I love this pharmacy. Missagh and the staff at the Tranquille Rd location truly care about their customers. They take the time to talk to you about any concerns and to go over everything with you. They always remember to ask about my kids and it is a very family-like atmosphere. I have seen the way they treat everyone who comes into the store with respect and dignity so many times. Also, their prices on vitamins and OTC medications are insanely good compared to anywhere else!

My name is Ryan and I use to be the
healthiest I ever was in my life UNTIL
having 5 spinal surgeries and I had to
start using medications, some VERY
strong for only just beginning to use
them and that came with a LOT of
stigma from some pharmacists. I always
got treated less than human, talked
down to, continuously told I shouldn't be
getting those medications and should try
something not as good because they
knew better than my surgeon and doctor
apparently.

I went through 6 pharmacies
in 5 years because i refused to get
belittled and stressed out from people
that never ONCE asked, or cared about,
WHY I was on such strong medication! Only that they knew better than my
doctors, truly arrogant and rude! Anyway, I finally found
MANSHADI PHARMACY on the North-
Shore and have been going there for
OVER a year now. Their prices are great so i NOW buy all my masks, gloves and ALL my other Pharmacy needs there.

This review is the least I can do to show my IMMENSE
APPRECIATION for everything they’ve
done for me, not the least of which is
treating me like a decent person unlike other pharmacies I quit using, they treat me like a friend even.they know my name when I walk in, say hi how's it going? Are you feeling ok? Any way we can help with it? The WHOLE TEAM there are very amazing, caring and helpful!

I was there not to long ago after a
dentist appointment, to pick of medicine,
I had more than 10 teeth pulled at
once, more than EVER in my life due to
my nerve damage. The owner noticed,
WITHOUT ASKING, that I wasn't doing
well, I told him cuz my teeth. 30 seconds
later he came back and offered me an
ice pack wrapped in paper towel for my
face while I waited! I was shocked cuz
I've NEVER had a pharmacy care enough
to do anything but take my money and
my time, except for
MANSHADI PHARMACY! Not only that BUT they rushed my prescriptions from my dentist and I got to go home in MINUTES! He Wouldn’t even let me pay for the nice ice pack, I use it STILL on my face cuz I got an infection in an extraction site, nothing is free anymore!

The owner and team there
go above and beyond ANY OTHER
PHARMACY I've tried in Kamloops or anywhere for that matter, DEFINITELY!
They have NO PROBLEM phoning or
faxing my doctor for me if by chance I
run out of a prescription because I
missed an appointment or whatever
reason and the owner even came in once
ON A LONG WEEKEND when they closed
for the day because I made a mistake
and forgot to pick up my prescription the
day before.have you EVER had an
owner of a store come, open up, and let you in to purchase 1 NEEDED item? On a DAY OFF? Never in my life…

They’re truly NUMBER 1 compared to their competitors in my opinion!

Atmosphere is genuinely welcoming. They have everything you need from medicine to physio braces. Clean, organized & well stocked shelves. Helpful & exceptional service.

I can’t express the gratitude I have to this place. Dave was so incredibly helpful and the owner (apologies for not getting your name) made every effort to help me with my issues when TWO doctors couldn’t give me an answer. Thank you, I will be bringing ALL of my medications here from now on!

Never have I ever dealt with such disrespectful people. They are always behind on deliveries and give you attitude when you have to call them 2 days later and ask where your prescription is.

Went here for my Covid vaccination. Very professional and organized. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would recommend as a pharmacy to anyone.
