First time here because of the 4.9 reviews. Well, small cafeteria size but with amazing taste and size, comparing to the price is the unicorn place to come at bby. Will definitely come whenever working around this area

Great food great price great service. They have many good options on menu. Potion is good for the price and very tasty. Chicken bowl upgraded to large was super full for lunch. Too bad they only open during working hours and close early.

I go here frequently during my lunch break at work. Prices are fair and the rice bowls are always delicious and hot. Cannot comment on their other dishes but definitely a solid place to get a quick bite. Not really any places to sit so it's mostly for takeout.

My daughter had the bulgogi with cheese rice bowl, and the flavours were amazing and lots of food!

My boyfriend and I love this place, the most wholesome family ever and "Mama" pours her heart into her food. So so so good! My boyfriends loves their bulgogi bowl and I love the curry bowl! Absolutely delicious!:)

I hate describing good value tasty food, hole in the wall, places because then, everyone will know! But here it is. Great food that's prepared and fast. There's a couple of tables to sit down. Flavorful and good value, for sure.

What a wonderful find! Decided to come here for lunch based on other reviews. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I got a tasty Korean BBQ wrap and was amazed by the wrap to filling ratio. Prices were about what I'd expect.

It seems to be family-run and the owner and chef were very friendly. They have a few seating areas for people who want to eat there. I would come back again!

This is my favourite spot for lunch during work. The prices are unbeatable at $9 to $15 per rice bowl and the food itself is very good.

Simply delicious, the value you get from these bowls and the price you pay cannot be beat. Ate here for the first time today for an office meal and am impressed. We're definitely going to be ordering from here again to try the many other different bowls.

Weird spot in a random place. The bulgogi rice bowl was tasty and filling. I will definitely be coming back to try out the club house sandwich. Also, if anyone can tell me what the hell Neapolitan Pizza Ltd. Is, I’m dying to know.

Unfortunately, the parking attendants are waiting in the bushes wearing ghillie suits trying to hit their quota. This can very quickly go from a $15-$20 lunch to a $100-$120 lunch depending on when/if you pay the ticket. There's no clear signage on the parking stalls indicating the rules.

Seriously just go try it. Amazing prices and flavours from this tiny mom and pop kiosk. My favorites are the spicy pork cheese bowl and the bibimbap.

Surprising shop tucked away in a building. Excellent spicy chicken bowl, presented nicely with many complementing depths of flavor. Decent portion for the price with a surprisingly generous amount of chicken. Will come back for sure!

Cute little family run eatery located in the lobby area of an office plaza. When you open the office door, the fragrant aroma of delicious food let’s you know you’ve come to the right building. Just footsteps ahead around the corner under the stairwell, is Mama’s Rice Bowl.
We ordered the Bulgogi Cheese rice bowl, Spicy Chicken cheese rice bowl and a Cream of mushroom soup. The rice bowls each had a bed of rice topped with the selected protein, including some grilled Kimchi and a small portion of Japchae. This made for a yummy hearty lunch.
The family is very friendly and welcoming, making recommendations for first timers and greeted regulars by name. Most visitors order take out and there are three small tables just in front where you can enjoy your food as well. Definitely a good quick lunch spot if you are in the area during a week day.

This place is amazing. The owners are wonderful people, and the food is incredible. Their ingredients are always fresh. I'd recommend anything on their menu, but my favorites are the spicy chicken wrap and the chipotle cheesesteak wrap. Definitely my go-to lunch spot in this end of the city!

Unbeatable lunch place if you're looking for one! You get generous, huge portions of food for what you're paying for (price generally 11$-12$), and they always make hot food fresh. They've also got great variation of daily specials, I would recommend everyone to try Poke bowl on Tuesday and Lasagna on Friday. ONE of my favorite is spicy chicken+cheeze rice bowl though; stirr-fried chicken thigh with sweet-spicy kick, combinated with with melty, drizzling cheeze, corn, fried kimchi on rice is just amazing.

Friendliest staff experience I've honestly ever had in Burnaby. It's located inside a building with several other businesses, and is a Korean family owned gem in this area. Ordered the Big Club House sandwich and it was very tasty.

I came here for lunch for the first time today, and was really impressed.

I ordered the pork cheesy rice bowl. It was delicious with perfect amount of spice and seasoning. The pork was a nice consistency. If you like Korean food, you’ll probably like this. No complaints whatsoever. Also, I found the prices to be really reasonable for the amount of food you’re getting.

Great service. This restaurant is family-run, and they are all very kind and friendly.

One thing I have to mention is that the restaurant is kind of hidden, because you have to go all the way down to the end of the parking lot and enter through the WorkSafe BC entrance.

Nevertheless, I will definitely be coming back, and recommending this place to friends.

I am so glad I found this gem of a place! Definitely one of your 맛집 go-to places for Korean food and western food. The owners are lovely and very caring. One time, I waited a little bit longer for food and we got free drinks. Top notch customer service. The food is always good and the new menu the younger guy is bringing in to the place is phenomenal! Love love coming to this place for lunch.

The pork nachos are everything you want, delicious, cheesy, savory with a slight sweetness from the Korean marinade. The portion is huge and the price is unparalleled. If you truly like packed nachos, this is a must try!

I work in the same building as this place and eat there almost everyday, The variety is great and they try their hardest to make every customer happy and learn their names which is something you don't see every day. If you're in the area I recommend giving them a try, the food is delicious and you can tell they put pride into it.

The best Korean rice bowl we have ever had! One of our friends recommended us try this place and the place actually made our day. I ordered Spicy Pork Cheese Rice Bowl & Spicy Chicken Cheese Rice Bowl; the taste was great - the protein, kimchi, and cheese were making the perfect combination, the ingredients were fresh and well-balanced. Also the size was big enough to easily make us full even before we finish the bowl. Last but not least, the staffs (this is a family-owned business) were extremely friendly and gave us a great customer experience. If you are still hesitating, just try - they won't fail you.

Tiny place with only s couple tables. Its Hard to find but worth it. They make great lunches (hot and cold) and the staff is eager to please.

Found this gem online. I had their butter chicken rice bowl and their poke bowl. Both are fresh and very tasty. Their portion and size are very good as well. This is going to be my new go to lunch take out spot.

The couple that runs this cafe are a joy to see, very thoughtful and sincere. I enjoy their schnitzel wraps, clubhouse sandwiches, curry, cookies and recently found their fried chicken rice bowl fantastically amazing! It was one of the most tasty and fulfilling lunch take out dishes I have had ever! Well worth the price. The arugula leaves, chicken, mustard and spicy sauce and Korean chapchae noodles combined made for a mouthful of flavours and textures. I feel very fortunate to work in this building and from time-to-time enjoy their dishes.
