I bought a 2009 Mini Cooper from Malibu 2 years ago, they were so great when I was purchasing the car and I really felt like everyone there was there to help. Really made me feel like a part of the family. They told me when I purchased it that they really stand behind their vehicles, but of course, when you are purchasing a vehicle, that's what all the dealerships say. In the last 2 years, whenever I had an issue with the vehicle, they were always so helpful, and gave me great advice. Due to the age of the vehicle, things go wrong, or need replacing, and whenever I called, Matt in the Service Department was always knowledgeable and very helpful. I never had to wait to long to get my service, and even when I had an issue days before Christmas, he made sure he got the repairs done the very next day. I purchased a Lubrico Warranty through them for 2 years, and went to renew it, but realized I had gone over my allowable mileage (my bad, I didn't read the fine print). I reached out to Malibu, with my tale of woe, and they contacted Lubrico and really went to bat for me, and got my warranty renewed!
When these guys say that they stand behind their vehicles, and their service, they are not telling you what you want to hear, they mean every word of it.
I would recommend them as a true, honest and caring dealership.

Bought my dream wagon, 328i xdrive a few months ago and am so happy I came over from Vancouver to Malibu. John went above and beyond to educate me on the vehicle, send for a last minute private inspection, and even picked me up at the ferry for a test drive.

It's taken a while to get around to doing this. These guy's at Malibu are awesome! We moved to Alberta and the time came to get a second vehicle. For me having dealt with Dylan and Sean for many years I bought the vehicle from them. Getting it to Alberta, no problem. Sean organized shipping and everything else that was needed to make things as easy as possible.

Although there were options here, Sean was very helpful through emails/Facebook messages. He made alot of effort to answer all our questions in person as well. They were not pushy with selling. Thanks to the wonderful people at malibu motors after four months of car ownership I am staring down the barrel of a $2000 engine repair. Absolutely wonderful experience with Malibu Motors! All staff and owners were glorious in helping me through the whole process of buying a used car! I highly recommend them (especially John) as they really know their stuff, are honest, quick, and understanding of all people’s situations.
