Maple Thai Cuisine

My wife and I live in Aldergrove and this place is a hidden gem! The food is really special. It feels like you're eating a Thai home cooked meal.
Also the family running this place are just the sweetest people. Everytime we come in the are the most friendliest I've met in a long time.

Oh my gosh! My eyes literally rolled to the back of my head at the first taste of their red curryso delicious, portions are amazing and the service was wonderful! We will be back…. A lot!

Ordered their pineapple fried rice and coconut milk pudding dessert! Must try, really authentic!

We tried this place yesterday for the first time and it was delicious! I ordered the Tom Kha soup and spring rolls. There was so much flavor. I loved them. The Thai Fried Rice is also amazing. It was so good that we came back again today. I highly recommend this place!:)

We ordered through "Skip, " and thus were prepared for inflated prices. What we weren't expecting were the small portions (Thom Yum soup), Sticky Mango rice, Chicken Wings etc. The food was adequate; some dishes were quite tasty in fact. However, given what we paid, we were quite disappointed.

I love the red, green and yellow curry dishes! So tasty! They come with a side of rice and are a good size portion. Also these dishes are gluten free. Friendly staff!

Very good grief pinnapple rice. So yummy and the ginger stir fry was good and healthy. Overall left feeling happy and better than going in. Nice lady running place very sweet and warm: D

Great service, good food, a little different than how we know most dishes but we liked it and so are the kids.

Great food, great service and extremely clean restaurant. Each different dish was amazing and they can do gluten free as well. The owners are also the sweetest and made sure our experience was great. We’ll be going back for sure!

Very tasty fresh food, excellent service. Was served lovely cold water while I waited for my take out order, very thoughtful of the staff. Recommend. Love the gluten friendly options.

I love thai food and while i have never been to Thailand i eat it locally very often.

I ordered the Pad Grapow and honestly this was one of the tastiest dishes ive ever eaten and i really enjoyed it. This could be my go to lunch all the time. It was cooked perfectly, tasted incredible and at medium spiciness was excellent. The jasmine rice was also perfect.

My issue is with serving size. Both the rice and main were charged seperate and the main container was small and not even 1/2 full. $17 for main, $3 for rice and $4 for added shrimp = small container. Once i put together they barely filled small container The Pad Gaprow also seemed to be missing the carrots and basil.

This would be one thing that would make me go elsewhere as other restaurants do give more bang for the buck.

Restarant was clean and inviting and lady working inside was very nice too.

Will likely go back to try something else but if serving size is that small would go elsewhere in future

Maple Thai Cuisine is absolutely amazing! The Pad Thai is a must-try—perfectly balanced and bursting with authentic flavors. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. Highly recommended!

Thai Authentic food must try here! Pad Thai was delicious. The flavors are delightful, portions are huge and great service too. We will definitely visit again.
