Quite transparent and honest with a good selection of vehicles in their Langley lot. The financing team works fast and efficiently to get you approved. Pretty happy with new to me truck that I got here. They were super accommodating and allowed 3rd party vehicle inspection and repairs by my mechanic. Awesome!

Very professional, that missy that works there is beautiful and they got me the car I wanted and actually I got the fully loaded version of my car and it was cheaper then the cheapest base model on car gurus so there not bad at all.

I spoke first to Milan on the phone, then I went to see Darren in person.they both helped me so much with getting my approval to going out of there way finding me a SUV that they had to bring in from somewhere else. SCAMMERS! Sold me a car with 20$ Three A tires had a blow out on the highway second day/ trunk of the car won't shut close keeps detaching/ spray nozzle for windshield wipers came off while driving/ driver window goes half way up and goes back down! All these issues in a span of ONE MONTH on a 2017 dodge Charger. This Milan dude should lose his license

I highly recommend mainland motors in Langley. I dealt with Susy and I got the car I wanted for the price I had in mind. My new job is taking me Further away from home so I needed something with better fuel economy. I ended up with a 2019 Ford fusion hybrid titanium I got the monthly payments I could afford. They had me approved a no time and I was driving it that day. My sincerest thanks to all you at the Langley Mainland motors that worked together to get me such a great car.

They called me many times and said that they would buy a 100% car at my price.
They had the car number and the car photos.
But when I went there after 50 km drive.
They simply said they did not agree with the price

John was my salesman and he helped me pick out my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. He was very welcoming and has good sense of humour. Didn't feel pressured into anything which is normally how I feel walking into other dealers. At pick, up he went through the car to show me the different options of the vehicle.

Erich was my finance manager and he was very diligent providing me with financial options.

My sons mother recently bought a car at the Langley location. Shandy and Johnny were so helpful and friendly, they made it a great experience. Very friendly staff, Dakota was a lot of help and found me a car quickly based off the information he had asked me. The team worked very hard to find me the best deal as I have just turned 19 and have no credit.

I found Mainland Motors through trusted friends. VERY trusted friends because I’m on the Island and was basically walking into everything sight unseen.
