The staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming to newcomers, providing valuable resources to connect people with the community.

It is a pleasure to feel relaxed and excited while reading at the Maple Ridge Public Library! The employees were friendly and considerate when helping me receive my first library card in Maple Ridge. The Maple Ridge Public Library provides me with a sense of community; this grants me a high quality of life.

Beautiful library. Very helpful and friendly staff. I love the movie and TV DVD selections. Lots of great music on compact discs as well. So much free entertainment! Silent study room is really appreciated as well. Overall, the best place in town to be.

Great space to spend a few hours working on schoolwork or reading or meditation or.anything quiet and peaceful.

I used to go here a lot three times a week a child. As a child, I always enjoyed going to the public library and reading a new book. The facility was very clean and the staff were really helpful. I do lament the fact that I stopped going here.

Very disappointed with the staff at this library. They are so focused on their rules and regulations, they have no regard for personal limitations or needs. Impersonal service. What once used to be a place of knowledge and vision has become a prison of dogmas and the letter of the law. Sad.

Very wide selection of books. The library is beautifully organized and modern. The staff have been very helpful during the pandemic. They go above and beyond their duties.

Love this place, the way the staff has adapted to the current situation during the pandemic, is exemplary. Books are your friends for life and the library it's sanctuary. Helping keep the sanity of everyone who loves a good read at times when every where you turn everything seems so bleak, is a great service to humanity in itself. This too shall pass as they say, and books help make that journey bearable.

Around 1987 there was a crumbling structure - very poorly/hastily built.a citizen wrote a letter to the local Maple Ridge paper.this led to city council seeing that a new library was needed - the old bibliothèque was not safe for public or workers. A few years later. Then this library was built and the good collection of material began. Libraries define a town. This one gets 5 stars and please Maple Ridge always have a good library - thank you for hearing that letter so long ago!

I was greeted by a educational tutorial, a kind lady, smile and well spoken. Ty. I love the staff at our library. Please make sure we are extra specially cordial on making their day better during the pandemic. Gotta be nice if we want nice back. Thank you library staff. Triple grade A on my list.
