In and out so quick, sales person helped me find exactly what I needed loved that she applied it right in the store so I could see how it looked right there

Staff is very friendly and helpful, they let you take your time choosing and help you as well. I love Mac products and specially this brach i felt very comfortable shopping.

Worst experience been there for first the lady work over there is so rude. I just asked a simple question can I try this on. She just stare at me and said Can’t you see I with some one else. And when I turned my back they both start laughing at me. Horrible experience so much racist to indian customer.

The staff is unbelievable kind and helpful. They also have a lot in stick there and you can pick up your online purchase over there. Easy to get there but hard to park if you're going by car.

I loved it there friendly worker’s! This woman was so lovely to me I felt welcomed and she helped me and stuff I forgot her name but she was just lovely they got good products highly recommend buying stuff from there

Today I went to Mac at Robson Vancouver. I had to buy quite a few range of products. Ikkii helped me with the shade match and products. Ikkii is fabulous very proactive and helpful has knowledge and genuinely care to help. I emended up buying eyeshadow palatte, foundation, concelor, corrector and couple of lipsticks. It was a really good experience she made it easy sometimes picking up foundation can be tough and hectic. Mac Robson she is an asset

Amazing store. I bought foundation for myself and few lip shades but there was only one sales women at the store who was dealing with the customers and was also looking after the cash counter I think it will be better if they assign more staff on this store.

Jessica went above and beyond in helping me choose the makeup for my wedding! After having a terrible experience elsewhere, she put my mind at ease by giving me some amazing tips and tricks. I can't thank her enough!
