First time at their shop, took my triumph tiger 1200 for full service and tire exchange.
I was greeted from parking lot with smile and help was offerd to off load my bike from trailer, talked to mechanic after road test and he patiently took me through everything he did on the bike.
Very impressed, everyone very friendly and professional, service was done on the duration promised and price is competitive with the market.
I definitely recommend these guys.

Purchased my first SXS in September although I’m late writing, this service was fabulous. They took the time to make sure I knew the machine and answered all my questions. I even randomly stopped in one day and seen one of the mechanics walking to his vehicle for lunch, I asked him a question he stopped and helped me without question. The staff and service I have received at M&M are top notch and would recommend them to anyone!

Kyle and the team at M&M Performance went over and above for us this season with our new sled order! Service, communication and a spotless show room! We would not hesitate one bit with ordering in the future.

Highly recommend for everyone who wants to purchase a Triumph here. I just bought my Speed triple 1200 RS from M&M performance. Sales person, Travis explained all my questions and cleared any worries I might have. Dave from Finance make my purchasing simple, easy and worries free. Great customer service too! All the staff at M&M performance are great every time I’m in for service or warranty it’s been a breeze. Even though I bought my bike from Nick, Travis has always stepped in to assist with everything including demo bikes when mines in for service. My last visit I wanted a demo Indian bike, and Travis convinced me take a slingshot out………. What a blast that was, thanks a lot!

Bought my first Indian Mortorcycle here. The process was easy, with lots of help from the entire staff. It is a very welcoming atmosphere as well. Stop by and check out all of their inventory. They stock a wide range of Mortorcycles and off-road vehicles. I will be back in the future, I'm sure!

I ordered a triumph motorcycle from M & M and had it delivered to Alberta. Unfortunately there was some damage to the bike while on route. The response from M&M was nothing short of amazing. Nick (part owner I believe), had new parts in the mail within a few days. Following the repairs my bike was flawless.

Issues can occur, that said, how a company handles a situation is what matters. The customer service that I received from M&M was amazing, you don't encounter this type of service often anymore. In addition to the customer service, Travis (sales rep) was not only helpful and great to work with in the process of the sale but the follow up regarding the satisfaction of my purchase was genuine.

Needless to say, when it comes time for me to purchase another motorcycle I will be looking to this dealshiper first.

We live over 50 klm from M&M Performance in Kelowna, (north of Vernon) and dealing with them is worth every cent in gas getting there!
Their service is exceptional! We have tried other “off road dealers”, a lot closer, and been very disappointed in their service and customer attitude. Try these people, you will be glad you did!
