My wife and I went there for their Office Triva Night. It was a lot of fun, and we got to eat plenty of good food and drink some excellent fruit wine.

Amazing service and great food. Trivia night was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Love this place!

We’ve been to Maan farms before and usually have had a pleasant experience. Today we took our daughter to the barnyard and they charged us $66 for two adults and a child, to use their playground? I’m pretty sure I was overcharged. They also advertised that their reindeer ice cream cones were available starting today and they didn’t even have it. They also didn’t have coffee and the bathroom was filthy. We will not be returning.

The haunted corn maze was well run and well staffed, a good experience. But I'm sorry in your waiting area you're blasting tittyrat trap music with no pause or deviation - completely inappropriate for families and pissed me off. Whoever's in charge of that needs reassignment for my review to change.

No staff to welcome our class. Delays with trying to pay. No staff the whole time. Porta potties disgusting. Our students picked their favourite pumpkins only to learn they were only allowed extremely small ones. We talked to management. He argued and then said we could because he didn’t care. Students loved the bouncy pillow especially when teachers and parents joined in. They also loved the zip line. Students were disappointed they could not go on the corn maze because it was an added cost.
22 October 2023 17:55
For our visit this Easter it was sooo busy, talking hundreds of people and sadly not much management. Lines were so long on kids things we skipped most of them feeling like we didn't get to enjoy 75% of the space due to over capacity.

The food is so good though and 100% worth the visit regardless. Butter chicken bowl and chickpea bowls were beyond good. Get as many carrot cake slices as you can carry cause it is intensely good. Don't leave till you try their strawberry rhubarb wine and blackberry wine cause it is brilliant.

Updated to say we came on to say we showed up for their Halloween stuff and saw the owner totally ream into some woman. Tin front of her kid it was ridiculous. Wouldn't support them again and left spending nothing on anything out of spite. They need to keep that owner away from everyone and kids.
18 October 2023 23:53
We brought 20 students there and was told we could each get a free small sized pumpkin. At the check-out, the owner was quite rude and treat us like thieves because we three teachers didn’t pay for the three pumpkins we took. We think it’s their problem as they didn’t tell us at front. We paid for the three pumpkins. When the owner questioned us with a very rude tone, it made us feel terrible. The staff were way nicer than the owner, the old lady. Don’t talk to the old lady there. She treats everyone like a thief.

$56 for you pick raspberries 6 oz child size basket and 12 oz basket. And $12 to go on the grounds to see a few goats and chickens? You can see these animals at Devin Nurseries for free. Not to mention how much they charge for ice cream and food. It’s highway robbery. I won’t be going there again.
27 August 2023 4:30
Boring - not much animals - few goats / chickens & 1 turkey - all behind cages - not much in gift shop - or to see - the best were the sunflowers across the street - but I think it was overpriced / just to walk around - a small space actually. But the best part was the basket of strawberries- very sweet and tasty -

Visited for the first time with my family after following them on social media. Finally had the chance to go and was so impressed, the kids loved it they did not want to leave. Summer special $10 entrance was a really good deal. They were so polite and courteous with mama Maan asking everyone how they were doing and if they needed anything. Will def go back!
25 August 2023 7:49
My partner hasn’t been here in years but decided to come and check it out for some fresh produce… not so fresh. Had bought a box of apricots, strawberries, blueberries, corn and garlic. DO NOT BUY produce here, there is a lot better quality from other local farmers than this place. Definitely more for tourists that come out of town to entertain but go somewhere else. The apricots were rotten inside, seed was detached when cut open. A lot of mushy and rotten strawberries at the bottom of our pint, same as our blueberries. The corn when shucked was bicolour, was expecting fully grown sweet yellow corn but was not that… would not recommend and will not be coming back.
09 August 2023 13:01
The farm tour and everything was a lot of fun and I had a great experience with that. The strawberries were amazing! But the samosas disappointed me. I got the butter chicken samosa and it was not good. The samosa was stuffed with rice and very little curry and chicken. I would go again but I wouldn't be buying any samosas again.
04 August 2023 9:37
The visit was good. Although I felt that the staff members weren't very welcoming and enthusiastic. The food was okay, there’s no tap water and outside near the food tables, there was a super dangerous garbage with four sharp edges for both adults and children. Besides that, the experience was good. I intend to come back.

We used to have annual barnyard passes but they jacked up the prices and rationalized it by saying it was ‘year round’. The farm is closed for most of the year and with high gas prices, it was just not worth it anymore.

The regular prices have gone up ALOT too. There was finally a promotion so we decided to visit the farm. Even though the tickets were purchased at the farm (at the counter), they charged a 17% service charge for ‘fare harbour’ on each ticket. Taxes were additional. So each ticket costs 29% more. This is ridiculous! No other places charge an app fee at the door. Not even Disneyland.

Everything here is a money grab. It is no longer a ‘family friendly farm’ even though they promote themselves as such. The parking lot is now moved to the far end, food is expensive and their focus is on social media. When we were there, we were informed harshly that they were filming so we were kept outside of the building until this was done. Not a friendly reception after driving 1 hour from Vancouver.

Customer service was abysmal. Cashier was not helpful and extremely rude when explaining the fare harbour service charge. Filming crew seemed hostile because apparently we were interrupting their filming by visiting the farm. The irony.

Food is ridiculously priced and butter chicken rice is mostly sauce and rice. Drinks have gone up in price too. The ‘nice’ picnic tables are outside the barn yard and you have to pay to reserve one. The tables and chairs in the barn yard are cracked, worn and dirty. Everything requires extra money if you want a good experience.

Skip this ‘farm’. Go somewhere else. It’s not worth the admission for a few worn out play things and most of all, being treated poorly.

Maan Farms provides magical experiences! We live in Seattle and travel to Abbotsford often and always visit the farm because of the on-going activities they have, very diverse depending on the season We loved the Adult Eastern Egg Hunt, super fun! Wine & Food are delicious and very friendly staff. We will be there soon for Halloween!
28 September 2022 1:03
Used to be a loyal customer to Maan farms, and totally dun mind driving an hour to the farm. Their farm used to have the best strawberries in town. We were so disappointed for this year upick. The farm is obviously not ready for upick yet. Most berries in the field are not even red. For these not ready & small berries, I feel so overpriced.the farm should not even sell tickets for upick when it is not good to go!
26 September 2022 19:39
So many activities to do and a great outdoor experience! I accompanied two 3yr olds who kept very busy and didn't want to leave. We got our money's worth.only thing I'd do different is to get there earlier so the kids could have more time before the heat of the day set in. However there is lots of shady places to rest.
17 September 2022 23:10
Had goat yoga team event and it was amazin! Peaceful, serene and full of sweet baby goatness. The lunch after was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be going back! Thank You!
16 September 2022 7:30
SCAM, Definitely one of the worst experiences we had brought out daughter for animals, playground and fun experience. There was only goats, chicken and bunnies, playground was packed with wedding guests. No other activities. Will not be coming back.
15 September 2022 17:42
Over priced and underwhelmed. I paid $56 for entry for 2 adults and a 4 year old to basically a playground with goats and chickens.
I expected alot more for what we paid. Also to pick our own blueberries was $17 for a small tub, I explained I just wanted a kids tub for my son to experience picking some fruit but they said if we wanted to go onto the field with him we had to pay for an adult tub too.
After playing we went in to grab some food however the ice cream machine was being cleaned and wouldn't be ready for 20mins and the food we wanted was out off stock so we left there quite disappointed

We went twice because I bought VIP tickets

-First time, I was thinking to give them 5 stars because of we had fun and had a good time there even a bit pricey for $5 small hotdog. Anyway, we were ok for everything elses. My 3 years old was entering for free because she said 3 and under are free (I am quite sure she was related to the owner because she didn't wear uniform like others and the staffs had to ask her when they want to know something.

-Second time, i didn't know that go back for free meant only entering the place for VIP ticket but get nothing elses. That was fine, it was my fault that I didn't ask to make thing clear about it. But this time, my 3 years old had to pay $19.95 included tax because she said 3 years and older have to pay. I said but I came last week, 3 and under are free. She said no that was misunderstanding. Only a week a part and different rules came up or someone misunderstanding anything but wasn't us. I wasn't happy at all but we were there after an hour drive ok, i paid. This this tine, nobody friendly and happy like i came last week. Even my stepdaughter and her friend were complained that "Why did they look stress out, not happy and not friendly at all, we want to leave. I felt bad because I had a good time for the first time then things turned upside down. Would recommend to visit once because their berries were big and delicious. For us, we won't go back anymore.
07 September 2022 23:51
Came with a group of friends for the wine tour. All friends paid but I am pregnant so I just asked to walk with them, but was not allowed. They said I had to pay the full price - even though I would not be drinking or anything. Absolutely ridiculous…
03 September 2022 11:34
I just had my wedding at Maan Farms and I cannot recommend them enough. The venue is so beautiful and the staff is amazing. Mama Maan makes all the food and it's absolutely incredible! (hands down the best salmon I've ever had!) Gurleen is extremely helpful and so easy to work with (she was a saving grace with wedding planning). Not to mention the wine is delicious and some of my favorite wine!
My kids had the farm to run and play during the reception and it was so helpful to keep those kids occupied!
Maan Farms checked off everything I ever wanted for my wedding day and they went above and beyond to make it perfect.
03 September 2022 0:30
We were guests at a wedding Aug 12 and bought a flat of blueberries. $ 45 for 10lbs. Unpacked it at home the same day and discovered the nice berries were all on top, the bottom was covered with very small berries and some were soft and mushy. Very dissapointed in fooling or tricking a customer. Very unethical. Gerhard
31 August 2022 2:29
My kids and husband had a lot of fun. It is a bit overpriced.
We really didn't like how the sole purpose of the two ladies standing in the field were to guard us not filling up our strawberry baskets or eating them in the field.
I highly doubt they would have the ability to stop my 2 year old. Nor could I. However, it made the experience not what it should be.and not as fun. Come on.
She also told us we can't fill past the line of our basket. Excuse me but this basket was over $20. And it's only 3lbs of strawberries I have to pick myself. Seriously?
20 August 2022 15:32
First visit over weekend was pathetic experience, customer service is just average, very Expensive and not worth spending too much money when you have better options around.
Lastly they charge every person who enters field so better think over and the visit when much reasonable options are available nearby
12 August 2022 12:15
Never book this place for event! I have never dealt with horrible service. Maan farms “contract” is very unclear hidden fees that they do not tell you about take weeks/days to get back to you for anything. I honestly would not even give them one star that’s how bad my experience was for my event. Extremely over priced! There not willing to work with you at all or Accommodate by letting you come in 1 hour before to set up your event if you would like to there is charge! Place is a money grab save your money people and book somewhere else!
19 July 2022 4:26
Bought the wine here at the tasting! I have always been a fan of there raspberry wines. I want to give the blonde girl at the tasting station a HUGE props, she was energetic, welcoming, talkative and made a great referral while being professional. Amazing service, and fast. Though I didnt check out much else since I was on a mission to find raspberry wine, since normally I buy it at a regular liquor store. Great little trip out, lots of nice nick nacks. Great place to go if you have a family or just want to go somewhere scenic. Will absolutely be coming back.
12 July 2022 9:08
My new wife and I couldn't be happier with our decision to book our wedding at Maan Farms. Brittney and Gurleen were nothing but professional from our first tour all the way to our wedding day. They were very organized and provided prompt answers to all of our questions and concerns.

The venue itself is stunning and welcoming to guests of all ages. The Mt Baker ceremony site is breathtaking and The Barn has a cozy yet elegant feel. Best of all, our guests loved being able to roam around the dancefloor, bar and gazebo areas throughout the night without missing any of the action.

If you are looking for a fun, inclusive and one of a kind wedding venue, look no further. Our guests are still raving about how much fun they had and how great the food tasted (especially the late night samosas). We truly had the best day of our lives. 10 out of 10.
07 January 2022 17:25
Save your money and avoid this place. We paid $80 for admission for 2 adults/2 kids for a reserved time which was a complete joke. We showed up and walked right in, no one checked anything. We stood around unsure why we purchased tickets when you clearly could freely go anywhere on the property. There was no one to ask unless you went into the market and hunter someone down. Then at the end of checking out the average “attractions” we paid an additional $45 for pumpkins which was also completely confusing as no one was around and we could have literally just walked away with them! I left seriously wondering what I paid an $80 admission for and was shocked it didn’t at least include a pumpkin…
06 January 2022 19:28
I went a couple days ago to the haunted corn maze, forest, and pitch black experience. Loved it, my favourite was the haunted forest. Pre covid this would have been crazy busy and hectic! This year it is so well organized! The line up's weren't bad and you didn't have too many people crowded in any given area of the farm. I do recommend getting (at least) the fast pass, and dressing warm. When you're there you must try their apple cider spiced mini donuts, so delicious I had to go back for another bag. Well done this year Maans!
06 January 2022 13:47
Went there every year with the kids, showed up this year & they’re charging $5 /person just to get onto the field to pick out & pay more for the actual pumpkin. Turned around & left
02 January 2022 10:29
We bought tickets for the Haunted Corn Maze night. We had a great time! You have created a wonderful scary evening for adults. I really enjoyed Pitch Black and the Corn Maze. So creative! I screamed a lot We bought tickets for 9p but arrived at 745p and were kindly given 8p tickets and that was really appreciated, given we'd driven from North Van and it made for an earlier evening. If you can afford it, I recommend the immediate access passes. On a rainy night it was nice not to stand around just getting wet. I'll be telling my friends to make the drive, it was so worth it! See you next year!
01 January 2022 2:44
Great experience at Goat Yoga this evening! So much fun and dinner was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a wonderful event.
29 December 2021 11:36
An absolutely perfect day at the pumpkin patch at Maan Farms. The event coordinators (Gurleen, Paige and Nicole) and the entire staff and crew are phenomenal at time keeping, moving us all from station to station safely, and ensuring we all have the very best experience possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will be back again before the end of the season and I will return next year with more of my classes! Be sure to dress appropriately and boots are a must! ️
29 December 2021 8:10
We decided to go to Mann farms to try a new fall activity this year but we’re really disappointed. There was hardly any staff working and there was minimal signage to where we were supposed to check in with our online tickets. The pumpkin patch was full of rotten pumpkins and there were so many
people there we could hardly move around. The corn maze was a muddy mess although I noted the other one did not look as muddy as it was gravel but it was extra. I would not return and we will stick to the Apple Barn as the number of tickets are limited and it as much more organized.
18 December 2021 2:40
My friends and I went for the Haunted Experience and had a great time. All 3 Haunted attractions were elaborate, creepy, and creative. We were amazed by how many actors there were (they also did a great job scaring the **** out of us). The variety of haunted rooms/houses we went through made us all feel good about the money spent. The market & beer garden area were a great place to chill in between attractions with lots of tasty goodies for sale. Thank you Maan Family!
14 December 2021 15:11
Maan farms was such a great experience! It's not a traditional farm set up like Aldor Acres. My friend and I opted for the VIP pass so we were able to try out a lot of things. We tried out the mini zipline, the trampoline, got animal feed and fed the goats, bought some samosas and had a wine slushie on the patio, bought the double pumping spice dessert & mini donuts, and then picked out a pumpkin from the "pumpkin patch". We didn't have time to do the corn maze unfortunately. Lots of things to do here, but be prepared to spend lots of $$.
12 December 2021 8:04
I have been to Maan Farms twice now. Once for the Sunflower Festival in August, and a week ago for the Haunted Maze. I left the Sunflower Festival disappointed. The cost was atrocious and we expected a lot more for what we paid. The paths through the sunflower field were almost non-existent, with quite a lot of the sunflowers completely broken too. There were piles of garbage and junk surrounding the field. It was clearly visible and just looked careless and messy and you know, just not something that’s nice to see when you’re out to look at sunflowers. And then there were rows of containers alongside the field too, all opened with the junk inside visible? Now I understand if they’re needed for storage but I feel there is a better solution for this and they especially do not need to be open with cascades of garbage and boxes pouring out of them.

The food was good albeit insanely expensive. With the price of the tickets… something should have been included if at least a drink. We got a wine flight which I did enjoy.

I put off leaving a review until my most recent experience here which sealed the deal. I was willing to give Maan Farms another chance and went to the Haunted Maze to see if maybe this event was better. It was not.

The signage was horrible. It was hard to tell where to go. Staff were blunt and rude as well and they all seemed absolutely miserable. There was a little kid, must’ve been 10, working there near midnight. My friend and I thought that was pretty odd.

Again, the cost was absolutely insane. I expected a LOT more. It was not worth it in any way whatsoever. The food prices were somehow even more insane than the last time I was here - come on, $15 for an ice cream? My friend and I split it because we wanted to see if it was really worth it. I’ll admit, it was good, but NOT $15 good. Maybe $8 and mostly for the novelty of it being in a tiny pumpkin. I also watched a few being made and they were wildly inconsistent in size, some being double the size of others.

The place was WAY TOO CROWDED too. There should have been only 1/4 of the tickets sold. We got through the first attraction, the Haunted Forest, rather quickly. They were pushing people through so close together (because there was far too many people), that nothing was surprising or scary because you saw 5 feet ahead of you exactly where the actors and scares were when they jumped at others! There was no suspense whatsoever because everything was spoiled along the way. The “scary” decorations were a series of ripped up cloths that you walked through and not much else.

Next was the Haunted Maze itself. The lineup was a joke. We waited 2+ hours to get in. We only waited this long because we spent so much money to come that we didn’t want it to be a waste. Finally, when we entered the maze, we went through the first couple tiny areas (literally mini-containers with some walls built in and more cloths hanging around), and then encountered ANOTHER line within the maze that was another 40+ minutes.and it was literally just to go through a teeny tiny box with NOTHING in it asides from… more torn up rags. Stop lying that this was an unexpected thing when multiple reviews from different days mention the insane wait times and crowds.

Eventually we got to Pitch Black, and again, another 40 min wait. This one was shorter than the maze probably because everybody was giving up and leaving. It took maybe 10 min to go through the entire thing. It was more fun than the others but my friend and I found no part of the entire event scary. We saw almost nobody else get scared throughout the event. It just wasn’t scary. At least nowhere near what they advertise. Seeing employees literally waving around sticks with masks on them definitely ruins any immersion.

Massive holes too along the path that we twisted our ankles in throughout the event. I’ve been to plenty outdoor events and there’s no excuse for having the ground be so dangerous to walk on. All in all, this was NOT worth it. Spend your money somewhere else.
11 December 2021 18:35
More expensive, terrible lineups vs other Fall Farm/pumpkin patch experiences. Even though we prepaid we had to line up to get a wristband, and there was only consistently 1 staff to do this on a busy weekend. Even though it was sunny, the jumping pillow was deflated and out of commission. Kids enjoyed the pedalkarts but many were broken and still left on the track. Had hoped the food would make it worth it but there is only one place serving the ice cream and doughnuts and the line up was so long it wasn’t doable with young kids. Corn maze was extremely muddy, and lacked maintenance (other farms lay down straw on the path). There’s a much better farm activity experience in Maple Ridge that I’d recommend.
04 December 2021 6:14
Farm was so busy with 100’s of kids. Pumpkins were all rotten. Didn’t even purchase one. Ice cream was good.
04 December 2021 3:10
I had a great time this year and Mann Farms for the Halloween attractions. This year was probably the best yet out of the last 4 years I’ve been going. The line up system was great and we lucked out not having to wait at all for each of the attractions. They attractions were all so well done this year especially the startle scares. The vibe with the music and all in the main area was great. The new Haunted Forest was very cool and I’m looking forward to going again next year!
01 December 2021 17:23
My sons visited this haunted house attraction last night…. My 17 year old has not stopped talking about his experience…. He says it’s so far the best haunted house experience he’s ever had before…that he was really spooked and the Pitch Black Forest was his favourite…he’s already looking forward to visit next year!
29 November 2021 10:46
I went to the pumpkin patch, and walked around the farm. The pumpkin patch was good!
All food vendors were closed and we were there at lunch time!
Where my two stars falls is the animals. And lack of staff watching the animals.
People let out goats and chased them, people were letting out rabbits and letting their children chase them.
I counted least 7 loose rabbits all over the property.
Yes parents should watch their kids. But it was also parents who were helping kids take the rabbits out of the hutch. Dropping them, and then chasing them. No staff in site at all not even someone walking the grounds from time to time.
As an animal caregiver this angered me. If you want to have animals there for people fine. But either take extra effort to ensure people cannot take them out. Or have a staff there.
These loose rabbits were chased and pestered by kids and some adults. Also leaving these rabbits out in the open for hawk or eagle food. And if not rounded up coyote food.
The mistreatment of animals is not ok. And I was looking for a staff member to least Express my concern with no one. Even once I went back into the market there wasn't anyone at the tills.
Again we went from about 1pm-2: 30 pm
No food vendors, staff disappeared. School kids chasing rabbits. Letting goats out.
Not impressed

As I said zero complaints over the pumpkin patch, or cleanliness of the place. Those were on point.
28 November 2021 17:40
A group of 8 of us had a great time, entertaining from the moment we got there until we left. Even the staff directing were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. The forest was the scariest
25 November 2021 18:59
Paid $280 for immediate access to the haunted attractions. Had to wait 40+ Minutes to pick up my tickets which I thought was a waste of time. The attractions were good, but they could have done without the blinding strobe lights. Those lights were intense. It was fun, but not worth $280.
25 November 2021 11:08
Very fun family activities here! We came on Halloween this year and last and love it! Feeding the goats and bunnies is the best!
23 November 2021 2:39
Had an amazing time doing the haunted activities! We have come to the corn maze the last 5 years and this year they stepped it UP! Check it out!
19 November 2021 7:49
So far the best haunted experience I've ever been to! Totally worth it and I'll definitely go again next year
18 November 2021 19:23
Sure, lots of pumpkins at this location. Unfortunately, more than 50% of them are rotted out. You pay to enter the pumpkin patch side as well as pay for pumpkins at slim pickings.
14 November 2021 0:22
Was very disappointed today when my husband, my daughter and myself went to the pumpkin patch to pick out pumpkins. It has been a tradition we have done since our daughter was born so we were very excited to go. Then, we find out, we now need to pay $5 EACH to even step foot onto the pumpkin patch. THEN you have to pay extra for the pumpkins. So we would easily be paying $30-$40 or more for a pumpkin patch. This is crazy to me and a complete money grab. I will be looking for another pumpkin patch next year.
11 November 2021 19:18
Worst pumpkin patch we’ve been to and spent $100 on admission. Very disorganized upon arrival, no where to check in. The attractions and walking areas were not well maintained. Tons of garbage in plain sight, really gross. Overall very disappointing.
11 November 2021 5:28
The haunted attractions were fabulous! Little to no wait with general admission & tons of scares! Pitch black was our favourite! The market was opened until 10pm & there was tons to look at/do while you waited for you ticket time slot.

I’ve also done goat yoga here & that is a must do! Gurleen was so great during the whole class. Super fun!
10 November 2021 2:01
I really enjoyed the farm over-all. I felt like the staff was a bit standoff-ish today though. The girl we ordered our food from initially was a bit rude. Admittedly I had asked her a question and tried to order while she was helping another customer, which was my bad and I apologized for not noticing. I had missed where the line was and was at the check out instead of the ordering spot. That being said, even after I apologized (it was an honest mistake I owned up to), her attitude was stand-offish. When my husband had picked up our strips (we had wanted hotdogs but they were out of buns), she put them down as close to her as possible, turned and left. He had to reach over a display to pick up our order. He said she didn't say anything, no thank you or your welcome, and just walked away. It was not busy in there. When we were leaving, my husband wanted to suprise me with one of the pumpkin cream things (I had originally decided not to get one because I had to be careful with my budget, and I already went over budget today, but he wanted to suprise me.) Apparently they said the ice cream machine was closed-as they were using the machine for someone else, so he felt a little put off by that. It would also be nice if the bins of pumpkins were labeled, or if there was a sign explaining how the pricing for each type of pumpkin/squash worked, as there were a couple misunderstandings regarding that. It's possible there was a sign and I missed it.

Other than that, the animals were so cute and look well taken care of (the goats are super friendly), the zipline was a blast, the corn maize was muddy-but fun. They have a lot of interesting things to check out. If was the first real date day we've had in a long time because of covid and I did enjoy it.

We usually go to the Laity pumpkin patch, but wanted to do something different this year. I do think we will be back, but hopefully today was just an off day and not the normal experience.
