I absolutely LOVED my experience and for the first time in my 46 years, I LOVE my hair! Keith is kind, patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

Staff is the same and so approacheable too. I even got a follow-up call to check in on how I felt about my hair and if there was anything they could help with!
Fantastic place, well done and thank you. So blessed to have discovered this gem.

Always an amazing experience at Mackie Naturals! Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I feel like I have been well pampered…. And hung out with friends! I am always confident at referring friends as I know they too will be treated well!

I have come here a few times for facials now and they are amazing. The last one I had was with Ana and she was fabulous. All the staff is so friendly and detail oriented. 1000% recommend coming here!

This place is Mission's best kept secret for the pedicures and facials I enjoy here.
Firstly, pedicures are done with a soak sitting down in a chair, then you are taken to the massage bed to lie down!
It's so relaxing, I dare you to not fall asleep.

Time and care are taken with your feet, addressing your concerns. You aren't seated in a salon with several other people, where the esthetician is following a cookie cutter to do list. My only suggestion is to offer more colors.

Facials are amazing here. They use Eminence Organics product and they are not chinzy with it. You are left with a fantastic glow, that lasts for days. Again, a customized plan for your skin. The bed was heated, and you leave so refreshed and relaxed.

Mackie is in an old heritage building. It's quaint and cute. You do have to climb a steep set of creeky stairs and they can't accommodate large groups, but can accommodate couples. So if youre looking for a sterile modern environment this isn't it. This place is special and they take the time to know you, give you plenty of samples to try product before you buy it.

So grateful to have this place not far from my home.

I honestly would not come back. Though the staff was incredibly friendly and kind, the wax service provided was far from adequate… The waxer accidentally clumped up a bunch wax on me and had to pull it off piece by piece with tweezers which was so painful and took more than 20 minutes. She then proceeded to tell me she cannot complete the rest of the wax because my hair is coarse and short. She also did not clean up all the wax residue afterwards. When I got home I noticed so many unwaxed areas with regular waxing length. I think if you will be charging 70$, the wax should be more thorough no matter what hair texture you are.

Haven't had the best luck getting my curly hair cut in the past but the ladies at this salon got my hair looking great:) can't recommend them enough.
