Maple Furnace Heating & Air Conditioning

Initially contacted them for not cooling AC, came on-site to put more Freon as it was completely out last year Fall but it lasted only for weeks, we requested secondary inspection maybe a leaky pipe they suggested a replacement of the unit, and came back second time to inspect the unit for a quotation, we requested a quote for replacement since end of Nov, 2023 with numerous phone calls, text message and email, still NO answer of either able to provide a quote or need more time since are too busy with other jobs? We wasted time and money now we have to call a different company to pay for an another visit before the summer is coming. Disorganized, unprofessional and Irresponsible. Never use them.

Thank you for your detailed responses. Since you understood it’s a commercial unit, you should have understood our request is very important to our business and staff too, we stated clearly our situation as the restaurant can be hot most of the cold season when outside above 10C though in winter time, kitchen is hot and chefs and servers are working in hot environment, after many complains from customers about dining area being hot causing them to sweat we had to do something as soon as we could. We did explain the urgence of quotation is needed to engage with strata and property owner as it can be very expensive to replace, could take months to resolve and have their approval for the project that’s why we need to to start with a quotation ASAP, based on your presumption I should wait until summer since we are NOT the priority based on your prejudice judgement, how cute!? The simple solution was being clear that you could NOT provide a quotation in a timely manner so we could seek other help from other company instead, I texted you on Nov 28th, 2023 you said ohhh, the office didn’t send you? Could I get your email? Yes, I followed up on Dec 14th and 15th and being understandable for holiday season, Dec 22nd, 2023 your receptionist Helen responded in email that your are preparing a quote and will get back to me later, I followed up again on Dec 29th, and another month past still no reply or explanation of how much longer for a quotation. You are not entitled to provide an estimate but offering a free solution? How great!? You could have reach out to me and tell me that so I would appreciate your honesty and stop wasting my time. Yes you have NOT ignored my project, you simply too busy to response for 2 months, now you remember to reply because I commented for a review. Lastly, you didn’t apologize at all seems like it’s all my fault waiting for your quotation patiently without a single reply from the business owner for 2 months. I’ve been polite and following up with you and your office, we could have avoided it if you could be honest and straight about your situation and took some responsibility to communicate with me promptly? We would have other solution already by now. We wish your business good luck!

I called Essi yesterday for boiler problems in my home. Today, Aziz and his assistant came onsite. Aziz is a super experienced expert. He did inspection and explained what problem were with his recommendations with us. He further cleaned up the boiler, changed igniter, turned on the boiler, and remind us with maintenance tips in the future. He further contacted manufacture for boiler parts order. Aziz also did problem shooting of fireplace and provided a solution. Aziz is a professional and customer oriented expert. We are looking forward Aziz and his team to coming back and fixing all the problems in their next visit. I can’t wait to share my satisfaction here. And would like to share more with all next time. They replaced my old boiler and storage water tank at a lower cost than well known competitors. They sourced better equipment than the others. They completed the installation and commissioning in 1.5 days while others projected 2.5 to 3 days. They communicated clearly, showed up on time and answered my questions promptly.

I had a new gas furnace installed in my home. Aziz and Essi did an excellent job. I'm a DIY guy and I watched them periodically while they were working and was pleasantly surprised to see what they were doing. Their work was clean, careful, methodical, and they explained to me what their next steps were. After a while, I left them alone so they could do their work and the next thing I knew my whole furnace was installed and in full working order. It took them pretty much a full day's work. I don't regret my purchase with them and would definitely recommend their service.

10/10 service from Essi. Timely response and quick diagnoses. Got rid of the issue with my furnace completely. Highly recommend this business for any furnace or A/C problems.

We really enjoyed Essi (Ishmael) and his team. They did a very dedicated job and payed attention to detail while installing our new heating system.
