Zero stars. Very bad customer service. Picked up some grocery from Too good to go app. Paid $8 for $24 value - all expired goods.got 4 tiny bags of chips and 2 small chocolate bars. Not even worth $8.
I don't think I will be ever visiting them again.

I went to the maharajah grocerz today. I noticed today that they display prices for the items but end up changing them when you pay at the front. I even mentioned to the cashier that that’s not the price what he had entered. He checked with the store owner over the phone and she had told him the new price. I only want to ask the store owner “why do they think customers aren’t going to notice? ”

I visited this store this week, its superb. Specially customer service. I met vani there, she is too friendly and managing all the stuff so nicely. I will definitely visit again.

My wife was unable to park at the normal location for Rutland Physiotherapy because a delivery truck for Maharajah was blocking the only spots available on the side in front of Rutland Physiotherapy.
As a result, she parked in front of Maharajah for 50 minutes. They were using a spot in front of their store for a pallet as they unloaded the truck. My wife asked the shop assistant if she should move her car and the shop assistant helped he park next to the pallet.
The store had our car towed even though they created the problem by unloading the truck in front of the available spots!

This cost us $280 when they were in the wrong for unloading the truck from the other side of the road. Absolutely horrible treatment showing a complete lack or caring or understanding. Total hypocrites.

March 11,2023 i Bought 3 boxes of puri 2 of them expired march 09,2023. My mistake was I didn’t check the expiration date. Be careful ️ if you buying something please check expiration dates. I had a stomach flu because of eaten expired food.

Food inspector needs to stay on this place. All the garlic and other root vegtables are sprouting or moldy. Salmonela is a concern. Seriously. Again a majority of the produce in bags are moldy. Not talking a little bit of fuzz, it was really gross. Obviously things are sitting on the counter to long. I feel bad because its a small family owned grocery store. Being said. I found bird feathers in a pack of tumeric in the spice isle. I get it. Its authentic. Its india ‍️
But this is unacceptable. Its gross. I like shopping at the indian grocery store. This ones really dirty though. Hope to see a change. Id consider changing my review if i return and its cleaned up.
And yes.ill be back. Ill just be very picky when i come back for the odd things.

I love to go to this place they got really good Indian stuff in store specially they have really good collection of candies, chocolates, cookies, etc.
I always buy fresh veggies from here and prices are very reasonable as compare to other stores. They also get vegetables from india as well. And the owner, she is so nice and helpful, she always make sure that you find everything in this store.
I would say if you wanna buy your groceries then try maharaja grocers. You will find everything in a good price.

I would recommend please check expiry date of product you are purchasing. I bought limca and manufacturing was from 2020 and best before was 4 months. 2 year old drinks can make you sick.

Terrible and absolutely terrible experience.

I asked one of the cashier to give me Rohu cut. He was kind and friendly and gave me some rohu cuts from an open white poly bag. (You can check your cctv footage in between 6: 30 to 8: 30 pm on june 27).

I took it to home and when defrosted to cook it looked like meat (chicken or something like chicken) except a fish head cut. Next day I went to the store and showed them. They told me like they know nothing about fish or meat. One cashier responded like, “nobody complained and you are the first one who is complaining. Dammam (the guy who sold it to me) sold it to yoy so he can deal this issue, we can do nothing. ” How third-class their customer service is!

I called multiple time to get dammam, went another time to the store after calling. Whenever I went I find he was absent there. And the other cashiers are so irresponsible that they told me like “we bring it from somewhere else and then sell it. We know nothing about it. ” After complaining multiple times for a single issue that was there reply.

I wish I could rate you a big zero or negative, unfortunately there is no such option. You people have to learn how to deal with customers. And never ever cheat with customers. I showed you the wrong products you gave me, went to you multiple times, you did nothing except saying ‘we know nothing about fish and meat, its not our fault, it’s manufacturer’s fault’.

How terrible. Even it is the worst experience ever in my life. Bought rohu fish got chicken (which I can not eat).

In the photos you can see all the chicken (or chicken alike something) pieces and only a fish head cut in a fry pan. One of my roommates cooked these when I failed to return these.

I would give zero stars if it would let me, worst service ever. Bought a chocolate from this place it was totally dried went to return or change that but got a reply all chocolates are like that. Avoid this place as much you can.

Sadly, bought some expired products. Please check EXPIRY date before you buy. Owners seem nice!

Worst experience ever. I was excited to see Indian candies (melody, coffee bite, eclairs) and dairy milk chocolate, 5 star chocolate but disappointedly the candies got expired a year ago and was still on the shelves for sale. The manufacturing date was of December 2020. I don’t know how this store is working. They should be sued for selling expired products.and owner is responsible for this issue.not even this, we bought the issue in notice to the person working there.but no still no response… they are charging the full amount almost 5 dollars for those expired candies. I think maharajas business license should be cancelled.worst experience of my life.they don’t even deserve a star….

Very disappointed from customer service by the owner. Who was explaining about his bad product as good and suggesting to take another one as refund.

The worst customer service. The owner has a really bad attitude.the products are expired and they don’t even take responsibility of their expired products. Would never recommend anyone to go there.

Cashier was very mean to me I told him I want to cancel one item before billing he told me to put back the item where I picked from.

I don’t know how this store hasn’t had an inspection done here when they have been selling expired products for so long

He is selling alot of expired items and some without expiry date, looks like he erased it, some items have stickers on expired stuff

We came in search of a lot of obscure ingredients. The staff was so helpful, explaining why we should choose one product over another for our recipe, and even finding some of the ingredients in the back that we thought they were out of. It's a small store, but carries everything. Highly recommended!

Great location, and always loads of selection for anything you can think of. Fresh produce, spices, imported snacks and even cooking gear! The staff is friendly and the interior is clean and organized.

It's too expensive. Go to FRESHCO OR SUPERSTORE INSTEAD. Price is different when on a Till than what it says on them.
