Being shopping at Lugaro for over a year and their customer service is excellent. The sales people were very patient and we were able to find something we like during most visits. A lot of jewelry pieces we bought came with authenticity certificate. The manager was extremely friendly too. He went above and beyond by fixing my wife's ear ring on the spot! As a local, we will continue visit this store and recommend my friends to come for a visit whenever they come to the island.

My family and I have been loyal customers for decades, dating back to the days when they occupied a space in the Mall. I've always found the staff to be responsive, kind, unassuming and supportive. Most recently they helped me to special order a part for a watch I purchased 2 years ago. There was a delay but their communication was excellent. Other times, I've had staff recognize me even after having only visited occasionally over the last few years. They were able to make the connection between myself and my mother and the help they've provided to me and my father in the past. My brother also has been pleased with their kind assistance to source a specific bronze watch I'd recommend for him. I've visited times with my wife looking for specific items and have never found an incident where I was made to feel unwelcome or undervalued. For these reasons, the support they give me, the respect and helpfulness to myself and my family, I hope to always see them as my first choice.although I've not personally had any of my custom-made items made here, I will say that they were able to help my mother with an insurance claim where many items had to be replaced. I've had times where I've made purchases for gifts that were exchanged without any problems, and when I was looking for something in particular, or looking for replacements, repairs or any other issue I've always found them kind. I've visited looking for specific watches and I always enjoy my visits even when I don't see what I'm looking for. I look forward to the next blessing (wife approval) to add to my collection, and visiting again soon. Thanks for always treating me with kindness and respect, even back when I was a young teenager. BEST experience shopping for high end watches at Lugaro Victoria! I've visited the west van lugaro location many times, but we had a short trip to Victoria so we decided to stop by Lugaro Victoria to browse their watch selection. My fiancé and I looked at Longines and OMEGA watches and we were offered water and coffee with a warm welcome. We truly felt like royalty which made the visit very memorable. Fernando was kind, very patience and knowledgeable on all timepieces and we tried on various styles. Can't wait to visit again to add another Rolex to my dream watch collection. Thanks!

Since then the staff have taken time to get to know me and understand my tastes and preferences in various products. I tend to flock towards their wide selection of watches, and it has been appreciated that they've kept my interests and preferences in mind and reached out when particular pieces have become available. This level of genuine courtesy and service is what keeps me going back, and that's why I recommend Lugaro for all your jewelry needs.

Amazing professional staff. My son started having asthma issues and they noticed and
got my attention. Offered me waters and told us to take all the time we need in the seating area. Re-assured that they have kids. Just getting a strap switched on my watch and not even buying anything. Great group of people there.

Gave a visit to this Lugaro’s last week. My partner and I were greeted by Fabio. We talked watches, he really elevated our experience. We actually felt so warmly welcomed that I ended up going back the next day to purchase a ring for the lady. Fabio again assisted and was nothing short of excellent. Sales staff is exceptionally personable and remembered me after one visit! Visited once to look for an anniversary present but ran out of time and made no decisions. Returned the next week and they remembered that I was looking for an anniversary present and the general guidelines, and ended up finding a great anniversary band in rose gold with diamonds for a great price that I think my wife cost a lot more than it actually did!

I really enjoy how the jewelry is sorted into price based sections so you know at a glance what stuff costs and there is no games played with pricing, it’s very straight forward and takes the guesswork out of it that you encounter at most jewelry stores. Not to mention I felt less pressured but more helped here than big mall chains.
