The staff there is super rude and racist. No body from the store greeted when I walked in. I had to return something due to quality issues and the white old lady just rolled her eyes and looked at my stuff even though she was just standing there at the counter. The person who processed refund for me was very rude as well as she was trying to say that this machine can remove the lint but I’m a regular costumer of lululemon and no other store location has refused to do the exchange. A tall lady who was working there showed attitude and all the staff members are so disrespectful and unprofessional. They don’t deserve to be working at this type of stores as they are making it so awkward for people to shop at the store because I didn’t feel comfortable.

The ladies at this place are amazing! They ensure you are treated well. I took a pair of pants that were ripped and they replaced it at no charge! Ended up spending more.

West Vancouver branch's variety is way less than other shops like Robson's or metrotown's.please improve it.

For women only? Maybe put this on the online description so myself and others don't waste an hour and a half driving to and from Squamish or other places, only to find it's only for women. Brutal.

Wow 1st time in this store or Lululemon at all. Super friendly Staff, Super Clean, great items plus some great sales. Had way to much fun shopping, plus right beside next door is for the men, very great idea. It's in a good location and going at around 10am on a Saturday was pretty great idea, people but not overly crowded, plus more then enough staff on to help everyone there with there needs.stop by you will enjoy yourself that's for sure!

I didn’t end up buying anything from the store, but I did want to comment on their customer service. I am injured and unfortunately cannot even tie my own shoes, and I know it’s a weird request, but I had to ask someone to help me and do it for me. The staff were super friendly and empathetic and jumped right on helping me out, without making me feel more awkward than I already did. Thank you so much and I look forward to shopping there when I can actually move my arms again!

You would be hard pressed to find a company with better customer service. Love this store! ️

Shopped here recently and a worker named Yas went above and beyond when helping me. It was refreshing to talk to someone in retail who shows a genuine interest in a customer's needs. Definitely will be coming back.

Her friendly and patient demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable. The store had a great selection of high-quality products and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Smaller location but sooooo much packed in with good deals to be found and multiple price points for all budgets.

This location's protocols for COVID is one of the worst that I have seen. I've been coming into the mens side to return over the past few visits. Today they limit 3 customers that are allowed in the store. People outside were waiting for over 30 minutes because the person who was at the register took over 30 minutes ringing this couple through.

I understand that there is a limit for how many people can be in the store. The store was at max capacity and then an employee from the womens went into the mens store and she was there for over 30 minutes. What happened to social distancing and max capacity? That makes no sense. If an employee can just go into the store when it is max capacity due to social distancing?

I am not pleased with this store and I am going to actually write an email to head office about this.
