Excellent customer service! They remembered who I was and had a great history of my purchases so that they could assist me with my glasses.

Such friendly people and didn’t hesitate to help me when I lost a screw for my glasses. Didn’t buy them there or even in Vancouver and they were happy to help and sent me on my way with a reattached arm and tightened screws. Thank you so much!

Been getting my eyeglasses and sunglasses for the last 7 years. I went back to the store with a luxury frame I had in mind. These days some of us would do research/measurement online and had a specific frame in mind when we walk in to a store. The store was very nice to pre-order a frame for me 2 yrs ago (with me paying $100 deposit) so I could try it on before making the final purchase. It was a great experience.
Unfortunately they don't do this anymore when I walked in earlier in the day. I presented the data of the frame I wanted and the staff there was nice enough to explain to me the process (deposit.etc) so when I the lady manager/owner (?) told the staff at the backend of the store they don't do the pre-order anymore cuz there's no guarantee I would purchase it (and thus they are stuck with that frame). I was kind of shock how loud and blunt she was so when she came out to the front to meet me I basically asked if they do that or not and she gave me a no and walked away.
Of course being a return customer doesn't mean anything nor being a loyal returnee warrants anything special - but I would think if you are in the business and someone comes in with a couple of frames reference # at least you could help me make up my mind by offering comparable shape/sizes/colors for me to try on. Unfortunately not.
It is too bad cuz the last owner/manager was courteous and professional in his dealings. The store is close to my workplace and I want to give them my business. Too bad they saw things differently.
Off to the adventure of finding a new "home" store for my eyesight needs.

I love this place. Decent selection at really good price points. They took great care of me quickly and efficiently. Good find…. I recommend and will for sure be a repeat customer.
