Very rude receptionists. Hung up on me while I was speaking. Very rude and disrespectful to patients. If you can go elsewhere, do.

I got botox and filler from Linda and I couldn't be happier. She wasn't trying to sell anything to me and made me feel safe, well informed and listened to. Really lovely experience and will definitely be coming back in the future for any cosmetic injections I have.

I feel like this place is only looking to maximize their profit and less about patient care. Here is my example. I had two appointments back to back, one for myself and one for my daughter. My daughter had to cancel two hours before. They wouldn't allow me to use the second appointment for myself which I needed, they instead insisted on charging a $90 cancellation fee even when they didn't actually have lose a customer and miss getting their money in from an actual in person visit.

The very best medical team I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! All of my medical needs are met. Whether I need a check-up with my Doctor, Naturopath, Physiotherapist etc.everyone is always so friendly, professional and caring. Thank you!

I found Manhas Health while searching online for physiotherapy, and I’m very glad I decided to try them out. Jayten Patel helped me with my upper back issue by really listening and taking care to get me on a program that would increase my mobility and build strength in the right places. Two months later I’m feeling much better and am very happy with the results. Cole was also a great help in getting me on various strength training routines. The rest of the staff at Manhas Health is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for physiotherapy.

My family is very fortunate to have Dr. Ravi Parhar take us in as his patients. Dr. Parhar is passionate about his job, attentive to our medical needs, and funny throughout the visit. We couldn’t ask for a better family doctor!

The clinic is also modern; beautiful interior and lobby area. They have plenty of staff, including their friendly receptionists and registered nurse.

Recently did the PNOE VO2 Max at Manhas Health and it was a great experience! All the staff were super friendly and welcoming.

What can I say, Jamie and Dr. Gurdeep Manhas are both such kind and patient people. I especially liked that I wasn’t being rushed out of my appointments. I find that most doctors these days are just always late and always hurrying you out of the room. Even Jamie from MD aesthetics side took the time to go over the procedures in such detail until she knew I was comfortable with the laser treatments. Dr. Grace Ni is honestly a God -send. I highly recommend her. Very understanding, thorough, and cares for her patients.

I recently underwent lumbar fusion surgery and was referred to Manhas Health Co.for my post operative rehabilitation. Within 10 days of surgery I saw Dr. Gurdeep (Ricky) Manhas for the post surgery checkup, removal of stitches, and prescription renewal. Dr Manhas promptly attended to my pain management issue and assured me that everything looked good. He removed my stitches and gave me instructions on what to do for the next 3 to 4 weeks for home care. I felt like I was in good hands.
The next step six weeks post surgery was Physio. Manhas Health Co Also has Physiotherapy in the same facility which made for good collaboration between Dr. Gurdeep Manhas and the physiotherapist. My physiotherapist was Jayton Patel. Jayten developed a personalized treatment plan that addressed my specific needs and goals. He explained things clearly, and answered all my questions. He was up-to-date with techniques in his field, and he explained complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand.
And once my Physio treatment was well underway, I began to use a personal coach/trainer for the strengthening side of the rehab. His name is Omari who is also in the Manhas Health Co facility. Omari also collaborated with the physiotherapist on which areas I needed to focus on for my rehab. Omari’s program for myself is focussed on functional movements that strengthen my core. He is very motivating and encouraging.
Overall I felt my recovery went better than expected because of the excellent professionals at Manhas Health Co and the multi-disciplinary collaboration between them. I highly recommend Manhas Health Co for comprehensive care.

The staff at Manhas Medical has been wonderful. I'm grateful for the care they gave my Dad before he passed. I'm even more grateful for Dr. Grace with her neuropathic treatments on my knee as I wait for surgery. I highly recommend her services.

In 2020 I suffer a severe concussion also sustained multiple injuries due to a car accident I met Jayten Patel at his previous Clinic and since then he has been my physiotherapists one of the best in the world. For sure the best one in the lower mainland. Jayten is very passionate of his work. He has a tremendous compassion for his patients, he knows his work he is very diligence when it comes to treatment he not only treats his patients but he also educates
them and listens to them. Jayten is very easy going person I am honored being able to write a review for him and recommending P. T Jayten Patel.

I brought my 10 y.o. Whom had a knee issue and the staff there were all very wonderful to work with. Both Jason Hui and Jayten Patel were very patient with her and made her feel at ease. They were also very patient to explain to me what is going on with her knee and offered great options. They even followed up with how things were going. I would highly recommend Jason and Jayten.

My son has now being going to the Manhas Clinic for over a month with better than expected results. All staff are professional, knowledgeable and create a supportive environment for my teenage son to rehabilitate back to the soccer pitch. I would highly recommend Jayten and Cole.

Manhas Health has everything under one roof. They have physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, vitamin injections, machines for skin enhancement, etc. And i love that they're open till late and on Saturdays as well. And parking underneath is a nice bonus! The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Great Dr’s and staff. Always available when you need them. The upstairs physio and rehab department is such a great team.

Just recently Erica joined this center. It's a long time that's I am in connection with Erica as the massage therapist. She's great. She helped me a lot to relieve of my back and shoulder pain. She's a professional. I 100% recommend her.

The clinic in Coquitlam is very nice. Everything is brand new. They offer everything from acupuncture, vitamin drips and massage therapy and so much more. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors are great.

Doctor Paul is a great doctor! He always makes me feel like I have his full attention, which is nice. This isn’t always the case, some clinics I’ve been to I have felt rushed through and as though I was a burden to them. Manhas medical is a really nice facility, the new to them building is very open and comfortable, and offers so many personal options for health care and physical well-being. I highly recommend Doctor Paul and Manhas medical.

My family and I met Dr Ricky at the last clinic where they worked, then we were introduced to his brother Dr Paul and his wife Dr Gates it's been five years! We followed them when they opened their own practice. They are so patient and caring when it comes to their patients. They know each of my kids and will try to fit them in if they don't have an appointment available. It's a one stop shop, a supercenter for clinics. You are very lucky to have them as your doctors!

Dr. Paul Manhas and team have been taking care of our family for a few years now. He is a dedicated family doctor and has shown compassion and concern at all times. Happy too that they are BC’s First Center to offer services with the support and backing of medical practitioners. A truly one-stop shop for health and wellness.

My family and I go here. They take good care of us every time we need in. They always prescribe us the right meds. Today, I had a sinus blockage/headache and went for a walk-in appt. Luckily, I got in a few hours after I called. I normally see Dr Gates but I saw the new walk-in Dr Dhesi. He diagnosed my condition and told me how to treat it. I’m super happy my massive headache is gone after a couple hrs bc I had it for 3 days thinking it was some sort of migraine. Anyways, love going to this clinic.

Ever since my family doctor changed positions due to Covid, I had the hardest time finding another clinic to go to since most clinics didn’t take new patients.

Thank GOD for Manhas Medical. ️ right off the back they were so friendly and took me in and said they will try to schedule me with a new family doctor ASAP! I know the bookings are a little tight however you can walk in when you wish to do so if you’re lucky you could even see a doctor the day of! Usually they will let you see a doctor within a day!

I have been there now three times and all the times I was there they were helpful and super kind. My mom and I have multiple issues with our health and they were more than kind enough to help us navigate through the hard times. Thank you so much and I hope you guys like them too!

My wife and toddlers have been patients of Dr. Gates and Dr. Paul Manhas since they were at Eagleridge Clinic in Coquitlam.

The previous clinic was closer to our location but we decided to follow them to their own location since we like them.

Their new office is really nice, clean and modern.

They've always provided excellent and personable cafe for my family. I really like the virtual appointment feature that was added during the height of Covid too.

Dr. Gates Manhas is my primary care physician and she's the best doctor I've ever had. She is a compassionate listener and she always does a fantastic job of walking me through her thought process of a diagnosis, and always offers great advice and clear explanation of treatment options/testing. Can't recommend her enough!

My doctor recently moved to this clinic and I’m so happy that she did! The receptionists are great, the nurse is so caring and sweet, and the design of the office is relaxing and clean. And of course, Dr. Mackie is amazing.

The reception can sometimes be not so great. I do not think it is an intentional thing but something that occurs because they are understaffed or disorganized. Unfortunately every time that I call I am waiting the 15 minute time limit and have to call back several times throughout the day to speak to someone If it was not for that I would give this practice 5 stars

I echo everything said in these reviews. Dr. Rick, Paul, and Katie Manhas are empathetic, professional, considerate and very easy to talk to. They are always on time, takes every concern seriously, and are excellent with follow ups. Patient care is personalized and they give tailored medical advice. I am lucky to be a patient in their practice as well as thankful for doctors like the Manhas'. The services that I receive from Manhas Medical, like IV Therapy, are excellent. The staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends whether it be medical or aesthetics-related.

I like the doctors, but there is a receptionist that hangs up on me everytime I call. So weird, because receptionists at medical clinics should be polite right?

Dr. Ricky Manhas has been my doctor since 2017. He is kind and very helpful. He always trys to find out what is wrong. He is very knowledgeable. His sister in-law is extremely kind. I haven't meet his brother but i hear good things about him.

I am so glad Dr. Paul Manhas has opened his own clinic! Been with him since he was at Eagleridge Medical Clinic. The service at his clinic is 100% better, with different medical office assistants. I also love how he has online booking appointment system with video or phone appointments available. Overall, I really appreciate him taking my medical concerns seriously, and explaining everything thoroughly.

I came across Dr Paul by referral from my original GP as he had to retire. After meeting Dr Paul and becoming patient I felt like I had won the jackpot. Like many positive comments above, Dr Paul is one of the best doctors ever. I am sure he is busy busy busy, but he never makes you feel like a number or rushes you out. He is very attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable, cares about your situation and is always keen to help. Their new clinic just opened amidst a pandemic and the building / clinic is modern, spacious and super clean. If your looking for a top notch Doctor in the TriCity area I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Paul and Manhas medical.
