I purchased my fiancés gold wedding band here and they missed a letter on the personal engraving on the inside of the ring. It's been sent back to be resolved and they mentioned they put a 2 week rush on it. I will update my review once I have it back, hopefully within the timeframe promised as we have already waited for it for 6 weeks. Thank goodness we were proactive in getting this done ahead of the wedding. Not the worst thing to not have the engraving for the wedding but its a special moment in life, its a nice feeling to have it done properly the way you intended. I bought a pair of earrings online and made a mistake. At the check out, instead of clicking on shipping to the local store, I clicked on delivering to my home. I sent an email to the online customer service and got a reply the next day. Anna was able to helped me sort that out and I was able to pick it up at the local store. The service was kind and very professional.

I went to the store to pick the earring up and it wasn't what I expected. It was a bit too small than I imagined.
I am not an expert on jewelry so I asked Anna if I could do an exchange.
She replied with a photo of a wide range of earrings size so I can have a clear vision on what to get. That's what I call great service.

I went to the store and the team at metrotown was able to help me out with the exchange to the correct earrings size.

I had a wonderful experience with Purvi, I called in to see if they had a Tudor Royal 38mm in stock and luckily they had just gotten one in and she put a hold on it for me. Within a few hours I was in and left with my watch. Purvi is extremely knowledgeable on watches and knew much more than I had expected. Great to be able to share knowledge with someone with a similar passion.

I have a free servicing for resizing my watch not even buying from their store. Great experience!

I just had a great experience purchasing my new Tudor Blackbay blue 58 from this location. The sales person Michael was very knowledgeable about watches and what other collectors might also enjoy. The sales manager or general manager was also very friendly. I highly recommend you visit them the next time you are in the market for watches or jewelry.

What can I say about Lugaro?

A family company that I met online.

Although I encountered an issue with my initial order, they managed it efficiently by phone calls and e-mails.

After some back and forth exchanges, we found a solution and I received my watch overnight by FedEx (Did I mention that I live in QC and they’re operating in BC?).

My only negative comment would be that live online inventory should be more live.

I have already setup an arrangement for my next purchase. Let see how it is handled and if I am correct with my review.

I was looking for an Omega Aqua Terra for my upcoming wedding and I received great service from Michael. Very knowledgeable and clearly a watch enthusiast as well. Not only showed me the watch I'm looking for, but also took the time to show me some other interesting pieces that I had my eyes on as well. They have a great selection of watches that I haven't been able to see elsewhere in Vancouver, I will definitely be visiting them again.

I recently purchased a Longines Spirit Zulu Time. I knew that was the watch I wanted after doing research online.
Andrea was easily approachable and very friendly and helpful. I mentioned that I also was interested in an Aqua Terra or Seamaster in the future. She encouraged me to try them and other Omegas on even though I was going to buy the Longines. No sales pressure at all.
I would come back for another in person purchase next time I am in the Vancouver area.

Bought a necklace for my girlfriend here, stone fell out short time after buying it, brought it back for repair, and that’s where the problems start, had a two week window for repair I was supposed to get a call within a short time to see my options if it could be repaired or replaced, but was told it would fit within that two week window, never got a call back, I waited a bit then started to get in contact with the store for some answers on what was going on it took 6 phone calls before anyone would get back to me with an answer on what was going on with the piece, that two weeks now turned into one or two months to fix it, so I went in for a refund only to find out they had the exact same piece sitting in the display case which they most definitely could have replaced it with but chose not to, now onto the refund they have a limit on how much they can refund you on a debit card? So you’re money is good enough to take but becomes a problem to return which is not okay, there are much better jewelry stores out there that can communicate with there clients I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Bought an Omega Speedmaster and had an efficient and pleasant shopping experience. They are not pushy at all and are very patient with questions. Michael was super knowledgeable on Omega and very helpful. They also treat return customers very great care, so this has always been the only place for me to buy any watches.

I am very happy with my purchase! The staff was very extremely helpful and friendly. The products are premium as well as the service level.

Very kind staff at Lugaro. I was getting a watch sized as it was a little tight on my wrist. The gentleman who worked there informed me that the previous dealer used a replacement screw instead of the ones included and explained it was free of charge as it was my first time with them.

I went to the display and looked at the watch I had in mind, still doubting I'd pick up there. George approached me and shown me the watch. When I inquired the discount, he immediately gave me a number that's hard to refuse with extra bonus on the side. No back and forth and nor BS like a lot of other sales would do. He even let me look at the coolest watch - Ulysses Nardin Freak from the display and had a good chat with him.
