I hired Lynn Donn to be my Nanaimo realtor, twice. In 2016, when I needed to move closer to our vet clinic, I sold my condo apartment near the hospital and bought one in the north end, by NNTC. It isn't easy to find accessible condos that allow two dogs and are on bus routes, close to shopping and vet clinics, but Lynn took on the challenge, wrangled the paperwork, and then made sure my move went smoothly. I was very happy with her detail-oriented preparation and marketing.

A few years later, when I had just one dog, an even more convenient apartment came up for sale in the same neighbourhood, and I hired Lynn again; this move too was a success. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent.
