This restaurant used to feel elegant, exclusive, welcoming, and tasteful, but the vibe is different now. The food is quite good, but no longer fabulous. The staff were grumpy, and it was never clear to me who our server was.

Wow! What can I say? Food was absolutely phenomenal, the snacks at the beginning were small but we're packed with punches of flavour! We had a reservation and did the tasting menu about $80 a person and we definitely left with full bellies! My aunt was visiting from out of town and she was absolutely blown away! Street parking on 4th was expensive so try and find parking in the residential areas!

Everything was perfect! I don’t remember the name of the food but the food was gorgeous and tasty! The atmosphere was stunning. Moreover, the staff are all nice and friendly. My friend and I really had a good time and enjoyed the food and service here.thank you thank you.

Omg, the food is beyond excellent. The lunch menu is well priced. It comes with a main, a papaya salad, soup, rice, naan bread depending on the order. Definitely deserve all the stars and Michelin Guide!

Had the Chef Menu sitting at the bar. The cod fish soup was a little too spicy for me but still tasty. Everything else was delicious and the bartender lady was very friendly and provided good service.

Food is amazing and the space ia really cozy. Also, the service is very polite and always taking care of you. I like it!

I had wanted to go here for a while and it did not disappoint — the food was really delicious, with unique flavours and menu options. The drink selection was also really interesting and tasty Would recommend making a reservation because it can get busy, even on a week night!

Cozy atmosphere. The shrimp cupcakes are out of this world good! Visually beautiful, and an incredible burst of flavours.

If I were to order again, I would skip the pad Thai (can get it somewhere else and this one wasn’t that that much better for my taste buds) and the cup cakes ($20 for 5). The duck was delicious tho. The white curry was so aromatic and the duck breast added a good texture and smoky flavour. Save this place for special occasions and get the duck!

The food was incredible. Maenam has been on a hit list of places to try for a little bit and it did not disappoint. We sat at the bar and had an amazing dinner. Highly recommend.

I just want to give a huge shout out to the customer service in this place - how they really look after customers. A special thanks to the wonderful Oracle, who listened to me and actioned a resolution so swiftly and professionally. I am most impressed! Not to mention the food was fabulous! Thanks again!

Satisfactory, based exclusively on my own experience, and from the vegetarian point of view.
The place is small and nicely designed. The service was very good. There are a few vegetarian options, not many though, in the Main Course dishes, and a few - in the Appetizers list but those were not very tempting for me.
I had vegetarian Pad Thai. It was just ok, average, nothing special. Presentation was average too. So, the quality (taste) /price ratio could be better, I repeat, in my dinner experience.
I hope quality of the non-vegetarian dishes justify the price.

The tasting menu was fantastic! We decided $75/person was reasonable for a nice date night, and we were rewarded with tons and tons of delicious food. A much more elegant take on Thai food than anything I'd had before, and everything we tried was delicious and packed a big ol' punch of flavor.
Only complaint would be the pacing of the meal - the 3 different entrees could barely fit on the table and it was hard to enjoy them all at the same time.
Still, the service was excellent and the food was delicious!

Beside the plating is good, service is ok, food - nothing special.
Two of us tried the tasting menu tonight, the appetizer salmon roe, the taste of lemongrass cover it all. The fish soup is TOO SALTY. Got to taste food court rank stir fry XO mushroom sauce zucchini, Curry is ok to try.

We ordered Pad Thai and felt that it was typical of any other pad thai we’d have. No real complaints though, food and ambience was nice enough.

We’ve always enjoyed this place for their delicious Thai cuisine with a modern West coast twist! The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and furnished; and the presentation of their dishes match their elevated cafe-style dining room. Yes, items found on their menu definitely are priced higher than your average Thai restaurant, however; you could definitely taste the freshness and the quality of their seasonal ingredients. For example, their green papaya salad served over a whole grilled local sweet corn—smart flavours and super tasty! They also have a good selection of cocktails and drinks too. The overall experience for me has been very pleasant! Would most recommend this place for dates!

Lovely restaurant with great ambiance! The cocktails at Maenam are a must try - they work really well paired with the food and on their own. Bartender Diego deserves a special note, his friendliness and lovely attitude absolutely made our night!

Don't know what the hype is all about. Very disappointing. Food is unauthentic and way overpriced.
