I absolutely love coming into lush to get my service is done they always kill it whether it be my nails, or my lashes are always on point and I love the result everyone here is so friendly and nice I’ve been coming here for the last few years and honestly I’m always happy with my end result

I visited lush nails two times and honestly i had a very amazing experience. Staff is so friendly and calm. I love getting my nails done from this place. Guys I highly suggest you to go and get your nails and lashes done once i swear you won’t regret.

Lush nail is a perfect place to get your nails. All the technicians are brilliant. They are very welcoming and professional. I have got my nails done several times and they are always amazing. I would totally recommend them.

Worst nails. The pictures are from second day after gettting them done.
I asked for ombre and this is what i got. And nails are so thick and uneven and bad shape. I had to pay full price for this. She did ombre at the end with eyeshadow pallete and it didn’t look professional at all. Very bad service

Worst Experience Ever! I was told shellac is $ 25 and they never told me that when you get shellac with overlay its same price as nail extensions. They should have informed me before that the price will be double but when I complained they said its customer's responsibility to ask. I requested if I can talk to the owner they kept saying owner is busy. I also sent them an email about my concern on Thursday, its been 5 days no response at all. Zero customer service, I don't recommend to go there and waste your money!

They always overbook. One has to wait for atleast 30 minutes or more even if an appointment is booked. They’ll do one step and then go to the other customer in the middle of it.so annoying. The pedicures are extremely bad, they do it like they have no energy in them. They just clean the feet very loosely. Massage is another disaster. They just keep on moving their hands, no pressure. The latest service I took was to get my extensions removed and the gel layer is still there. When I asked to do it properly, the lady said it’s how it is done. Was in such a rush. I wanted to get extensions done, but her rush just put me off badly.

I had come in for a removal service for which was scheduled for 45 minutes and was booked with Manveer. I wasn’t expecting much for a removal however, Manveer clearly was struggling, with 3 inches of Fake Nails herself, she took approximately 1 hour and still was not done, therefore I left the salon, with half my nails still not removed. I’m pretty let down by the service, and how does management not know that their employees clearly are struggling to do the job properly, I would give 0 stars. Also they over book and make the client wait for their appointments.

I took my girlfriend there and Elise did her acrylic nails with designs. They were so beautiful I will definitely be taking my girlfriend back there she really loved her nails.

So disappointed with this salon. I have come here quite a few times over the last couple of years. I had always had good experiences before. But today was horrible. My appointment was booked for 10am. I stood outside and waited for someone to finally show up at 10: 15. The lady who did my nails was in a terrible mood, which was whatever at first. We all have bad days. But then she asked how I was liking my nails, i mentioned one of them was very crooked, she snapped on me and told me she wasn’t done. Later on she asked again how I was liking them and I had mentioned I didn’t like how bulky they were. She again snapped on me and made me cry. I am paying for this service, I should be able to confidently say if there isn’t something I 100% like about it. I asked her to just finish up so I could leave as I was embarrassed that I was now crying and how I had just been treated.

I just wanted to get gel polish on my natural nails, my nails looked pretty good so didn’t think I needed the manicure too. But the lady was trying to push me to get the manicure too but I denied. So she did gel polish very fast and very messy, didn’t even clean tiny furs that got stick after the base coat. Some top coat got on my skin and stick on my skin and didn’t bother to remove it at all. And when I pointed out the mistake she said “that’s the best I can do without the manicure”. I always get just the gel polish from a salon in Vancouver and never had this issue but I move to Surrey and had to come to this place. When I told about this to the lady who did my nails, she said “go to Vancouver next time”. I am very much disappointed and never coming back here and do not recommend it at all. I hope owner coaches staff to treat all their customers nicely even if customer is getting just a small service.
