Maple Leaf Self Storage PoCo

Maple Leaf in Poco has been great all around. Started with professional customer service during account set-up, ongoing support throughout, and easy move-out procedures. Staff are always friendly and prompt to assist. Facility is clean, bright, and secured. I would definitely come back for my future storage needs!

Great service, have gotten three lockers in the past and I am always happy. The girls are always smiling and happy to help!

Avoid this facility. They lack pest control. Our furniture were damaged by mice. See the photos. When complained to the management Erin Leach responded that their checks for mouse didn't find anything while our furniture were covered by mouse droppings. Just sharing my experience so you know. Contact me for a video of our unit that covered by mouse droppings. The movers were concerned about their health.

Storage units are not a place you typically think of customer service being great but this was the case here. I only needed short term storage but Tim was a huge help and walked me through the entire process explaining thoroughly.

One suggestion i will make is I would upgrade the motor on the front gate as it moves verrrry slowy.

Thanks to Tim and Val for their excellent service from my first phone call prior to the move and then again during the one month we needed storage during our recent move from Alberta to B. C. Clean secure storage accessible when needed. Thanks again!

I haven't used their services but I got a quote from them on their website. I didn't end up using their services because I found something cheaper. I don't remember giving them my number but I guess I did. I also got quotes from a few other maple leaf storage locations to see what's cheaper. I've been getting calls and calls and calls and calls and emails for three weeks now for each of the locations I looked at. I feel like I'm being harrassed, I got 5 phone calls in one day. Each place probably called me 3 times and wrote an email. My voice mail was full as I kept missing their calls. I understand this is a business but maybe if you call once leave a voicemail and I don't respond, take a hint! I was finally able to get a hold of them and they said all I needed to do was answer their phone calls and they would stop calling they just wanted to make sure I got the information. I really don't feel like that was an appropriate response, the guy on the phone was also a bit rude when I complained about all the phone calls. I also don't understand the need to call multiple times when I got all the information I needed off their website.

This experience has really turned me off of maple leaf storage and I don't recommend giving them your number unless you want to do business with them.

We have been dealing with this company for over 8 months and they have been absolutely exceptional! We were recommended by our realtor and we were so glad we picked them!
The staff that work there are so friendly, accommodating and helpful! Now that we moved we have moved all of our storage to our new place and have to say goodbye but I would recommend this clean dry and exceptionally great location and staff to everyone! Great staff always friendly, clean and well secured. Super convenient location with easy access. Rates are comparable to everywhere else but probably one of the better run storage lots around.

From the first contact with Tim and further follow ups with Nikki and Valerie, I was very impressed with the friendly, helpful service. I was making all my arrangements from Nova Scotia so it was very important to get the right information so that the move to Port Coquitlam would be successful.and I wasn’t disappointed! I was concerned that a 73’ moving van might not be accessible to my storage unit, but no problem. Well done Maple Leaf!

I have been accessing Maple Leaf storage at Port Coquitlam for several months and so far their service is satisfactory. I would recommend you to consider this location if you have a need for it. Staff there are approachable and well-trained in my own opinion. Space is clean throughout the warehouse building including the washrooms!

Used Maple Leaf for a couple months while our home was being renovated. The staff were great, the location was excellent, and the storage facilities themselves were very clean. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have been renting a storage locker at Maple Leaf Self Storage in Port Coquitlam for about 1 1/2 years. I have found my experience with the staff to be excellent - friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and well-managed. While the cost of offsite storage is more expensive than I would like to pay, I believe Maple Leaf is competitive in the industry.

As my wife & I had moved form Vancouver to Coquitlam, we needed a storage locker closer to our new home. After reviewing online the competing companies in the area, I visited several. None came close to Maple Leaf in friendliness and efficiency of the staff and cleanliness of the premises. Finding that Maple Leaf offered one month free with prepayment for a year was a bonus, and finding that their regular rates were lower than what we'd been paying was another pleasant surprise. Although we don't often visit our locker, both outside and inside of the buildings are kept tidy and the front counter staff are always quick to wave hello as we enter or leave. The selection of both large and small carts placed just inside the building doors is also very convenient! Nice job, Maple Leaf!

Very clean facility with plenty of dolly equipment on site to meet all jobs. Due to changing needs, I've had 3 or 4 different units of different sizes and they've always been able to get the size I needed at just about the time I needed it.

I was unsure about using a storage company. When I went to Maple Leaf I found the staff very helpful and not pushy. I find everything well run, the grounds are clean. Everything in my locker is very safe and dry. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are very well looked after. I have been here for a few years now and still find the staff there excellent. My things are still very dry and secure

My wife found this place. At first I was surprised how far it was from our home in Port Moody but it seems not all storage lockers are created the same, according to my wife anyway. She discounted most twix here and there because of high breakin rates, poor security or damp/unclean facilities. None of these were an issue at Maple Leaf.

We have had a a locker there now for 5 yeras or so and recently upgraded to a larger size. This facility is very clean, the staff are extremely helpful but sadly are unable to negociate rates. The deal on my smaller locker was very good as it had not changed since we originally rented it. As I was unlikely to need the larger space long term I was slightly put out when we were charged full rate and obviously it made sense to give up the old locker. If I now downgrade to the smaller locker again I will be forced to pay the current rate which means we'll probably look around for a better deal unfortunately. This is the only reason I've not given a four start rating. Sad that they don't seem to value long term customers.

The location is safe, secure, and clean, and the staff has always been very helpful and polite. I have recommended this site to others and they have also been satisfied with the services.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. Recommendations, orientation and tour go beyond any other facility in the lower mainland. All of the grounds, building interiors and units are keep in excellent repair and are meticulously clean at all times. Very happy to have moved my storage needs to this facility.

I have been using the services of the Poco Maple Leaf Storage for a few years now. Easy to access right off the bypass, the location is excellent. The buildings have always been clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Carts to use on location for loading and unloading are plentiful and in good working order.

I’ve been renting a storage locker at this location for several months and couldn’t be happier with the level of service as well as cleanliness I have experienced. The staff have been fantastic in regards to my questions. The facility is extremely clean and as for the price well I rented from Public storage before and I find Maple Leaf in poco a way better option for my needs and budget. I would highly recommend this place for your short or long term needs.

We've been to a few other storage units this one is the best. Great staff, clean well lite units. The prices are getting a little high, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I've had a storage unit for more than 7 years. Today, I finished that rental. I still rent a storage space for my trailer. The staff here are very helpful and accommodating. Moving supplies, advice, and general friendly service will keep me using Maple Leaf Coquitlam.

Great premises and front staff. The place is immaculate and well-cared for. A little pricey now but maybe that is the price you pay these days. We park a trailer there and have a storage space for trailer hitches and things and overage from our townhouse so that we can still park in our garage.

I was not wanting to rent a storage unit for the longest time but, due to the family expanding, I did not have much of a choice and decided to go with Maple Leaf. The front staff has always been absolutely friendly and helpful with questions and concerns.
I have been here now coming up around 5 years and I have only one thing to complain about, which is the pricing. Since I started here, the price has gone up quite a few times already. Wasn't too happy with that however, I guess the inflation has gone up and so, the costs for rental space as well. Wish they could be a little more lenient with long term customers on costs and hence why only 4 stars. I would give it 4.5 Stars if i had the choice.
Other than that, I am quite happy with these guys. Facility is always well maintained and cleaned.
