Bought a welder that they said worked, but couldn't test. Looked new so took a chance and bought it for $250 and not negotiable. Took it home and cost me another $200 to fix it. Went in with premium watches to sell, they said no because overstocked. Use someone else if you need something or want to sell something. These 2 guys have no idea what they're doing.
In response. It took a week of phone calls and going to retailers to track down the correct part needed. Then another week to receive the part, and changed it myself. Which required disassembly of the welding machine. Your 3 days is a slap in the face to your customers, as most give 14 days. Your customer service is a benefit to you and not a customer. Change you policy in this regard because you are loosing customers with the current one. It's obvious to me that you yourself did not test the item as you said you didn't have an outlet to accommodate a test of the equipment in question. Poor business
