I like the way Ma’Na Nutrition adjusts my meal plan based on my schedule, goals, and habits, making it more efficient for me. I have difficulties with cooking, which has resulted in my skipping meals, consuming unhealthy foods, or not consuming enough protein. However, Ma’Na Nutrition provided me with a meal plan that is easy to cook, delicious, and healthier. The recipes last around three days or more, which is perfect for my busy schedule. Additionally, Ma'Na Nutrition asked about my current habits to adapt the food to my life, making it much easier for me to follow the plan. As a result, I feel more energetic and have multiple meal options that are easy to cook with simple ingredients. I can already notice a significant improvement in my performance in CrossFit and my daily life.

Carmen has been great to work with over the past 5 months. She has always accommodated my needs for a plant-based, gluten-free meal plan that doesn't require too much prep time, and still tastes delicious.not an easy task. I enjoy everything I eat and have been able to get to the gym 5 days a week now with more energy and power. Very excited for what's to come!

Last year my goal was to lose 5lbs but it never happened. This year I decided to work with Ma' Na Nutrition. In 4 weeks I lost 9lbs and it was effortless! Carmen personalized a meal plan for me that didn't require spending alot of time in the kitchen cooking. The recipes are soooo delicious and filling. I have enough energy to work out 6 to 7 days aweek doing crossfit and spin classes. I absolutely hands down recommend Ma'Na Nutrition in helping you achieve your fitness goals this year.
