I was able to communicate with the driver directly by text for our return pick up as we needed to be picked up slightly earlier than I had initially scheduled and this was message was received quickly and without any issue. I booked a party bus with Luxury Life Limo for a bachelorette party. Vick was very responsive to emails and phone calls. This is by far, the best value I’ve found. Other places were quoting me much more for the same exact service. I actually originally booked with another company, but ended up cancelling because it was hard to communicate with them and they tried charging me MUCH more than I was quoted, saying it was a ‘night time’ premium. I’m so glad I was able to book with Luxury Life Limo at the last minute! Our driver, Robin, was amazing as well. It was a great experience from initial contact to drop off. Extraordinary experience hiring Luxury Life Limousines for our wedding. All limos arrived on time and at the specific locations. Cars were clean which was super important during the Covid 19 pandemic. Vick was also very accommodating and gladly helped us book an additional limo so we could maintain social distancing.
