The eligibility criteria has changed since our college days, but John was empathetic to our situation. He made time to sit down with us to complete the application process. His patience and kindness gave us much relief and, to be able to experience this type of superior customer service, is a blessing. As you know, nowadays finding a place to live is like trapping a unicorn, and we really believe that God made a way for us like He did for Moses when parting the Red Sea.

I moved to 1211 Mainstreet this month. It's not a new building but it is well maintained. The Building Manager (Mainstreet Cameron) John has been really good to me. He ensured that I have a smooth move-in and he addressed the small issues with my unit quickly.

John is a great building manager, however the building owner Mainstreet is predatory. After we moved out, they sent artificial bills to collections (never contacted me about this either). I was able to get the bills expunged from my credit report after a long and difficult process to prove that Mainstreet had fabricated them.

I just want to tell how deeply thankful I am for living in a building where the landlord is so caring and nice. I live in a unit in new Westminster (1210 Cameron st, New Westminster) and I am very happy with with the landlord (John) of the place. He is always available and wanting to help, even after hours (like weekends or after 8 on weekdays). The building is always clean and he is always on the top of any problem wich makes our life there so much better. Me and my husband couldn't be more satisfied.

John is BY FAR the best landlord I've ever had. He is always very present in and around the building during the day and even after hours. He is always willing to lend a hand and is really passionate about his job and in keeping the property clean and well-maintained. I feel safe here and would recommend it to anybody. Keep up the good work main street and give John a raise NOW!

John is just amazing, honestly one of the reasons i was holding back on moving was John, he is literally the best building manager you can ever wish for!

Lived here for 12 years. Great landlord, big units, and well kept. No pests. Well maintained, and any problems that arrise are quickly, and proffesionally handled. Could use some new flooring in my unit, but most units have been recently done over, with new everything.

We have been living at 1211 Cameron Street for the past year and a half, and we are especially grateful to have had John as our building manager during that time. He has always been very polite, kind, helpful, and professional, and he works very hard to maintain a clean and safe building, which is very important to us. John always encourages all of the building's tenants to be respectful, considerate, and kind to each other. We also appreciate how John always made sure to communicate with us whenever something was going on with our apartment or the apartment building.
