I’ve been coming here for years and my usual tech has been away so I went to someone new. I loved how the nails turned out and they looked amazing but they did not last long at all for the price I paid. One popped off after 4 days and 2 days later another 2 popped clean off. Seeing only a tiny portion of my nail was connected to the acrylic. Really disappointing when you pay onwards of $70 and for them to not last even a week

I used to get my nails done from this place all the time but last time I went the service was so bad. I won’t recommend it to anyone anymore. The girl charged me extra and then called me to come back and take the money. She didn’t even show the courtesy to call her supervisor and confirm what to charge but instead started arguing. Even my nails were not done that good.

Worst pedicure experience waste of $40 never coming back and it seemed like it was the owner who was talking to lady taking payment, very rude zero customer service skills.

Amazing customer service when it comes to their clients! And their work is absolutely incredible! For sure will come back again!

I do not recommend this place at all, there is no cleanliness at all the table they sat me at had SOMEONE ELSES disgusting nail clippings and i brought to the nail techs attention too to which he replied is it poking you which is disgusting and overall not sanitary at all i was not relaxed either being tall they seated me at a short table and i was uncomfortable the whole time and no to mention the tools being used did not seem clean either and the nail tech not wearing gloves was disgusting saw him picking up garbage and not re washing hands or anything this has to break multiple health safety hazards the nail tech i had showed no care for anything seemed very annoyed i do not recommend this place if your looking for cleanliness and hygiene because it doesn’t exist here at all never returning to this place again!

Excellent customer service, a nice young lady by the name of Mimi had helped me and was very genuine about her work. Very easy to talk and get comfortable with as I've had bad experiences at other salons. I would recommend this store to anyone who is uneasy as they are efficient with their crafts and it has been my go to spot for quite some time. 10/10 service!

I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday, and the lady who did my nails did not do a good job at all. There was a language barrier, and the lady had shown a lot of frustration and aggressiveness by shaking my finger, asking me to loosen it. I think asking before bending and shaking someone's finger is more appropriate. In addition to this, despite bringing pictures of what I wanted she did not complete it and I asked if she could make it pointy to which she responded abruptly "I'm not finished", when she did finish it was coffin style and not pointy which is what I had asked.
The lady could not respond to what I was asking or enquiring about and needed to ask someone to accompany her halfway through the process so they could translate. The nails were not even and needed to be filed more, and some are slightly longer than others. The other lady needed to take over to fix it. They also didn't have the colours they showed, and the one I picked were inaccurately labeled to which I needed to explain six times it was pink and not gold as shown on the display.
I am very disappointed as it is more expensive than the average salons, and I decided not to go ahead with the pedicure here when I initially booked my appointment due to the poor service.

Been to this particular location several times each time everyone is so friendly, the nail techs are all so talented.

Worst experience at this location. The person doing my nails was so unprofessional and untrained. The nail paint started peeling of after I left the salon and the design i picked was not done correctly

I always get my nails done from here and the owner of the store used to do it for me. He is the best at his job, all of them are. I went there after 6 months and he wasn’t available which is fine. I paid 55 for a whole new set with powder nails. I went next day for a basic powder color change cuz I didn’t like it and I was told its 35. After changing it they charged me 60, which is even more than getting a whole new set. I told them I was misinformed and they can contact whoever told me it was 35. Manager was super rude about it and blamed me. Later, Said will charge 45 after. Anyway, I tipped to sum it upto 57 cuz the nail guy was nice. But never ever going back and letting my gfs know as well!

Worst nail job and most expensive avoid at all costs.

There are bubbles in the nails.

Very very bad experience. I went for mani and pedi. They had new employee and she did my pedicure for almost 2 hours and then they didn't had enough time for my mani so in 15 minutes they did my shellac nails only didn't do my manicure full and design was not done properly person who was filing my nails was different and person who did polish was different. He didn't knew english at all even after me telling him that you are giving me cuts on my skin he was not understanding and nobody was there to even make him understand and then there was customer waiting so finished it quickly without proper finishing and there was bubbles on my nails as well.

Great experience getting gel and acrylic nails with my sister! They were very kind and patient with her special needs and overall lovely. The salon is clean and cute too. I would recommend!

I have been to Lush Nail Lounge on 64th many times with different technicians (at least six). I consistently get a very well done shellac manicure and today, an excellent pedicure. In addition to the quality, you cannot beat the price. I will keep coming here. You should too!

Had an appointment with harman and she was really rude. Kept postponing my appointment to a later time.

Came in to get my nail fixed and the girl didn’t even colour match the acrylic powder. I had French tips, so the nail she fixed was the odd one out. Waste of time and money

Service here was so bad i came here first time. The guy haden who did my nails was so rude doesn't know the meaning of customer service. Keep talking to other lady in his own language. Never want to come back here so disappointing i think i just waste my money here.

Very bad experience! My daughter got her nails done here for the first time and experienced very bad customer service! Staff here are so rude! The guy staff who did her nails didn’t even know what he was doing! Because of the language barrier didn’t understand what my daughter actually wanted! Kept on talking in his own language with another lady while doing the nails! Don’t know why they think it is ok to do that while working! Never again we are using this location!

They do any amazing job every single time for both my acrylic extensions and pedi. Most importantly their shaping is always on point!

I had acrylic nails put on here and within the first week 4 of them broke, they looked good but were horrible quality obviously as I've never had such a hard time with my nails before, never again

Update: I did get a very quick reply from Julie and she was great to deal with. She offered a free pedicure from a different person.who did a fantastic job. I felt heard and I appreciate the effort that was made to make things right.they earned the better review from me for sure! Thank you for the good quality that I'm used to and for the great customer care!

I've gotten a few fills done here and liked them, so I decided to get a pedicure.my appt was at 1pm and I didn't leave till 2: 45pm! It did involve a removal of the shellac polish I had on before.but for taking almost 2 hours I would never expect such poor quality. I spent $55 and it looks like I let one of my kids do it. I'm covered in polish and didn't even fully paint some of my nails! Over clipped one of my nails to the point that it's super obvious! Not a happy camper

This place is so beautiful! My favourite nail salon to go to. Recommended it to all my friends n they love it as well!

Decided to give them a try a few weeks ago. The tech did a decent enough job but they started to lift fairly quickly and one even fell off. I called to complain, and the person I spoke with listened respectfully to my concerns and told me she would call back after she talked to the owner. Less than an hour later the owner called back and offered a fill at 25% discount. The owner did my fill and they look really nice, and honoured her word about the discount. Overall good customer service and hopefully these nails will last longer! If not I am reassured that they will resolve the issue accordingly!

I made an appointment for a pedicure and mentioned at the time of the appointment that I may need a manicure and if that was doable. I was told yes. Sat by the bar and then told that the person who was suppose to do the mani had just started with someone else, whom I believe was a walk-in. I was asked to come back another day. Nobody seemed to care, I used to come here often so decided to try it out again, but will never be back. The pedicure foot rests are broken, like the other review stated, and I could not rest my feet on it comfortably. The floors are filthy and the UV lights are disgustingly dirty. I question the cleanliness of the utensils they are using if this is their standards. It is a pity that this place has gone right down hill in every way.

Was greeted rudely when I walked in and asked if I could get a mani/pedi without an appointment. That should have been my first cue to leave. I was then taken to the back pedicure area and sat in a chair that had the footrests broken and this appeared to be the case with all the chairs. It was uncomfortable to sit there trying to balance my feet on that rest the whole time. The tech barely shaped and filed my nails and didn’t even scrub my feet properly but did manage to cut my foot in two spots with the foot file. I’ve had countless pedicures over the years and not once have I left with my feet hurting the way they do right now. The barstools used for the manicure were extremely uncomfortable to sit at, especially with wet toenails. The nail polish on my hands was hastily applied with multiple spots bubbling. Beyond this, the techs that weren’t working on someone’s nails were standing at the end of the bar area making fun of customers and people who were calling in. The pictures here make this place look so nice and clean and the reviews have you expecting great results. I’m thoroughly disappointed with this place and won’t be coming back.

They have such nice photos and so I wanted to love this place and I'm sure many people have had great experiences but the 3-4 times I have gone have been disappointing or just ok service.

My most recent visit was to get acrylics taken off. Unfortunately it seems like the method for taking off the nails is to take a nail extension and put it between the acrylic and natural nail and pry off the acrylics. This left my nail bed completely and utterly distroyed and then it was rough to the touch and uneven and weak for weeks as they grew out. In the end I still had some acrylic on my nail but in chunks?

I want to mention in the past at other salons I've gotten my nails taken off by having them drilled/filed down then soaked until all the acrylic comes off naturally. It takes time.

I think the issue here was impatience by the ladies at this salon. It's faster to just pry off the acrylic but that's damaging and unprofessional.

My other ok experiences here haven't been amazing enough to justify returning to this salon again.

My nails are awesome! I came in with my bridesmaids to get our nails done for the wedding and all our nail technicians were so helpful! They made my nails look better than the picture I used as reference. The price are also very reasonable for the work they’ve done. Thank you lush so much!

The staff is very friendly, professional, and I always feel welcome, even when I decide to just drop in. It's my favorite place to have a manicure when I'm in the area. They do a great job with shaping my nails, their polish and rhinestones are in immaculate condition up until my next nail appointment. Their rhinestones are gorgeous and does not go unnoticed! I like how they use quality products. I'm definitely a very happy frequent customer and highly recommend this place.

My very first time here Cat did my nails and she did an amazing job but one nail lifted and fell off after 3 weeks. No big deal. I paid the extra $5 to get the one nail fixed when I came for my fill. Nat did my fill on Monday, April 29th and she’s an amazing and lovely person but the acrylic nail on my thumb started to crack a little (and I pointed it out at my appointment but she said it would be fine). I ignored the crack but then on May 9th the thumbnail lifted and fell off. The next day the nail on my pointer finger lifted and fell off. So not even 1.5 weeks after my appointment I have lost two nails. I called the salon and told them about what happened and they said they’d fix it but they would charge me $5 per nail. So $10 in total just to fix nails that lifted and fell off too early. Extremely over priced and not accommodating for their customers. I’ve decided to rather than come back for a fill I’m going to take my acrylics off and go back to my old place because at least they didn’t charge $5 per nail during a fill, they didn’t charge anything at all no matter how many nails I broke or that fell off. I understand that you need to charge if I’m JUST coming in to get one nail fixed but it’s insane charging me full price of $5 per nail when the nails only lasts 1.5 weeks.

I would never go back! I was insulted by the ignorant owner during my mani pedi. Additionally, my nails lifted 2 days into my holiday.

I kept going back because I loved my experience the first time I went but for the last three times they have absolutely RUINED my nails.

Last to last time I went she did an extremely messy and hurried job because she was the last one the and was in a hurry to go home. I ended up paying for a manicure that I had to take off the next day.

Last time I got a shellac manicure with a gold glitter ombre that was supposed to be done with loose glitter but she used nail polish and just kept on layering it on. I had bumps all over and when I asked her to smooth them out she said that this is the best I can do and I have more people waiting.

Today, I had an appointment at 3: 45 and they made me wait until 4: 18. I waited 32 minutes despite having an appointment. One of guys filled down my manicure and left it to soak.

Then, the girl that was taking off my shellac had no clue about what she was doing. Instead of attempting to remove the polish she just kept filling it down. I told her multiple times that she was filing it down too much, she was hurting me and that it was ruining my nails but she just said okay and continued doing what she was doing. Afterwards when she was filling my nails she was doing it crooked. I got her to fix one nail but she still couldn't do it right so I finally said that if you can't do it, I'll wait for someone else.

Then the first guy came back to file my nails. After finishing he sent another girl to apply the base coat and polish. Even after 3 coats of polish, you could still see the ridges and rough spots that first girl had created while "removing the polish" (or butchering) my nails. A third girl applied my top coat. There are multiple bubbles in the polish and it isn't even applied to my full nail.

If I had wanted to ruin my nails this much I would've just asked my dad to go at them with sanding paper and he probably would've done a better job at it.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. I would've given them 0 stars but the only redeeming factor was the first few times I've gone in.

I got my nails done 5 days ago from the owner I believe, my nails were shaped so bad the finishing was terrible I even insisted to him while he was doing my nails I was not pleased. Five days later, my nails are already lifting and the finishing is so bad

Update: I went in to get them fixed, the owner tried to argue with me that he did a great job and he could only fix my nails maximum 15$ when all of them were lifting.he began to speak so rudely with me thankfully one of the nail techs were very helpful would not recommend this place at all
