Visited Lululemon at Metrotown and had an amazing experience, thanks to Sarah, the sales associate. She went above and beyond to assist me. I'm thoroughly impressed with their range of tops and pants - they're incredibly comfortable for daily use. As a man, I appreciate the fit and feel of their products. Highly recommend!

Very Poor Service. One girl working was way too arrogant and was acting very over smart. Managers should teach her a good pitch while talking with the customers.

Ordered cloth online but received wrong product, stopped by here, but the manager took the product away and said the product is not yours, did not leave any evidence, threatened to call security, this is not real lululemon service, be careful to this manager, she is not qualified and very negative

I came in to lululemon today for an exchange, and michael was so helpful.it was quite busy, but he did not rush my transaction, answered my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure my order issues were solved.i recommend this store to everyone, especially with staff like michael.

The staff is really rude. I had some questions where one of the associate answered me very rudely, went to Aritzia, the opposite store to them where i was treated real nice. Not going to this location ever again

Lululemon's Quality Promise was not true. I was guided that I had to hang Align in the air. If you don't have an account or got it as gift, you are not qualified for Quality Promise. Make sure make an account when you purchase. I won't go back to Lululemon's products, it was comfy but pricy and not that great quality when think about it's price.

Made a warranty claim at this store and was helped by Karen and Karin (not sure if I'm spelling their names right, two Karens anyway). They were very helpful and did everything they could to ensure I was happy. Very satisfied with the service I received from them - will do my future shopping here because of them!

This store has the worst customer service out of any other Lululemon stores I’ve been too! Their managers know nothing about their products or what they stand for. Pretty sad with my experiences here.

How long can you wander around this store holding a single shoe, trying to find a salesperson to help you? I guess we’ll never know, because I gave up after about 10 minutes. Both times I went in. On the same day.

Lululemon men's wear are getting better and better. I am loving the material and quality. Their casual wear are comfortable, practical, and subtle.

I had terrible experiences in particular this metrotown lululemon store.some Lululemon store employees dont care about lululemon brand reputation.back in 2021, the store manager was treating customer disrespectfully, and there was a bald guy in his 30s who used to work in this store.i feel like being discriminated by his arrogate attitude.seems like his enthusiasm is only for white customers, specially towards the white guys

The lululemon store had a lot to offer but was out of stock in many of the larger women’s sizes. I did, however, manage to find my brother a beautifully made shirt (Evolution Short-Sleeve Polo Shirt) in XL at the back with the We Made Too Much section for a good $20 cheaper than originally listed. Corrine was super helpful and patiently helped us despite the store being understaffed given the amount of customers shopping (back to school rush). The service was excellent and I commend Corrine for her hard work!

2 stars for good selection but honestly customer service can do better. Came in to return pants I had purchased with the tags on and the packing invoice that it shipped with (which is all you should need to be able to return the items) and the person who was helping me proceeded to ask if I can show them the email receipt as they could not see the purchase in my account…? I didn’t see it in my app and I had mentioned that the app wasn’t working at the time of my purchase and had to go on the website to place the order which could be the reason to the discrepancy. They made it seem like that would be a HUGE issue and offered to return the items but only back to a gift card. It was all very weird as the items where still within the 30 day return and exchange policy and the fact that I gave her a perfectly normal and usable receipt that depicted the items purchased, my first and last name as well as the card used to purchase which I also showed them. They didn’t attempt to scan the receipt I gave them and seemed to be set to see it under my account. (Note that the items I purchased were full price and not sale items) I get staff are trying to make store goals but it should never be at the cost at trying to make a customer feel like they’ve done something wrong when they’ve followed all the rules. Left me with a bad taste and will try and avoid this location all together.

Went down this branch last weekend with my girlfriends. Most of the color of the items that i wanted to purchase was only available online. And the sizing could be off sometimes for me so i wanted to try it in person to save my time of doing return again. As i approached the fitting room for assistance, there was 2 of them, one of them was helpful but the small asian girl, i already sensed some attitude from her.

As i continued to try, this asian girl told me if i need something i can ask her *with disgust in her face*. Girl cant even hide her attitude for professionalism. I lost my interest with purchasing and as we were about to leave the fitting room, one of them gestured to us like as to keep an eye on us.

Its a $78 polo shirt and $128 for a jacket. Do these staff think we’ll jeopardize our integrity for their products and steal? Really?

The level of professionalism in this branch is just 0.

I had very bad experience in this store. While trying vest my finger got deep cut from the safety pin with which they attached the tag of the jacket …. And after that they didnt feel sorry too ….

Lululemon quality has gone down the drain. Back in mid-Jan, I bought a pair of ABC joggers. In a month’s time, the seams unraveled. I visited the store wanting an exchange for the same pair. They didn’t have the colour and asked me to pick another ABC pants for exchange. They ended up charging me for the price difference as if it were an exchange for a different pair due to my side of not liking the product I purchased. However, it is important to note that if not for the poor quality, I wouldn’t need to return the pair to begin with. That’s it, uninstalling lululemon app and not buying anymore of its product.

I bought a stretch band last week, I was helped by one of the cashier. She couldn’t find my existing studio members account but I showed her the email that I am subscribe to studio mirror. She still gave me my 10% off. I found out that I also need to subscribe to lululemon to link my studio account.

Overwhelming NICE!
The asian associate at cashier who helped me pickup my order today was extremely friendly and thorough.
