We recently purchased a house in Sooke. It was a quick and somewhat frustrating negotiation but Mackenzie handled things professionally and with open communication that kept us at ease.

He is organized, prepared and educated on the market to make informed decisions. He has a good network of people to work with (inspector, mortgage broker, etc). This isn't surprising as he's charming and personable. He also ensures that the process is personal and makes you feel valued. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
