We recently made the move from Ontario to Nanaimo, BC. Prior to moving, while doing some research on Nanaimo, I stumbled across Rita’s videos on YouTube. In her videos, Rita presented herself as not only knowledgeable but also as an approachable and down to earth person. We decided to reach out for a Zoom meeting and after getting to speak with her about our needs, we knew she was the realtor we needed to work with.

Being from out of province, Rita was able to video call us for a showing and have all the paperwork done online. We felt confident in knowing she was representing us from across the country. Rita even accompanied our home inspector to the house and gave us an immediate update on any issues before the official report came in.
