It was my first visit to the nail salon and I was excited to have my nails done, I was disappointed when they charged me more than the price they had initially quoted me.when i booked my appointment. The service was also very poor, and the staff member cut my finger while sharpening my nails with a nail file. I feel like I wasted my money and time here, especially since there are other places with more experienced staff and lower prices. I wouldn't come back here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to my family and friends.

Very unprofessional and poor customer services. I got my nails done from them and it did not even last a week. When I asked them to fix it they said they are very busy and I had to buy the nail glue from Walmart and fix it at my own. Owner is very rude and pay no attention to resolve any issue. They only care about the people sitting inside, once you are out of the store they do not care. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS.

I got usually go here and I was never charged more than 130 for my nails and my feet. Today they charged 95 for just my feet. And they were trying to charge like 75 for my finger nails. The lady was already doing my pedicure so I told her just to do my feet and no nails. The lady did a rly bad job on my toes. I'm done w this shop going to find another place to fix my toes and get my fingers done.bci shouldn't have to pay 180 or 190 to get my feet and nails done.

I had worst experience today, my apot was 5 15 for pedi and nails. They started my nsils and put me on chair for 45 minutes to wait, gifls were fighting with each other and one start yelling at me that she has appointment and i got finished after 8 pm, i will never recommend anyone gojng there.they dont have proper shades and colours

Most unprofessional staff I've ever seen, just asked for combo which is priced for $55 but without even asking she did the shellac and told us while paying. So ridiculous, all the reviews there are so accurate. At least, hire a good staff or learn english so that you can communicate with clients in a better way. Not even deserve a negative rating.

Nail services is very bad. The lady who sit in first table is so rude. My nails broken within 6 days. I recommend everyone plz don’t went to that specific lady who sit in first table

Just got a pedicure here for the first time and I’m happy with my service! Pretty nice and bright inside and such a relaxing pedi!

Went in for acrylics. Showed a picture of the design i wanted, she attempted to do it but failed. Should have told me she couldn't instead of wasting my money. Then i asked to fix it, she declined. Then she tried to fix it angrily and made it even worse. Won't be returning in the future. Disappointed.

Have got done mani-pedi few times at this place and have been loving their service. But just got my nails done week ago and my nails are already lifting. When i went and showed them my nails, the lady wasn’t ready to hear what i am saying and was overlapping with her statements which made no sense. She was talking everything and anything but about the nails lifting. Topping off with her very rude behaviour she was not listening the concern. She kept repeating that its because your body releases idk what oil and that’s why it’s happening, haven’t heard of this before. Have been getting nails done for years and this was new to me, as far as lifting is concerned. That too in a week?
Very unprofessional way to deal with customer. There were only 2 employees working today around 2-2: 30 pm one girl and other was a lady. The lady was the one i had the conversation with.

I went there for mani and pedi. The who didi pedi did great job but other lady who did manicure did worst job. She asked me for tip herself while i paid. That is my wish how can you ask for tip when you are not even doing good job.

Very rushed, no attention to detail had to point out many times that half the nail is not painted. No technique whatsoever when it comes to designs. Messed up my nails that I’ve been growing for 7 months.

If you're not happy with the salon you're using now, as I was, then try Luxe. I did today, and I was treated to a wonderful manicure and pedicure by nice friendly staff who listened to my needs and the quality of work was above average. Thank you ladies, see you next month.

Worst customer service ever. I wished i could have given them -5. I specifically asked for square shaped nails and she could-not do it evenly so i asked her to fix them, which she denied and i asked her to give me the nail filer and did shaped them myself. They started speaking in their own language making faces towards me.
After she finished with my nails, i noticed half of my index nail has lighter shade and asked her to fixed it, she said do not come to our salon from next time, we cannot make you happy.
I request NEVER GO THEIR TO GET ANY OF THEIR SERVICES.they think they are doing a favor on us.

Poorest customer service! I was hurted by the glue she putted. After visiting the salon again the manager doesn’t bother to give me attention rather than attending other customers. Waited 2 hours with bleeding pain inside my finger. Never gonna visit again and definitely not recommended. Doesn’t care about the customer who needs urgent assistance.

Took my daughters for meni pedi and the ladies did an amazing job. They were so patient.and it was all smiles. Thank you ladies, we will be back

Terrible place and manager. She is rude, arrogant and a scam. Apparently the owner doesn't feel the need to ask the client what exactly happened. Which indicates they don't encourage good customer relationship. It is hard to understand them just as much as it is hard for them to understand you. The work was shabby and so client couldn't complain as they have to move to another person. She charged my daughter 50dollars for pedicure. Everything this place stands for is sham. It's not just having a beautiful place with rude workers. Word of mouth grows a business. You should have makeover of your workers behaviour cause it will reflect in beautifying your clients.

Not a good experience. I asked for warmer water and was told it's good. Then I was told she can't get all the old color off, so I chose a darker color and she did not put any effort to cover the old color. Even an extra wipe of remover would have done the trick! There was zero shaping, a nail file was used for maybe 5 seconds on my hands. The polish is uneven and looks layered, already chipping not even 5 hours later: (I told the lady I will not come back and she did not care at all. I wish I had read the reviews before I entered this money pit!

I’ve been going here for the last 5 times of getting my nails done and they have done an Excellent job every time I go. I get complements on my nails every where I go. I recommend this place to all of my friends. Everyone there is so nice and friendly

Got my nails done from here, lady was so rude and harsh with my nails she actually hurt my finger and didn’t even say anything, charged my above 50 for my simple refills. My usual lady was busy so I had to improvise.

Hannah and her colleagues stayed open late for me to get a pedicure and it was the best one I’ve ever had. She really spent a lot of time getting off all the dead skin and the cuticles after so long without a pedicure. They were all lovely that works there and went the extra mile. You can’t go wrong at Luxe nails- just the best

Unprofessional, rude, argumentative.no concern when causing pain during the service. If I could leave a 0 star I would. Absolutely do not recommend this business to anyone. They treat their clients terribly and no pride is taken in their work, nor do they care for customer satisfaction. There are many great salons in the area and this is absolutely not one! Never would go back nor recommend this salon to ANYONE!

Shellac manicure chipped in 5 days. The nail polish was also cracking. They did nothing about it.

They do good nails but their behaviour and attitude towards customer is very rude

And if u don’t like the colour or take time to choose a colour they get upset and angry
And they charge u extra for different colour though it is normal gel polish

Excellent customer service. Clean and organized nail salon. They care & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here.

Some of them are really professional but some need a little training overall way better than other nail salon around

Worst experience! Went to get my nails taken off, the lady took a piece of a fake nail and tried to take my nail glue off. She ripped my actual nail in half and made it bleed. Then she continued to work on rest of my nails, and was filing down my nails aggressively. She didn’t even make me wash my bleeding nail. She just re glued it, which caused an infection. Still made me pay more than half of the price to get them taken off. Do not recommend this place!

Candy is very unprofessional and rude.swore at me was angry the whole time.my nails are not straight, bulky and nothing like the picture (she couldn’t even do the heart). When i went to pay i said i’m not paying full price for this and wanted the number for the owner the worker said she can’t understand me cause her english is not good and then candy kept yelling.had to call the cops bc i thought she was going to get physically aggressive.let’s not forget about julie who did my my sisters nails and got agitated and mumbled stuff under her breath everything time she wanted her to correct smtg. So unprofessional, horrible customer service, and the workers can’t even paint nails properly.

Clean place, I went in without an appointment the guy took me in right away no problem. I was impressed by his work, very professional and fast. Also hand massage at the end was so relaxing I love it. Will be coming back again.

Horrible place, went to get a acrylic full set.ady messed up horrible y and made my gel so lumpy.
I came back disgusted and all they did was make it worse. The guy there was super creepy and harassed us. He randomly came from behind you with no mask and started talking. He even charged extra and tipped himself. When we found out we weren't given a refund

I came here to get my nails removed and the owner provided terrible service. It was my moms first time for getting her nails done and he rushed which resulted in us just getting my nails removed and leaving. It also wasn’t taken off properly and I’ll have to sand off the remainder of it myself. Nothing against the lady who did it, I can understand when there is such a terrible manager who just ruined an experience for myself and my mother

I got my nails refilled and the lady used colour which was getting dry she should have use new bottle instead. Mu gel nail paint has bubbles and wrinkles in it i have wasted my money.

Sue and Natalie were excellent and very professional. They both did a wonderful job with my pedicure and I highly recommend to get done from them. Fair price and did an amazing massage:)

She was so rough that she made my skin bleed with buffer i kept saying it hurts but she didnt listen.

Ruined my friend's nails, they are horrendous to look at now and she had a family function coming. On top of that they talk so rudely. So basically they charged me $100 to damage skin around my nails, ruin the design, did a totally different colour, and then was given attitude. Totally ruined our week.

I had asked for the picture on the right & the left picture is what I ended up with. I had told Candy that I wanted coffin shape nails. She started and cut the nail into almond shape. So I had then Showed a picture of the almond shape nails I would do instead. And I was not happy with the shape. I was in a rush and could not fix it the same day so booked an appointment the next day. They refused to fix it without charging me for. Terrible service. Will not be coming here again.

I went a few weeks ago, I had to wait like 15 mins for my appointment, they were sooo late. They charge waaay too much and I'm pretty sure they don't sanitize their stuff in between clients. Ughhh gross

I just got a mani pedi here and I was very frustrated. I did not have an appointment but they weren’t busy so we thought it was okay. They kept going back and forth between myself and other clients and eventually just left me and worked on other walk ins that came after me. Also they used the wrong colour on me. Quite disappointed

Helen was fabulous. I am not a fan of having super long nails but most salons won't give me shorter nails. It was refreshing to find a place that not only gives you what you want but explains things they are doing and educates the client to get the best result! I got exactly what I wanted and couldn't be happier!

Not professional at all.all nails are different shape and mostly over powered.plus they overcharged.so I suggest not to go

It was my first time going here and also getting my nails done. It was so convenient because you didn't have to book an appointment, you could just walk in and get a mani. I showed a picture of what nails I would like and there was no difference between the two. Overall I loved this place: D

I can't say enough thank yous to this place. The service here is just the best I have ever have in my history of getting my nails done. And trust me when I say it is good. I came in with my two month old baby and let's say she gave me a very hard time? Helen was beyond patience and understandable with the situation and I have to say hands down Usually all salons are always in a rush and she was just the best. I am really grateful and I'm definitely coming back next time without my baby.

The salon was very clean and sanitary.
It was our first time here, we got the Luxe Pedicure, it was by far the best pedicure I've ever had. We will definitely be back.

They do a really great jobs with nails! My recent nail experience was good.many color options along with great service.

I went for acrylic nails. Lady suggest me dipping nails are best. I got that done i paid 47 $. Top layer starts chipping off the same day. I went again on 2nd day to fix it. But still today is 3rd day the top layer is chipping off and nails look dull. I am not satisfied with result.

I went here to get shellac done and the owner recommended I get my nails dipped, first off the appointment was really long and the dip was not drying so she had to keep re-doing the top layer, 3 times! And then she ended up putting shellac on top of the dipped nails. Within the next couple days, 3 of my nails chipped and they barely lasted a week. Not worth the money and time. Go somewhere more experienced!

The chair didn't work, there was a huge language barrier and the ladies didn't listen to ANY of the patrons on color choice.

Got a manicure done, i asked for shellac they suggested dipping powder which was fine the color turned out really good the lady did a good job, but she didnt clean my nails or cuticles at all! And charged me $45! No hand cream or anything either so that was really disappointing and expensive for what i got.

I went in for a shellac manicure. The lady that did my nails didn't understand a word of English, I showed her the color I wanted and shook her head and pointed to another color instead and I didn't mind the color. I asked her if she had the other color and she didn't understand me. Communication was a big challenge. Wasn't a relaxing at all. My nails looked good but I was skeptical on how long it would last & sure enough 2 days later the shellac started coming off on of my nails and my nails are strong.

The service was very good, and the price was reasonable, also very friendly. I would come back again.

If i could do less than 1 star i would.i went 2 days ago for an acrylic fill.not only did it take 2 hours, but the lady did not take off my previous color so my nails are yellow underneath (my previous color was yellow). The lady cut my fingers, was rough, and did not even cover the yellow.all of my nails are different lengths, and my ombre is all pink.she layered the acrylic so thick that it visibly raised above my skin.and the nails are rough to the touch with not proper bonding. THE WORST NAIL PLACE EVER.avoid at all costs.she was open to feedback, but told me she could not fix them.they were down a lady and rushing, which is likely why they turned out awful.she gave me a discount and i still paid $60.what a waste of money.my birthday nails are completely embarrassing.

First time here. Had a pedicure with Candy. Service was very good and professional and my feet have never looked and felt better. I look forward to coming back again.

Started the pedi with ice cold soak water, when i asked for warm she was upset and said i wasted the liner. She refilled the water with scalding hot, so hot that i couldn't put my feet into. She was angrier yet that i couldn't put my feet in. She was soooo rough and careless, i told her many time that she was hurting me. She looked up, nodded and kept going. It was literally the worst shape, uneven, sloppy paint job. No massage, no scrub and no callus filing. She was done in 25 minutes and walked away to the next customer. Don't waste your money.

Love the staff here, they always do a good job & genuinely care about your results. I’ve been going here for a few years now and have been getting my nails done for over a decade (I’ve been to a few salons haha). Luxe is awesome!

I have been coming to this salon for nearly 3 years. The ladies are friendly, conscientious and accommodating. I've only had one or two minor issues and they took care of it happily each time. I usually book with Helen but any of the ladies can expertly do what you want. Thank you!

Love the nugenesis dip with tips. So much healthier for my nails with the same gorgeous look as acrylic. Thanks Jenny for making my nails look stunning ️

Great place but the price is very expensive can get the same item done elsewhere and experience and pay less but the people are very nice here they speak perfect English which I appreciate it

Had a very very very bad experience. They are not even professional. Never recommend Anyone to go there. They didn’t give finishing to my nails. I was so excited for the acrylic nails as It was my first time and they just spoiled everything. My nails get ripped off the same day. When I said them to give the proper finishing they were like very rude and starting speaking in their own language which seemed very rude to me.

Nice people. My moms ped & mani turned out great. My pediatrician was not so good, they did not take off the old nail polish just put new stuff over & the lady I got also wasnt trained properly in massage, it kinda hurt, i had to ask her to stop.

So very happy to find a salon locally that does nail dipping the way it is supposed to be done!

This was the first time I went here. The guy Tony was great, he took his time to do my nails as I wanted. And did a pretty great job fulfilling what I wanted. I love my nails! The only reason why I am giving them 4 star is because of the cleanliness, which I think was because of the busy time I went in. Thank you tony for these pretty nails

I went here because it was close to work and I just needed a single nail repair. In a completely empty shop, with only one customer who was nearly done, it took 30 minutes, three rude and inexperienced nail technicians, and zero English-speaking ability to repair my one single nail. If that doesn’t speak volumes about this establishment I’m not sure what will.

Girls here always do such a nice job on my nails. Have tried many other places but no one does nearly as good job.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are rude and so a really lousy job. This wasy second visit here. My first experience wasnt the greatest and I decided to give them another chance. I regret going back. I paid a little over a hundred dollars for a regular polish pedi and shellac nails which I thought was quite pricy. I didn't like the polish color and wanted to change it and the chick in charge was soo rude about it and was like oh I'll have to charge u another 10$. And not just that I have to go back 4 days later because the nails started to lift around the cutricles it looked soo bad and when they finally fixed it he was like if u want the original polish on I'll have to charge you for that.not happy and would never go back.

Beautiful Work! Helen is great at her job and the pricing was also nice I highly reccomend this place if you want the best nails!

I have been here a few times before, always for a pedicure so depending on the person you get that is doing your pedicure will depend on the quality of the session. The woman that I had was pleasant but kept having to get up and deal with customers coming in, so needless to say I didn't receive the attention that I usually get when I have come here before. Barely got the calf massage, or foot scrub and didn't bother to send me over to dry my pedicure under the little dryer.

But on a positive note, she did give me a pretty good foot massage and the polish was nice. Will go back because it is conveniently located for me and more or less consistent.
