Paul Prade from Coldwell Banker was the agent we selected to sell a townhouse in August of 2018. Paul and his team (John Newbold and Kevin Macrae) did a fabulous job marketing, showing and finally selling our property at a time when the market went cold. It was not easy but they never lost interest and never gave up which resulted in a great sale for us.
