Joanne’s customer service is outstanding! She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. She scanned the entire sales floor with an RFID machine and was able to locate the very last unit. I truly appreciate her dedication to assisting me. The store was very busy when I visited, and I honestly thought it was already gone since it was showing only 1 in their inventory, but she made my day!

Thank you to Joanne and the team for the excellent shopping experience;)

If you’re a very linear body type, you know where to go! Even their stretch stuff isn’t proportioned to fit curvy people.

Everyone knows how great this brand is, but I just couldn't find my sizes. I'm a XXL guy but those just didn't fit me there

I received god-awful service from their store manager, Stephanie today. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced from lululemon. And this is considering I'm a regular customer. I processed a simple return of their Pace Breaker shorts today because the item that they sold me was dirty and she made me feel absolutely horrible all throughout the process, accusing me of already wearing the item and getting it dirty. When I asked for her name, she arrogantly said, "Stephanie. I'm one of the managers here. " Um, did I ask what your position was? This is definitely not the type of customer service you expect to receive from lulu.

Came in looking for a new shirt, had no service, so finally left after 10 minutes. The store was not busy. Staff were restocking and not helpful with customers

I was there on a very cold day for June 19, looking for something with long sleeves, like every other tourist who packed for ~ 24°C and got 12-14 °C – which is fine and good business for the stores in Vancouver, i guess. Personally I found a long sleeves top and a leggings, not the best quality (the leggings my size - does not stay put, gliding down) but will do on a colder day. A lady behind me was looking, understandably, for a jacket or something warmer. The girl in the store told her they do not have jackets in the summer, gave her some directions and wished her insolently a nice time in Alaska.

Staff at this store is lil rude compared to Robson. But for that reason I would not ignore the fact that quality of clothes is good and if you order something it arrives in time. Only thing I learnt from
Recent experience is that don’t order something that is shipped to store. They won’t look for it and tell you it is not yet all arrived wherein you have confirmation from courier and their online customer support that it is delivered. After insisting she went again and came and kind of threw the bag on table saying here it is. So why did you keep pushing me back saying it is not here? On what basis. But this is Vancouver. Ppl and r getting mean and rude and you cannot stop doing what u need to.

Had an unfortunate experience today. I bought a yoga towel last Thursday that I did not use but did open the scotch tape when I got home so it caught some of my dog’s fur. I took it back to return because I realized I will not use it as much as I thought and figured I could spend my money on something that I will use more often. I did not get the guy’s name but this Brazilian guy working there was extremely rude to me saying “see this? I can’t sell it like this. You opened the plastic wrap. We don’t usually do returns and you can go to other store if you want but this is our policy. I will make an exception for you but only this once” and that made me react with “It hasn't even been 7 days and it only has a little bit of dog hair on it? ” - as a loyal customer of lululemon I do not appreciate how I was treated. I have been able to return many items bought within more than one year and this was ridiculous to me. If I choose to return something I don’t like, it is within my rights as a customer. Especially being brand new AND NEVER USED.

I tried to call them 66 times today from 12pm to close. No any respond. I also left massage and sent email. NO ANY REPLY.

I was in yesterday in hopes that a pair of pants I had bought online for a small size could be exchanged in store for a size up. This was done super quick and easy by one of the employees there. It could’ve been a simple No since I didn’t have the tags on the pants but I did have the order receipt via email. I appreciate this employees service as now that small pair did not have to go to waste and instead I will be receiving the new size/pair via delivery. Thanks Lululemon for the great service!
