I feel so relieved and grateful for the expert care given to Gypsy Rose, my dog, by Lynn Valley Vets and staff. Dr. Bratty performed surgery which consisted of removal of a lump on her foot, a lump on her back, removal of a skin tag on her nose and extraction of two damaged teeth. His expertise and professionalism resulted in a successful surgery and a quick recovery. It's been a little over 2 weeks and she's back to her happy self! Dr. Gardner's thorough examination resulted in finding 2 broken teeth, which were missed by another vet's exam just 2 weeks prior. I shudder to think of the pain that she would have had to endure if they were not found.

Very caring, informative and supportive staff. Would not take my fur babies anywhere else!

Dr. Bratty is a must see Vet here. He prescribes the right medications to our fur baby. This is the clinic we go to for 12 years now. That being said, this clinic is trustworthy and must see. Thank you LVVC

March 2023 - Update on my service and experience review:

Much has changed over the last 6 months, I feel it only fair I respond with a very positive review regarding front office service and care.
I believe there are still market pressures especially in Lynn Valley with high density living evolving but John and his team have been incredible with Cooper my senior Golden doodle. Life saving surgery, many long phone calls with detailed analysis, information and collaboration. Tech and front office alike have been amazing (Calling out TIM, amazing).
Highly recommend this veterinarian based on my personal views.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr Janet McLean. She helped me through a traumatic final few months with our pup Tony and even called me personally when he passed. She was there for our Chihuahua Doug's passing as well and really made a horrible experience tolerable. Other doctors there I recommend are Dr Gardner, Dr Allen and Dr Stone-Mockler. And thank you to the front end reception and technicians doing their best. I hope the new corporate ownership via VCA does not drive up prices and affect the quality of care Lynn Valley has always provided.

I had the best experience at this clinic today. Dr Fok went above and beyond for not only our cat but with my daughter who wants to be a vet. It was a positive and caring environment, right from the front desk through to the examination. I highly recommend this clinic if you can get in.
