I have been going to Maple Ridge Wellness for the past year, and couldn't ask for better service! The team is dialed in, and it is super easy to book, get reminders and go to appointments. I have used Chiro and Message. I do not see myself going anywhere else and you shouldn't either!

Maple Ridge Wellness Center is an absolute gem for anyone seeking chiropractic, massage therapy, and exceptional pre and postnatal care. From my first visit, I knew I had found a place that truly cares about its patients, including my kids.

The chiropractic care here is outstanding. The team is not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate. They took the time to understand my concerns and provided personalized treatment that has made a significant difference in my well-being. They’ve also been incredibly supportive throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey.

The massage therapy sessions are outstanding. The therapists are experts in their craft, and have been able to address my mobility issues with the outmost care.

This clinic is amazing, everyone here is wonderful and knowledgeable. Dr Spencer is my chiropractor and he is fantastic! I started going in for basic wellness and preventative care. He is so enthusiastic and passionate about what he does, and explains everything he’s doing so you understand.

Aside from preventative care, I’ve come in with pain from pinched nerves that he’s been able to relieve for me. Recently, I’ve had neck pain with a pinched nerve. I was really nervous about getting my neck adjusted, so at first he used other treatment methods. I eventually decided to have my neck adjusted as it was really needed. Spencer walked me through every step, was super gentle and made the experience positive. Instant relief! He also gave me a ton of simple movements/stretches I can do to maintain and prevent.

Can’t say enough about Dr Spencer and the rest of the wonderful people who make up this clinic. I’d recommend this place any day!

I saw Dr. Zehra when I was pregnant with twins. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have made it through my pregnancy without her.

When Zehra went on maternity leave I started seeing Dr. Mark. He is just as skilled and great with my kids. I have referred all my family and Friends to him.

I have seen several Chiropractors and Massage Therapist at MRWC over the years, and it is apparent that they take pride in hiring skilled and compassionate staff (including the lovely ladies at the front desk).

Jesse is my massage therapist and she is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and adjusts my massages depending on what is happening with my body that day. I can’t recommend her enough!

I pulled my neck days before leaving for a weekend vacation in Las Vegas - thankfully it was the morning of an already made "double whammy" appointment (massage and chiro). Between Robyn and Mark not only did they help work out what was going on with my neck, but I was also having issues with my sciatica, and hip flexors being SUPER tight. Robyn and her elbow of delightful pain worked out my hip flexors and alleviated my sciatica pain like nothing had before! Both also gave me stretches and movements that can help me prevent as well as alleviate the reminisce of the sore neck (which is almost gone) literally in the nick of time for my trip! Thank you both so much!

I saw Dr. Zehra throughout my pregnancy due to really bad pelvic pain. Every treatment made my pregnancy much more enjoyable without constant pain. After my delivery, I had a split pelvis which caused me extreme pain and I was unable to move. Dr. Zehra was able to provide the care I needed to recover faster. She went out of her way to ensure I was cared for in every way, physically and emotionally. I'm so grateful for everything she did for me and my daughter. I can say that I successfully recovered and also I was able to fully breastfeed my baby because of her and all the support I received.

The whole team is incredibly helpful and personable. Dr Watson took care of me when my back decided to tweak due to all the bending and twisting that comes with having 3 kids under 1.5 years. Dr Zehra treated my little girl when her neck just wasn’t turning. She saved her from having to wear a helmet for her head shape. Definitely will continue to be going to the team that makes you feel like you’re family.

I have been a client of Maple Ridge Wellness Centre for over 7 years. My children and I have used the Chiropractors and the Registered Massage Therapists. Dr Mark Demers and Dr Zehra Gerretsen have helped both myself and my boys even my youngest when first born with sleeping and his spinal alignment. Dr Mark has been on journey with me through being obese and finding my groove in fitness again he has been supportive helping find new ways to strengthen my joints and continue to maintain great posture and support for my whole body and not just my back.
The RMT team is amazing Coley Macintosh has been a god send for my back and old leg injuries, Selah and Zolt have helped when Coley is not available and both of them are amazing as well.

Dr. Spencer Smith was quite thorough in his assessment and nailed the method of treatment perfectly! I’m so happy to say It’s been 21/2 weeks without hip impingement pain. I suffered pain and soreness in my hip flexors for well over 7 months the day before I saw Dr. Smith. Thank you!

I saw Dr. Zehra throughout my entire pregnancy and I couldn’t have survived it without her! As a first time mom, she provided me with so much knowledge to help not only myself throughout pregnancy but also my son post-pregnancy.

I recently hurt my neck and saw Dr. Spencer Smith. He was extremely accommodating and personable, and he fixed me up when nothing else worked! As a mom of an 8 month old who is constantly on the go, I am extremely grateful for his care.

They have DOGS. Dr. Watson is incredible and their massage team is fantastic. They easily process payment through Equitable Life Health Insurance. Only thing I find a bit difficult is making appointments not in person or over the phone.

I have gone to see Dr Zehra now for four and a half years. She has helped me pre and post pregnancy but nothing compares to her level of care in the last week. I had the unfortunate sneeze that made me bed ridden for a week. She went above and beyond by seeing me on Sunday and throughout the week for house calls while juggling her 9 month olds schedule. She still continues to push me to top priority this week as I am still continuing to heal. She really is the unicorn of Maple Ridge. Don’t wait to see her!

Our whole family looks forward to our visits to Maple Ridge Wellness. We no longer live in the area but whenever we fly in to town we book a chiropractic visit with Dr. Zehra and Dr. Mark.
