I had a wonderful experience here recently. I came in for a service appointment. Richard, the service tech, did excellent work on my wheelchair and even took the time to give me advice on how to better maintain my chair. Superior customer service. Thanks!

Pretty unhappy my power chair is broke down completely and for me to do anything on my own cause where i live i need my power chair i have doctors appointments moving in the next month and is a 2 week wait just for them to come look at it then who knows! Doesn't seem right

I would not recommend MacDonalds HHC, I've been unbelievably frustrated trying to order replacement parts for my wheelchair. It took 2 months for them to finally place an order for these parts, in that time the customer service was very rude, one salesperson told me "just get a new wheelchair, the government will pay for it" instead of ordering these simple parts. The parts were 50% more expensive then the manufacturers price list and when they finally arrived, three months after I initially tried to order them, they had ordered the wrong parts and they didn't fit, despite me being very clear about what parts I needed, even supplying them with the manufacturers parts #s. They don't seem to understand that having a properly functioning wheelchair is integral to be able to function when you are a wheelchair user. Their mismanagement and disorganization has a really big impact on the lives of people who rely on their wheelchairs

Macdonalds are the best people in this world! Daniel, Dan, Dee, have all been excellent in service, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer Macdonalds to anyone

Although I only spoke to Rich over the phone and by email, but he has showed me so much respect, empathy, compassion and care. He was even willing to come all the way to my home to measure me for a wheeled commode. I had to insist for him not to come because I am very sick and I would feel horrible if anything happened to such a sweet man like him. Because my employer is cutting my benefits since I was unable to work, I asked Rich to adjust the receipt so he could receive the full amount of my benefits, but because he is such an ethical man he did not do that. Rich said that even if he was able to do this for me for free that would be his compensation. I am so touched and my faith in humanity has been completely restored. I admire this man so much. If you want the best service you need to go to Priority Posture and support Rich with his business because he is the absolute best! Thank you so much Rich. You make me so happy!

Fauteuil roulant en excellent état et service clientèle est au top du top! Le personnel est efficace, souriant, adorable et à l'écoute.

De plus la location pour 1 mois ne nous a coûté que 65 dollars.
Il est aussi precisé que si nous voulons commencer par de la location puis acheter ensuite le fauteuil (si besoin) l'argent qui sera dépensé en location sera déduit de l'achat.
Je recommande à 100%!
