Maple Ridge Veterinary Hospital

They charged me 200$ for medication for my chameleon, and 3 days later she was looking way worse, I called them back and they told me to find a new vet and hung up on me.my poor chameleon is dying in my hands and they do not care.

I've been to a few different vets and Maple Ridge Veterinary Hospital is hands down the BEST service I've received. Pearly and I feel so well taken care of, thank you to all of the staff!

Our local vet for our dog. Well run and very helpful staff. I'd recommend anyone needing a vet for regular checkups or unplanned emergencies this is a great vet. Also booking an appointment can be done online which is great!

Over the years we have taken our pets to many different vets. While all are actually very kind I must say that Dr Upjohn and everyone else at Maple Ridge Veterinary Hospital are the absolute best. Their kindness, their understanding, their patience, and their obvious skills and knowledge are amazing. Thank you all for being so kind and caring.

Our cat is missing, we were able to catch a cat that looks exactly like ours and brought him in to be scanned, as ours is micro chipped

Rather than being empathetic and helpful, the lady basically told us if it was our cat he would have come home and that our cat is dead.

When you’re missing your cat, and have a 6 and a 3 year old still in tears a month+ after he has gone missing…. Telling someone that is just not necessary…

Dr Tremblay is incredible. Very kind and patient with my cat. I loved how she explained everything so thoroughly and was so open to questions.

Amazing staff and Drs. I recently switched from another Vet in Maple Ridge and my experience here was incredible. The Dr spent an hour with me and my cat. He went over every question I had. He went over previous x rays she had done and was able to take new ones right then and there. I paid barely a fraction of what I was paying at my previous Vet and got the most outstanding service. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this place!

I recently had to bring one of my furry babies in who had passed away at home to set up the cremation and memorial process, and the staff at this clinic (in my opinion) go above and beyond in the compassion department. In gently helping me through the process/paperwork, in talking with me to genuinely see how I'm doing, to sending me a condolence card. I truly felt like they cared at this most heart breaking of times. I really appreciated that and with handling my beloved fur baby with respect. Thank you.

I took my cat in to the vet and they treated her like a queen:) i will be back with my little one if she needs any more help, but hope she doesnt get hurt again!

I have always had a great experience but today I picked up food and an iv fluid kit for my cat at 515 and the lady who helped me was annoyed that I came 15 minutes before they closed and made sure I knew that. She said I should have been there for 5 because they have to do cash but the lady on the phone told me I can come at anytime and they close at 530 so just come before then. They need to communicate better on when a customer can still come in and pay/pickup stuff. I will continue taking my cats and dog here to see the vet but will go else where to buy the food and iv kit for next time.

Dr Tugui really listens to his patient's parents and works with you to help you meet your goals. A real class act with intentional and thorough follow up.
Good selection of supplements like dental chews, laxatone aids and others to augment and help improve your pets overall health. Vaccines are reasonable too. The only thing is their hours and no surgical services on weekends so for some this might be tough if work is not accommodating.
All in all great folks, good staff, lovely doctors and a good clinic for non urgent medical needs.

Dr. Bedford, Dr. Tremblay, Jennifer and the entire staff at Maple Ridge Veterinary hospital have cared for our standard poodle with such care and compassion, they treat her as if she was their own. From routine vaccinations to major surgery, they have been nothing short of caring, professional and accessible so much that our dog wags her tail when when get there. (maybe it’s the treats she gets). We would not hesitate to recommend Maple Ridge Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for a good veterinarian team.

The vet and vet assistant were very kind and gentle with my cat who had a lot of anxiety coming in. They were able to hold her in a way that didn’t hurt her but kept her steady so they could check everything, and they talked to her the way I would despite all her hissing. Dr. Upjohn explained what happened to my cats tooth in detail with pictures to help me understand, and the vet assistant (apologies for forgetting your name) walked me through what would happen next.

They both took the time to answer my questions and I felt understood. I really appreciate the patience and care my cat received. Even the receptionists were super kind and helpful in booking the next appointment. Happy to have found a good vet in Maple Ridge:)

Brought my cat in for the first time today, and it couldn't have gone better! All the staff were so kind, and Dr. Gorrie was such a soft, gentle vet. We're so relieved to have found such a great office close to home, where we know our Luna will receive the best care!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Had our first appointment this morning, bringing in our Persian mix! The staff were all kind, Dr. Boterf was phenomenal; efficient and quick while not feeling rushed at all. Took a few minutes to speak of our cats and was genuinely interested in them. Pricing was more than fair for the level of service and care they provided. Looking forward to bringing both our cats in for their health needs!

The staff are very kind and caring. Dr. Upjohn is such an amazing rabbit savvy veterinarian. He has extensive knowledge and knew what tests to run, symptoms to look for, how to assess and treat my bunnies teeth and sore eye. I highly recommend him for rabbit specific care. I'm sure they're amazing for other animals too but I've only had my bunny here.

I couldn’t be happier with the service of the whole team, and especially Dr. Bedford. They understand that your pets are not just animals but rather a very important part of your family. This shows with the amount of time you get face to face with the Vet, and the continued care from technicians to the reception team. Dr Bedford found the cause to an issue we had been dealing with on our dog, that the chilliwack vet was not able to pinpoint. Dr. B gave me options on how we could approach treatment, and found the best option for us as individuals.
We happily drive from Chilliwack for the level of care this team provides! Thank you so much ladies!

Took my dog there for the first time today for ongoing skin issues/allergies. The staff was great and the vet was amazing! Vet was very informative and thorough with my dogs treatment plan! And expense wise, my dogs visit was reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend this pet hospital to everyone!
