potatoes and she said she didn't know and directed me to a fellow inside the store. He didn't know what I was talking about but said if we have it will be over there, gesturing sort of broadly at a display of seed packets. Working in the garden center I would have thought at least one of then would have known what I was talking about. Anyway I went home without seed potatoes. Aside from that the other associate I spoke to was very helpful and check out was quick and easy. They also offer self check out. I will shop here again.
I really want to like Lowe's but I find it really hard to find things when I am here and the selection is not as large as there competitor. I ordered a patio set and was told at time of ordering it would be 4-6 weeks. Approaching 6 weeks I went to the store to see when it would be in only to be told that it may not come in but if it does it will be late May early June. This is an additional 4-6 weeks and not a phone call to tell me this prior? !
If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a new lawn mower in may 2021 for my dad for his birthday and ended up having to return it the same day because the handle was broken, which things happen no big deal. They gave us a replacement one which was great, 2 weeks later it had oil leaking everywhere so we brought that one back. They ended up having to order us in a new one as they had none in stock. A couple weeks went by and I called to see if it had arrived and they had no information on any order with our name and phone number, so they had seen one on order and said they would put my name and number on it and call me when it arrived. Now we are a month without a lawn mower, so i call again to see if its in and they have no record of my name or phone number ever being on file and say they cant do anything for us, so now im out a lawn mower and $500.00. I will never buy anything again from Lowes as they can not seem to get anything right with something as simple as a lawn mower.
Lowes in Abbotsford was a wasted trip. The store is nice but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. No cashiers. They expect t you to work for them for free and check your own purchase snd not even offer a discounted price. In fact the spray paint is 1.29 more than Walmart. Customer service finally checked k me out but was so stinking miserable and the other person standing around was busy cleaning her phone. No service means I will not return
Is Lowe's garden center also a victim of Covid? There were no choices, small selection and so many plants were dry and dead. One haughty lady was walking around without a mask and no one protested. Won't be going back there again this season!

Went there looking for their star manager in appliances.only to find out she doesnt work there anymore. I just dont get the same service from the new manager.
A quote on countertops that should have taken a couple of days took a week. When I called to inquire, it appeared as though it was forgotten about. That should have been my red flag, but decided to order anyway. It's been almost 4 weeks since ordering, I've had zero communication from Lowe's, so I called the store. Was told I should get a call later this week, or next week, (after being told approx 3 weeks wait for install). So that brings me to 4-5 weeks. The biggest thing is the lack of communication. I had friends recommend Home Depot. I should have listened. I'm giving 2 stars because Wanda was very helpful, otherwise it would be zero if I could.
Had a hard time getting around the store and the staff really didn't know enough. I got the wrong screws that I was looking for and I lost the receipt so I can't even take them back and exchange them. I don't think I will be going back.
Everybody, including the young workers know where everything is. Every corner I turned a Lowes professional was close buy asking if they could assist me. The stores always clean and the vast amount of items are always in order on the shelves. If their not, it seems somebody dressed in red is organizing it, until I turn the corner.
Went to Lowes in Abbotsford last night after speaking with a rep on the phone about price matching a generator from Home Depot. He said they would and for me to come all the way out from Chilliwack. Got to the store, showed them pictures of the ad and price for the exact same generator but then wouldn't price match with home depot. You can clearly see the generator is the same and they had it on display too. I'm very disappointed with Lowes and I know Home Depot would have price matched without any fuss. The worst part is Lowes had 17 of them in stock and Home Depot was sold out. Brutal. I don't think I will be shopping at Lowes ever again.

Very disorganized. We found a bathroom vanity that we loved and noticed there was only one left in stock, so we drove out to the store only to be told that they were all sold out. Fair enough. The sales associate took our name down and advised us that they would call us if it ever becomes available. Yesterday we got a call from the associate saying there was 2 in stock. We were very excited and ordered online. However, an hour later another associate calls and tells us they don’t have any stock. Now we are in the process of canceling the order. This was our first and last time shopping at Lowe’s. Do yourself a favour and shop at Home Depot instead.
Bought a screen door and separate handle hardware only to find door had the hardware already. Went to return it with receipt only to realize we used hubby’s debit card. No problem! Received cash and I was on my way. The store is huge, clean, nice layout, humongous stock, great prices and staff ROCK! Will definitely revisit! Even went to the garden centre and asked about a 50% off pansy basket and received excellent, honest feedback from the friendly staff. Didn’t buy it because I wanted to put the basket in the ground and was told it would die because it was at end of blooming and they didn’t like full sun ️ which was where I planned to put it. Really great honest down to earth people!
Ordered Something Online on the 16th it said would be available for pickup on the 23rd at the store. No contact after that. I called them on the 24th only to be told that item is not in stock and will never be available. All they could do was cancel. Spent 45 mins on hold with the online store phone to find out if they could find it elsewhere. They said 1 was available an hr drive away. I placed another order for that one. I called that store to find out they had none in stock. Also purchased a blind from here that broke within a year. Probably should shop elsewhere
