Very good service. The employees are super helpful. I have purchased parts for all of my motorbikes here, and they always do their best to ensure the parts fit and are reasonably priced. Their service team is also very fair, and does excellent work.

Just went in and met with Stan and he was lovely and helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. Looking to get my 16 year old a dirt bike, who has zero riding experience. Stan was zero pressure and explained all the logistics and helped me make a great decision to bring my son in to be sized, versus surprising him. He also didn't try to sell me something unsafe which was greatly appreciated. Will be back on Tuesday to buy the bike!

The parts department are friendly but not too efficient. I ordered a part for my Honda and was told it was in stock in Toronto and would be 5-7 business days. 2 months and 6 calls later they tell me the part is suddenly discontinued.

Parts department is seriously lacking basic skills to do their job. 3 weeks they had our bike. No quote, no parts, unreturned phone calls, zero service. International had an answer for us in ten mins.

Get the right parts for your bike go to a proper dealership. Also got a better then expected price on a bell full-face Street helmet
