Luxury Adora Nails Studio

I’ve been a loyal customer to Adora for a year now, I called in and made an appointment specifically asking if they could do both my nails and pedicure at the same time as I’m a busy mom. They said yes. When I arrived they started my pedicure right away, I said directly to the lady doing my pedicure that I wasn’t going to have enough time to get my nails done if they didn’t start she just ignored that. Finally, a lady came over and I told her I have to leave here at this specific time so if you can do my nails and finish by that point, then you can start my nails. She said yes but she could do that so I let her start but maybe that was my bad I should not have. She proceeded and it was now 6 minutes past the time I should have left to get to my appointment I told her I need to leave right now and she had only just put some acrylic on my left hand only I told her I will have to come back! When I got to the front I told the lady that I’d pay for my pedicure and I’ll be back as soon as my appointment was done, she insisted I paid for my nails, I wish I had taken a picture. Again I’m a LOYAL customer and would’ve had to come back. I did go back and have to say my pedicure looks awful, it look like I’ve had it for 6 weeks already and I painted my own toes, I’m so so disappointed, I will literally never go back.

I’d highly advise not to also unless you want to be treated like every other random off the block instead of someone who comes every 2-3 weeks and brings in family and friends from all over to this business.

Paula has been doing my nails over 20 years. I live in North Shore and drive over 100km both ways to get my nails done by Paula. I think that says a lot that I am willing to drive to Langley for my nails. She is extremely good at what she does and makes sure you are satisfied with her work. Paula exceeds my expectations every time she does my nails. Trust me, Paula is the only one!

Ask for Paula! I highly recommend her you will not be disappointed. She killed it on the nails. I have been coming to this place for a while now and haven't found anyone that I liked until now. Paula is so friendly, pays attention to details, great energy. I found a picture online that I wanted to do and she made my nails look the same! I am so happy with how it turned out. Paula will be my go to person when I get my nails done. Please request her and thank me later.

I went with my daughter today and I had called and booked an appointment 3 days in advance. I was really disappointed with the main girl there (Lisa) she asked me to show her proof that I had actually called and booked an appointment cause they had no record of it. I firmly asked if she would be able to see my daughter and I, and she basically told me to not yell at her. I was not yelling. I was simply asking a question as my daughter was with me and I didn’t want her to be disappointed if they weren’t able to fit both of us in as it was her first time and we were on a mother daughter date. I’m only giving 2 stars cause linh was very nice to me while doing my pedicure and I hope the tip I give soely goes to her. I will not be coming again.

This was one of the worst pedicures of my life and I get them regularly (tried a new place as I was in the area and had time). I had a lot of gross skin on my feet from getting blisters while on vacation recently, and went in so that I could get that dealt with. My feet weren’t in water for more than 4 minutes the entire service. She filed off old polish, clipped and filed nails, put polish on, then finished it off with a 10 second massage and hot towel. I even asked specifically if she could focus on getting the skin off my feet… but when I left my feet looked the exact same. My polish looks beautiful, but the bottom side of my feet are still flakey and disgusting. I felt I’d gotten half a service, that she was rushed and didn’t try, and I felt brushed off when I asked for her to focus on that (especially when she rolled her eyes). Overall, severely unimpressed and will not be returning to this establishment.

I really enjoyed my business here every single time I get my nails done, it seems to be done to perfection. I usually am the one to get acrylic nails, but since I work as a receptionist it’s easier to have short nails so today I came in for a manicure colour gel. The woman’s name was “Xuan” I wanted to remember to give her a good review! (My ears are very congested so it’s difficult for me to hear sometimes) she was patient, and took the time to repeat what she had to say a few times.lol she did exceptional job on the manicure, I have OCD so when it came to doing my thumbs she was cautious and asked if I was okay. She then actually rubbed my back, and then rubbed my hands afterwards. It felt amazing & I loved it.

Asked for a deluxe spa manicure with shellac.was quoted 35. What i got was a horrible cuticle trim (my cuticles were rough to begin with) She sanded my nails so hard and roughly she actually cut open my cuticle where it was already sensitive. 4 times i was saying ouch and had to pull away. Was left with nail polish on my skin and skin not even trimmed off. "Owner" was absolutley terrible and kept telling me nope thats how it works its because you have rough fingers. I have had hundreds of manicures and this by far was the worst i should have just left the first time she cut me.

After being to many terrible nail salons, I was actually nervous and very hesitant to even try a new one. After reading prior reviews from this place, I figured I'd give it a try. I just had a basic manicure done, but Vicky was so sweet, thorough, and really took her time. She did a hand and back/neck massage during the manicure. It was absolutely lovely. Will definitely be coming back!

I have been looking for a new nail salon for the longest time in the south surrey area and Adora is going to be my go too for now on. The staff are so friendly and amazing. They really care about customer satisfaction, I highly recommend giving them try. The inside of there studio is gorgeous and would be a lovely place to bring your friends along too.

The girls that work there are awesome to talk to, take their time.and the gals.i have meet there as we r getting.our.nails done has been a marvelous intro to the area
