Worked with Sam, who is a specialist and she made the whole experience worthwhile and informative as I learned a great deal even though my AHI is mild it's good to learn. Her and Queenie both helped make the process smooth and they patiently went through the components of the tubes, cleaning, mask and filters. It can be difficult to follow but you receive detailed printouts of both the assessment as well as ongoing reports from the remote app.

This company is fantastic! I went in with some of the worst sleep apnea my doctor had ever seen and with a very unclear budget. They were able to work with me and find the best fit for me and my needs. I left with a machine that I love and a couple of different breathing pieces. I have been back since for them to service and clean the machine and the employees are always incredibly friendly and kind, easy to deal with, and I will continue to take my apnea needs back to this company in the future when I need a new machine or parts update. 10/10 would recommend

I have been relying on the friendly and responsive staff at Mainland Sleep since I started CPAP therapy over a decade ago. They have been nothing but helpful to both myself and my wife. When problems have arisen they have been quick to find a solution, even in these challenging times of supply and supply chain delays and disturbances. Rav Johal in particular has been a solid and reliable resource; always helpful; always caring. Based on my experience, I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Despite having the challenges presented by a power outage, Queenie cleaned my CPAP machine, reassured me that they would follow up with a data report, and informed me on how to register for notifications about my machine. Without access to phone or computer, Queenie stayed positive and cheerful.

The experience wasn't all that good or wasn't all that bad. The receptionist was good. She provided every detail from when I first got tested and throughout the process. However, I didn't feel at ease from Rav's delivery of what the diagnosis was. He just said the result and that was that. I thought he would've explained in more detail what the next steps would be, but did not and just said so that's that. Any questions? The tone didnt feel very inviting, so i was reluctant and didn't know what question to ask at the time.

Once I got used to wearing the mask, I would never go to sleep without my CPAP machine. Rav is very encouraging and my results show it. I wake up refreshed and not sleepy during the day. If you experience sleep apnea don’t wait for a tragedy. I personally recommend Mainland Sleep Clinic.

This place is AMAZING! I had lost my previous machine and my doctor referred to this location, not only did he give me such an amazing price for a new machine but I had no money to pay for it until next week and he still let me take it home. I was referred to Mainland Sleep back in 2006 when I found out I have Sleep Apnea, Rav came to my house on 2 different occasions to set me up with trying 2 different CPAP machines. He and his staff at both his Richmond locations and the location on Broadway in Vancouver have treated me with respect and given me great service over the years.
