LUMI NAILS SPA

I've been here several times for pedicures and manicures. You have to pay attention or they skip steps to hurry you out. The most recent visit, they were taking off shellac and I had to ask 3 times for them to file/buff my fingernails smooth.i was paying to have a manicure and for removal of the shellac.she was going to leave my nails rough like sandpaper. Then she over charged me by 20 dollars and I didn't notice until I was home. Pretty sure she overcharged because I asked to file them properly. I don't know if I'll go back.

Never go there! I visited this to remove my shelac nails. It was the worst service ever. While she was scraping it out, she pushed it too hard, so it hurt so much. She asked me if I wanted it shorter, and I said yes, and she just cut it so quick, and at the end she murmured I should go wash my hands. The tone she had throughout the service was so annoying, I felt like she really didn’t want to do the job. After the service, I looked at my hands, it was just a disaster, and they charged me 15.75 for that? Never recommend this place to anyone.

Hanna did a fabulous job on my moms nails. She is clean and professional. My mom was so happy. I would highly recommend Hanna.

It was okay. Walked in and barely greeted, just told so go sit in the chair and handed the polish book. Tried to upsell to the premium pedicure and gel polish, which I turned down as this was not what I booked in for.
My nail tech did not speak English so couldn't have any sort of conversation, don't even know what her name was. Asked her to use less pressure for her massage and she had to ask a coworker what I was saying.makes it tough to have a genuine time when you can't converse with a client.
The service was okay. My nail tech left to work on a different client when I was drying and didn't even say goodbye or acknowledge when I left. I tipped her 20% but honestly not sure if I'll be back.

As a returning customer, I would highly appreciate their services. What else I can expect more from a nail salon? Affordable prices, friendly environment, clean store, and more importantly they have so much variety of colors which I couldn't find in other salons. They always try to get new color collections per customers' suggestions. If your nails are as weak as mine, you must try out their store, because the gels very often stay more than 3 weeks with my real nails (please consider I am an office girl and never done acrylic nails).

The picture below is when I went there with my friend. We both chose pinky transparent color which they just recently bought. We love it so much. It looks like you just apply a top and no-color coat on your nail, very natural and neat. However, technicians can be slammed during the rush hours. It is understandable though. One tip is to book your appointment or phone in to check if their store is busy before you come in. If they are not busy, technicians are willing to serve you like forever until you are happy with what you got.

Helen and the staff are super friendly and nice. I love going here all the time for my nails.

One of the worst gel manicures I have ever had, it was painful and rushed. Within days it started to chip and crack. I ended up having them look aweful for my holiday and was not able to get them redone abroad. Very disappointing and after a week I have to further damage my nails and peel, file and cut them myself.now they will take months to regrow strong as they are so damaged.

Can't recommend Lumi enough! Super fast and efficient dip powder services. All the ladies there are super friendly.

Went in for a mani/pedi and the service was rushed. A 2nd technician gave me a rough mani while sitting in the chair for my pedi; the place was empty. I had 2 cuts on my toes and 1 on my finger (putting polysporin for prevention of infection). The technicians were not engaged, one was wearing airpods and listening to music. Finish on mani isn't the best This place should focus more on quality of service; I felt it was get in & get out. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

The nail tech really rushed. Although there was no one else in the salon. She was looking around almost bored while filing my nails and ending up filing my skin down. Really aggressive and painful. You can see by looking at my nails how rushed it was. The shellac is thick and lumpy on sone nails. Also the inside of the nail lamp felt gross and sticky. When I took a look inside it was covered in a ton of goop/finger/handprints. So I knew that they weren’t cleaning any of the equipment. Just disappointing since its such a new salon. 0/5

I have never had such terrible job done on my nails to remove shellac. Groves left on my nails with over shaving. Uneven cut nails. She didn’t even bother to shape properly. My cuticles were not remove but shaved. Just awful. Make sure to have someone with experience. I wanted to complain to their manger but apparently they have none.

Nail tech was super rushed, ended up cutting multiple fingers. The whole process was rushed and painful. My nails aren't even either. The tech was also very rude. Over priced compared to other salons as well. I will not go here again

I went for a pedicure that was way over priced and ended with me getting a toe nail infection. I would never go to this place again and I think this was because of their technique or their tools

Every single nail was lifting after a nail fill less than 2 weeks after. When I told them, they said I used too much cuticle oil. I've been getting my nails done for years and never had this issue. I chose to have them removed and they still charged me. Even an apology would have gone a long way. Instead they blamed me. Very disappointing. Not a good way to do business. I'll not be returning.

Been here three times now was okay first couple time felt kinda rushed but last friday the worst! She cut me so many time and my nails aren’t even the shape or how I would like them because she couldn’t file anymore without cutting me up not sure why as she did my nails last time. My one fingers hurts so much I’m hoping it’s not infected.

Worst service I have even had in my life.
I found them very rude not just to me but a customer came in while I was in the chair and almost left crying.her nails were coming off after only 2 days.they told her they had no time.not only was she told that… the girl talking to her didn’t even show her enough respect yo loook at her when see was speaking to her
the girl doing my feet never spoke to me the whole time, when I asked how to start the massage chair she just gave me an annoying sigh.
The place was empty on a Saturday evening now I know why

Had to get a pedi fixed and full set of acrylics. My nails look so natural. Now I know a pedi should NOT hurt. Good job people!

Thought we would try Lumi for a pedicure for the first time. We were not disappointed, Service was excellent and the staff is so friendly. Shoutout to Helen who was terrific. Will definitely be back.

My first time here today and I loved it. Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! They did my nails exactly how I wanted them, they showed me different shades and choices. It was such a great experience. I will definitely make this my #1 spot for nails! HIGHLY reccomend!

I went to get acrylics for the first time. 10/10 would recommend, they did an amazing job and the staff was all super friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

Honestly, not the best first experience.
I arrived for my appointment and showed a photo of what I’d like to get done. There was nail art involved for a couple nails per hand - some simple flowers. The nail tech told me that the flowers looked messy and that he could do better. No, no he couldn’t. He tried two different times and by the second attempt I was just upset and told him to stop. His “flowers” absolutely didn’t look like flowers and definitely not “better” than the inspo picture. I also noticed one of my fingers had bleeding from rough filing under the nail, which I was also upset about. The nail tech saw I was visibly upset and took $5 off my service, which was appreciated, but I left with unfinished nails. I also had to endure inappropriate comments from the nail tech; for example, I wasn’t talking, and the nail tech asked me if I was thinking about my boyfriend. Why is that a question that is asked? Doesn’t make sense. The salon looked nice and clean but I will not be returning.

100% RECOMMEND! Everybody there was super welcoming & warm. Honestly, I’m amazed of the great hospitality. The front staff was so nice and helped me immediately. They were very quick and very punctual. The lady that worked on me was so nice as well! She was so, so sweet. Also, my nails turned out SO GOOD! I WILL 100% BE COMING BACK. THANK YOU LUMI NAILS!
