I'm so happy with the Maple Leaf team. They made everything easy and I am confident my belongings are in good hands.

Bad experience with this storage. No empathy with cancelation process. Money Hungry. Terrible service.

We have recently rented a unit at Maple Leaf Lougheed and are very pleased with the experience thus far. Kelly and Jeremy are always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and safe. Recommended to anyone looking for a decent storage unit.

I have rented the storage over ten years now without any problems, the storage facility
is clean, quiet, and especially Kelly and Jeremy was the nicest people I have ever met.
They are kind, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. I really feel safe and secure without
any issue. I do recommend the facility for anyone who looking for a safe and clean storage
rental.

I would highly recommend this location of MLSS. I was in-between homes/moving and needed storage for a month. Kelly and Jill are the kindest and so wonderful to work with. The property is also well-maintained, clean, and secure. If I need storage, I’ll be coming back here.

The care and detail that come from the staff is professional and exceed expectations for a storage facility. The area inside the business is clean and is always monitored by the staff to ensure proper procedures are being followed.

The location is so convenient, and they have really friendly staffs, I highly recommend this storage.

Excellent facility. The unit was clean, dry, and well maintained with very easy access (drive up). The staff was wonderful and bent over backwards to assist me whenever I had a request.

Kelly is of great help and always smiling. She used to work at Burnaby branch we rented for a long time. When the Burnaby branch closed last year, we were offered a space at Lougheed branch with a great deal and really appreciated for the generous offer. Also, I recommended a friend to rent at Burnaby previously. Great staff, too!

Hours are ONLY 7: 30 am to 8: 00 pm.

There should be more time given for access to the space that is being PAID for.
Perhaps 6: 30 am to 9: 00 pm would be more fair.

Kelly is amazing, very kind and helpful. When we had to move out of Burnaby location it was quite stressful, but Kelly made the Burnaby people feel welcome to this location and in doing so it helped ease the stress, which helped a lot more then she realizes. Thank you

This is good facility and the staff are friendly and helpful. They always try their best to offer their help. When the door of my rental unit did not able to open smoothly, the staff just arranged the tech guy to fix it within 3 hours. Great job.

I moved my stuff in a year ago, the staff is amazing, they are always ready to help and answer your questions and very accommodating.the place is clean and secure. I will use them for further storage needs for sure. I 100% reccomend this location.

I can't begin to explain how amazing the ladies are at Maple Leaf Storage. They are so caring and always try to make everything perfect! Honestly the best experience I've ever had at a storage facility. Make sure to use them and nobody else. They are the best!

Louise and Kelly at the Lougheed location went above and beyond my expectations!
They both made me feel comfortable and confident that I made the right decision in this stressful, emotional time between moving houses. When I arrived they made me feel like family as they greeted me with a friendly smile, hand shake, coffee and cookie while I filled out paper work! They made sure my unit was clean and ready for my arrival. Highly recommend this storage facility for your items!

Very friendly and very helpful staff. Love that they write you an email to remind you that you need to pay for the monthly bill. We are busy sometimes that we tent to forget

The rates here are competitive. The staff are very friendly and the grounds are well kept. A great place for storage.
