We have just been set up with our new POS System. We are extremely happy with it and our Sales rep Michael was amazing. Michael took the time to teach us and explain everything. I would highly recommend Michael with Lucid Payments.

We have only just begun with Lucid Payments so my feedback will be updated after some time. What I can say at this juncture though is that I absolutely LOVE the personal service from Janelle and the idea of having a local representative as well as someone who responds to my questions in real time. No more sitting on hold to talk to strangers. Excalibur Electric looks forward to a long relationship with Lucid!

We have been using Lucid Payments for over a year now and are saving money of fees. The best part is that you can call Michael at any time and he will either come to your business or walk you through your issue - no more calling a 1 800# and talking to someone that you have no idea who they are and no recourse when they do not resolve your issue. I highly recommend!

This is our second business that we dealt with Michael for our debit and credit processing system. He always takes the time to help with any issue or questions that we had. Professional at all times and with a cool head. We highly recommend Michael for any of your processing needs.

We recently switched to Lucid Payments from one of the big, well-known companies with the typical high rates. From the time we filled out the application, answering all our questions, ordering us different machines without hesitation and not to mention the savings we will have, dealing with Janelle has been awesome to say the least! And, the fact that Lucid is a locally family-owned business is the cherry on top! We are very happy to have made the switch!
