He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a very good perspective and rationale as he worked with ICBC defending them in the past, so he really understands how they handle everything. He will spend the time to explain things so you understand what you are agreeing to, and I felt no pressure to sign up like many other law firms will try to do. He helped me stay organized at a point when everything in my life was chaotic and high stress.

My case ultimately was very complex. He was very upfront from the beginning and let me know that if he felt I would benefit more from specialized counsel, then we would make that decision when we get there. I ultimately needed specialized help for my case, so I was referred to another small firm that has been a great experience so far. I felt fees were fair, I didn't feel like I was being completely ripped off, which a lot of lawyers do. Communication was seamless with the office.
