Purchased a 2023 Audi Q5S from Harman and Rob here and they were both so amazing to deal with. Harman was the main person we were dealing with and from messaging, to meeting in person, he was so personable, informative, professional and just over all easy to work with. Harman answered every question we had as well as went above and beyond to get the car set up for us. Rob was super informative, transparent and helpful with the options moving forward. I went to get my car to fix my rear headlamp and I over heard the desk say this guy's a pig cause I came after work and didn't clean car, I let it go, my dad went to see them today on a quote to fix a leaky roof they said to look at it will be 500 dollars, I fixed it with a 75 dollar pricetag myself.my name is Denis and any off you goofs that want to talk at vw I'm sure u know how to contact me.merry xmas

These guys look after you from start to finish! I can’t tell you how great their customer service is—my car had mega problems and they took the time to troubleshoot and fix it!

Ordered a car from here and, as promised, got the price agreed upon in the invoice and Stephen and Adam were attentive to my needs.

Soon I will have my first experience with service for a cosmetic defect that was missed when I picked up the car. Looking at the reviews; hope all goes well and they are careful with the car when replacing the exterior part.

Wanted to Give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the VW Maple Ridge Service Department for going over and above the call-in delivering customer satisfaction.
This past Sunday we went to VW Maple Ridge to test drive a car. During the drive, my wife’s diamond wedding ring dropped and fell into the seat belt receptacle.
The VW team tried to retrieve the ring after numerous attempts but was unsuccessful. It was then decided that the service team would need to have a look at it on Monday morning.
Come Monday my wife spoke to Doug who was super supportive and confident in retrieving the ring. An hour later the ring was found and kept safe until collection. A big thank you to Kevin, Doug, and the service team for truly displaying what customer service is all about.

I recently bought a jetta GLI in june, the salesman, manager and the finance guy all were great. In fact it’s been almost 3 months now and the customer service has been amazing! Im from Abbotsford and i can say this with confidence that I definitely recommend MAPLE RIDGE VOLKSWAGEN over any other dealership in lower mainland!

This is the second time I have had a disappointing interaction with VW maple ridge. The first time I was in, my husband had just passed away and I needed a new set of keys. Despite knowing the need of new keys was due to the loss of my husband they some how combined my account with another persons who they then tried to contact instead of me, leaving me with out a car for more time then necessary with no contact. When I called them they explained they had called my husband…. Seriously…. Then a week ago today I called about an oil pan quote they said they would give me a call back… despite me calling back on Friday I still don’t have a quote and again and am with out vehicle for longer then necessary.

Always a professional experience with this dealership. Lorne and Rob are what all other dealerships should model themselves after.

Bought used Lincoln SUV. Back camera malfunctioned shortly after I bought the vehicle. Being an older woman I need that back camera. It’s an expensive job! I bought all extend warranty of course not covered. They got it fixed for me zero cost. Love the customer service! I’ll buy again from them

Sales staff are amazing, very friendly not pushy like some other dealerships. They will go out of their way to help you feel at home. I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. When I found a vehicle I liked the sale staff explained in depth the features safety but never pushed to buy.

Parminder was a great salesperson even though I ultimately did not purchase. He went the extra mile sending me a video walk through of the car I was interested in. He also sent me the Carfax report and offered to bring the car to me for a test drive. Quite an obliging car salesman! Highly recommend dealing with him.

Just recieved my car after a major service and is thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the service. Dirtied the drivers seat floor mat with rubbish and muddy water and dint clean it up. Washed the outside of the car and left it as is. The service agents were not really helpful either. Not the quality of service expected for a VW dealership.

The folks over at Maple Ridge Volkswagen were super helpful in helping me find a new vehicle. Staff were friendly and allowed us to take our time with the test drive of the vehicle. After our test drive we talked numbers and value of our current vehicle, before we left the lot. We followed up with Rob, asking questions about the vehicle we wanted, he and his staff were patient with us and I appreciate that they were not pushy in making a sale. We have had poor experiences with other dealerships, but I would recommend visiting Maple Ridge Volkswagen if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Even after our walk around of the vehicle before driving off the lot, we noted a few marks on the vehicle that will be fixed when we come bring it in for ceramic coating. Real great GTi buying experience with James, Adam and the rest of the crew. Everyone was super knowledgeable in their field and was straight to the point. No BS, no hidden costs - just straight answers and good old fashioned fantastic customer service. They tended to me right away and made me feel like the most important customer. I had just come from another VW showroom south of Vancouver and all I can say is that I would never return to that godforsaken place after being here.

I’ve just purchased a vehicle from Maple Ridge VW. Arthur the salesman was fantastic and very responsive over text prior to me coming to the dealership. I’d highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a car!

So hard for me to change my review because when I first bought my car they were awesome. I took my car here to service up until my warranty ran out. The second my warranty ran out, they gave me an extra bill for 3000$ of things that needed to be fixed. Apparently, my oil was leaking and 'dumping oil' on my spark plugs and other things. This was a huge red flag to me because I never had oil stains in my car port. So, I took it to an independent car mechanic who had 5 star reviews near me. They stated NO oil leak and also that it was weird because the spark plugs were no where near where the oil would leak. He put a uv fluid into my oil to see where leak was and I returned 3 months later to check. Et voila, there was absolutely NO OIL LEAKS.

I called the manager and left a message twice to put in a complaint and no one called back.

So disappointed in this! I thought having a loyal 5 year relationship with them, I could trust them not to lie to me to make money but I guess I was wrong. Beware of this place after your warranty runs out.

Just finalized my pre-loved Lexus SUV purchase with Artur and I am happy to say Mapleridge Volkswagen is a great place to go for your next car. Artur was attentive, knowledgeable and detailed. The service staff were also great to deal with and made every effort to ensure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle.

I have purchased my car from Maple Ridge Volkswagen two years ago and have been using their services since then. I have found their staff, especially Mr. James Franklin with whom I worked, supper friendly, knowledgeable and cooperative. He led me towards buying a car that best fits my needs and budget and I have had zero issues with it since then. He still remembers the details of our first meeting from two years ago. This, undoubtedly is being loyal to costumers which keeps costumers loyal too.

I purchased a pre-owned a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado from them. I worked with Kyle Smeding as the salesperson. I bombarded him with endless questions regarding the vehicle and although this truck wasn't a VW, and if he didn't know the answer to my question he made the effort to find get the answer. I ended up picking up my truck a day early while they were short staffed. Kyle took it upon himself to help get the truck ready by helping detail it himself, over and above what I expected. Out of all the dealerships I had visited, I got the most for my trade at VW MR. Although the dealership is 70km from where I live, I would definitely deal with them again.

We were looking for a used car and John helped us with the right one. He was not only professional but also very friendly, It felt like I was buying a car from a friend. He helped us to get the car within Budget. Whole team at VW Maple ridge made us happy with their customer service. We highly recommend this place.

Everyone at Maple Ridge VW were great! Kyle was especially helpful with all my questions and very patient while I went back and forth between making a decision on the right size vehicle for my needs. I ended up with the Cross sport and Im so happy I made that decision!

I routinely bring my VW Jetta GLI in to get serviced and have always ha d a great experience. Doug Dacosta in the service department is a prime example of exceptional customer service. Update 2021: We continue to be very happy with the service the VW service department provides. They are always very professional, always make sure you get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time and arrange a shuttle (with a kind and decent driver) if it takes long. Just this week I had a minor issue and Doug from the service department took the time to show me and explain the issue to me and solved it. They always get the things done within the estimated time and try their best to adapt to your time schedule. I am very happy in every regard so far. Also with those, whose names I unfortunately never get to know because they work behind the scenes. A big thank you to you all!

2018: We just bought ourselves a VW Atlas from this dealer. During this process Kyle and his colleagues went above and beyond. They let us test drive the car for a whole day, took the time to show us all the features of the car, and really tried to find us a deal that worked for us. Furthermore, since buying the car Kyle has consistently been very helpful and quick to answer any of our questions and still goes out of his way to keep us happy. He is a trustworthy and kind young man and it was a pleasure to buy the car from him.

Would highly recommend purchasing from Maple Ridge Volkswagen. Spenser was professional and friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. We also dealt with one of the managers Adam who was very knowledgeable and personable. I thought it would be a good time test driving vehicles on a Sunday morning. WELL, I WAS WRONG. It was a GREAT time! Artur lured me in offered sound advice on what vehicles were the best fit for a tight budget. I rolled out, after a few cups of FREE COFFEE (perfect date spot?), with the perfect pre-loved vehicle, to continue on my quest to becoming the perfect soccer mom.
As another reviewer stated, the homeboy with the beard and the insurance and finance dude were top notch. My recommendation, however, is to never come here with hungry children, especially on a day there aren't donuts out.

Thus, I am thrilled that I visited VW Maple Ridge and mainly worked with Arthur and Robert, the sales manager who negotiated with me and was very friendly and realistic. Both did not push too hard, and I did not feel like I was making the wrong decision. I had a great experience, and we are happy that we got the SUV we wanted.

Kyle is honestly the most honest no BS sales guy I’ve ever met! I originally bought a 2018 Golf here and loved the car but it turned out to not be the best fit for my family. Kyle helped me out to make sure I left with the right car and never made me feel pressured. His main goal is it to see his customers walk away happy not just to make a quick sale. Also big props to the general manager Adam on making sure the numbers worked out and getting me a wicked deal! Definitely will be sending friends and family to these guys!
