We really enjoyed going to this location however our latest experience there will be our last. We were running behind for our 5: 05pm appointment and my husband called to say we were going to be 30 mins late and they said it was no problem and rescheduled us for 5: 30pm. When we arrive at 5: 36pm we see a closed sign, and the staff counting their tills to close up. They tell me that if you are 5 mins past your booking time they auto cancel your appointment b/c they close at 6pm and can't complete the whole service before closing. This appt was for a 10 year old boys hair cut, just trimming around the back and sides. We are never there for longer than 20 mins. There were no offers to help, no offers to make other arrangements, just a sorry, we can't take you. They close and are walking away from the store at 5: 45pm. Therefore you don't really close at 6pm do you? In this market where you can get your hair cut anywhere, I would suggest you work on your customer service and bettering your communication, to keep your guests, because if you don't, they don't return. No where when you book your appointment does it note this "policy"

I took my son here a couple weeks back, worse hair cut ever. Chop, chop and choppy for each level at the back of his end, you could legit see the lines. Paid $25 for an 8 year old plus $5 tip. So $30. It was an apprentice, I found out later. He called over another barber who basically said you got this, so he could go out for a smoke. We have never had such a bad a hair cut, I am no expert, I am happier with a great clips $12 cut. Lol if it was an adult, they wouldnt have even walked out the door.

My boyfriend got his hair cut here and I have never seen him so happy and confident with a hairstyle. The owner empowered him by educating him on the shape of his face, and boosted his image of himself. Thank you so much!

Finally a quality barber shop in Maple Ridge! They take their time to give you the absolute best look possible. Brought my nephew in and couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and skill. He is so happy and feel confident.which is very important for any young man! Ps Rocco is your guy
