Friendly staff helped me coordinate acquiring my first storage locker. They responded to my emails very quickly + provided all the details I needed to complete this process. Much appreciated!

I have been a customer for over 8 years, the staff are extremely helpful and amazing, and always there when you need assistance The facility is always clean and well secured, I would recommend this to friends and family.

I've been here twice for packing supplies and they are always friendly, efficient and helpful. They even went out of their way to makeshift a handle for the huge boxes I was taking so I could cary them home more easily (I don't drive). On my second trip, they again made sure I could easily carry stuff home and insisted I take an itemized receipt so that if any of the bags/covers I got didn't work, I could return them. And they suggested items that were the best value for what I needed, held the door so I could easily get out (I am short and could barely see over my stuff, so that little gesture went a long way). And their prices are great! WAY cheaper than Amazon. Customer experience wasn't top of mind for me when I was looking for packing supplies but I really appreciated it, especially when everything is so chaotic with a move.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Maple Leaf Storage on Quebec St.to anyone looking for storage in the Vancouver area. Constantine and his team were a HUGE help in determining the size of the locker my client needed and answering any questions we had along the way. Such friendly staff and a secure, clean facility. Will definitely be my go to in the future!

Super clean, very secure access. All the carts you need to load and stay out of the rain under the covered deck.

We have maintained a locker with Maple Leaf for a number of years. They've been very responsive and helpful. They reply to email very quickly and follow up with action right away. Bruce and all the staff are polite, friendly and great to deal with.

I have been renting multiple units for my business for over a year and have been extremely impressed with the facilities…cleanliness, security, the large selection of unit sizes, and the friendly service by the whole team (Constantin, Bruce, and Ruben).
Would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

You might consider posting price information on your websites. I'm price shopping for self storage spaces and i passed you right over because you do not post your prices. Maybe next time!

This place absolutely saved me. Me and some friends were struggling to find a place to store our stuff over the summer with other places filling up, but when I found this branch and called, the staff were amazing, they were quick and kind and made everything super clear, especially for someone who had never used a storage facility before. The whole process of signing the papers, paying and putting our stuff away barely took anytime, the accessibility to the unit was super convenient, and payment was easy, since you can pay the bill online. Overall, loved this place, especially since I messed up with cancelling the unit and they made it super easy for me regardless of the fact that I messed up. Would definitely use again!
